For the labor portion of the job I was charged a full 3 hours - $300.00. My time telling skills say this should be only 2 and a quarter hours for which I should have only paid $225.00 for Labor. I questioned Danen about the time and he just said it was 3 hours. I won't call Demco again, nor recommend them for any plumbing needs as they are over charging seniors on fixed incomes and are in my opinion dishonest for doing so. Also, after he left, I turned on my shower but then was unable to turn it off. The knob just kept turning. I called him and I do want to say, he came right back and fixed whatever the issue was. He had only been gone less than 5 minutes when I called, so a compliment for coming right back.
