Located in Chino Valley, PS&E has been providing satellite services since 1984. And yes, we actually still will work on the old "Big Dish" although it's use is severely limited. If you want to "cut the cable" and get away from DISH Network or Directv, we can install a local antenna for you too.

We tried to reset the system, called the 1-800 number for Direct TV, etc. No help. So, I checked trusty Yelp, of course, and found this nice, local, independent Direct TV provider. They answered promptly and we're able to come by right away since they happened to be working nearby. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.

Despite making payments and trying to fix the issue, my service was disrupted again. I spent hours on hold and was told I'd have to wait 24 hours for service to resume--unless I paid an extra fee to do it over the phone. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This experience was the last straw. I've canceled my service. TDS has lost me as a customer.
