Everyone else said they couldn't do anything for me. I went to both of the Prescott Valley locations. The one on Glasford Hill said I needed to go to the Corporate store on 69. So, I went to the 5672 E State Rte 69, Prescott Valley Corporate location. I explained to the Manager at this location what I needed help with. As soon as he heard the words that it all started at the Mesa location, he said there is nothing he could do for me. Kevin at the Gail Gardner location helped me to fix all of the issues with my phone and my account. Thank you so much, Kevin. It is so frustrating how all the Verizon locations want to sell you devices and not take care of any issues. Such a rip off, and scam. Also, do not do any so-called PROMOTIONS with them. They tell you it's free or less, etc... Then you get your bills and see that they locked you into charges for the next 3 years, or you have to pay the full price of the so-called FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEM. I was on the family plan with my daughter and when he changed me to " a Cheaper " plan I lost all the that I was grandfathered in from the other. *** I worked with William for an hour and 40 minutes to get a new phone only have to have everything canceled because the phone he gave me was not an In inventory. He called support and they cannot help them either! Seems to be one of the first things you would do is check the phone out of inventory before you gave it to somebody.

Becca came out with an "opened-unsealed box...iphone 14 was all that they had, in black. The box the i14 came in was not sealed and was not even the same model!!!! The box is for Iphone 16e!!!!! I decided I did not want to pay for something I did not want. I would be more satisfied with a newer version and in a color that I want. I went in the next day and asked if I could exchange for a i17, and Rebecca said of course, we can order that for you and She reactivated my old iphone 8, I left the store with the i14 and a dummy phone #. I left the phone in the box in the shopping bag that she gave me on the floor board of my car all week. I came back to pick up the i17 in lavender. Rebecca takes out the i14 to inspect it and finds a little pinhole, not even a scratch and would not exchange it for the i17!!!!! He explained and reexplained anything we needed at anytime. Caleb was never pushy, made sure all current deals ( military carried over) were on the account. HE DEF SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED ...... They had a ton of patience with us and our older family member as they helped her understand the options (multiple times and wrote it out too :) We walked out with a plan that was literally 5x better and a bill that was 30% lower. This is a counterfeit store masked as a cell phone repair business. I had a cell phone screen…read morereplaced on an s24fe. The repair person was quite rude and after the repair I experienced the forward facing cameras inoperational. I called the moment I noticed and the guy seamed willing to make the repair When I arrived after a 40 min 35 mile drive the repair guy was not willing to take a look. It seams the repair bussiness is an apartment or living space behind the counter. Smelled like food each time I arrived. The 1st time the business had an open sign on,but the door was locked. Sketchy!! Counterfeit items all.over the store and 1.75 canned sodas in a dorm room fridge when you walk in.....Sketchy!!!
