We recently completed a new home south of Flagstaff in a fairly remote area. We received a referral for Matt Buehrer at Verde Valley Alarm Services. Matt worked with us throughout the entire project and handled all of our extensive low voltage and security installation. We could not be more happy with the products and services he provided. We found Matt to be extremely professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. We would highly recommend his services to anyone. read more

When searching for someone to install a security system at our home we looked at sand spoke to several providers in the Verde Valley. Most I wasn't impressed with the conversation and the couple of estimates I received just seemed like overkill. And them I contacted Verde Valley Alarm Service. The first thing is I was speaking with the owner, Matt, so no middle man. He was polite, engaging and spoke to me like I was the only one that mattered that day. He answered most of my questions and those that were left unanswered were to be addressed when he came to the house. He arrived on time and surveyed the home and gave me options. Options that made sense. We discussed a few different systems and weighed the positives and negatives of each. Once we made a decision the equipment arrived promptly and Matt called and we scheduled a date to install everything. Again he was on time for the appointment to install and his work was impeccable. everything ran nice and tidy not haphazardly like I have seen others do. After the install he was readily available e to answer any questions as they came up and make any adjustment needed. This was the best experience I have ever had for security installation and I have had many prior with other homes and my companies. I highly recommend Verde Valley Alarms and Matt if you have any security system needs read more
