I wanted in-ceiling speakers for the living room as well as in the kitchen so the flow of sound can feel like it's seamless throughout the whole house and the backyard. First Mike asked about my budget and to be honest I didn't do a lot of research on how much custom A/V systems can cost. I'm glad he asked me so I have an idea on how much I can save to afford what I was looking for. Like all my other home projects, I went ahead and asked 2 different A/V companies on yelp for estimates just to compare what product they'll be providing and the cost of labor. None of those 2 companies asked about my budget and to find out their estimate was higher than Mikes. One of the companies did not want to cut out dry wall to install speakers and offered a Bluetooth system instead. The other company advised that I would have to hire an electrician to install electrical outlet for the outdoor tv. This made my decision easy and chose Mike to get everything I wished for. Mike and his team absolutely knocked this project out of the park. The project took about 2.5 days to cut out dry wall to install in-ceiling speakers and to connect the whole system together. Everything was professionally installed with no wires or mess to be seen. All the wires behind the tv stand are neatly organized and tucked away. The quality of sound with the product he used went beyond my expectation. I'm so excited that I can now have a small concert or night club at my house when I ever want.

I asked for the months of "no monitoring" that I prepaid to be refunded. They ghosted me. They also have their employees write "nice" reviews" which is also unethical.

For our custom home remodel, we wanted an automated home with many convenience features including…read morelighting and heating, remote control for when we were away from home. We have a driveway gate that is not visible from the home. No problem. Steve designed and built remote sensing and control for it as well as three garage doors; we know their status at a glance and can control any of them with a button or our phone. If we are coming home from a trip, the home will be warmed up, water heater working, driveway lights on, etc. All this in addition to a fine security system and whole-house sound. Steve and his helper were always prompt, respectful of us and our residence, and quick to listen to our concerns and questions. You will not be disappointed!

My rather old alarm system started beeping recently. Call was answered promptly and the woman was very courteous (and funny! Sorry I don't remember her name). Took my info and said someone would get back to me.
