New customers were entering the store continuously from the time I entered and until I left. Alan was extremely calm and patient as he addressed the needs of each customer who entered the store. Alan was able to solve my problem with a phone call to complete the transfer of service to my new device. Alan is definitely customer service oriented; both knowledgeable and courteous, a great combination. I definitely ended up at the right store. I highly recommend Alan if you have iPad or phone device issues.

However, as soon as we sat down we were delivered contradicting information constantly. We were told we needed to do everything over the phone And not in the store. The customer service agent was extremely cold and short when we were trying to ask what we needed to have done to change my grandmothers service and cancel my grandfather's phone lines. I am extremely dissapointed as a fellow Verizon customer of 20 years. After this experience my entire family will be considering switching to AT&T. I'm sure they will gladly help us and take our money.

Verizon is not upfront about pricing and deals. They say that you can get $10 off each line when…read moreyou sign up for paperless billing and an additional $10 off when you sign up for auto pay. What they don't say, even if you ask ahead of time, is that those discounts will not take effect for 2-3 months. For the first months, even if you sign up for both immediately, your bills will be the full amount. Also, if you sign up online, they have to send you the sim cards. It takes up to a week to receive them, but your account begins on the day you sign up so you are paying for a week that you do not actually have service. How is that fair? This is not in regards to a specific Verizon location. This is regarding Verizon as a company.
