So I did, and took it home to set it up. The phone itself was just what I wanted, with not all the bells and whistles but still lots of fine features. It was $140, so affordable. After using it for a few days, I could never connect with 5G, only 4G (and it was very slow). I called AT&T customer service (not the store) and asked why this was happening. He said "I'll check our tower in Yuma." When he came back, he had really bad news. "AT&T does NOT have 5G service in Yuma." Verizon does, and I switched to them. I was told AT&T was "working on it." Yeah, right. And I'm the Easter bunny. I'm done with AT&T permanently. And I got a refund from Walmart.

I manage 8 employees through an app and because of inexperience and lack of for thought I can access it. In fact the young lady's response to me was. You should know your password. I do but I have many and use an app to keep track of them. She could have taken a different path but chose to make it the customers fault. I hope this makes it to management and something gets done.
