They called Friday about 20 minutes later. Set appointment for Monday after 12pm. Matthew, the service tech, called at about noon and indicated he would be here in about 20 minutes. This is the first company I have called for my GFI problem that actual listened to everything we had done so far and my never ending story. He then set about diagnosing the issue. He checked every outlet that is wired to the GFI and found one that had a loose negative line that was definitely a problem. He repaired that and then continued to check the remaining other outlets as well. He was finished in an hour and was very thorough in his work.
