I was told they charge $165 per hour and that includes drive time so they are in Prescott and I in PV, making it very expensive. They came unprepared for job I needed done and left my job. An hour later they return and took forever to to a very simple job and then had the nerve to over charge me for this simple service. When I questioned the absorbant bill for this simple job they said they had to determine what was wrong then troubleshoot a simple faucet replacement! They acted like I had a real nerve to complain about the cost of this simple job. This was a real learning experience for me and want to warn you so you do not have same problems I did with Elsea.
