William Holland is a true God-send. We purchased a home knowing it had one bad circuit causing a HUGE electromagnetic radiation problem, but confident that William could fix it - and he did, in under two hours, for less than $300 (a small price to pay for your family's health! As we're expecting we needed the nursery to be in tip top shape!) We were so impressed with his professionalism and skill set that we've now hired him to do some other remediation work - cleaning up loose wires, moving a sprinkler box, etc. We've also had long chats on the phone, in which he did not charge me, where he's explained how and why he does things. William Holland is a life saver literally. I don't even know where to begin. My family recently purchased a home in Simi Valley. As we any real estate transaction the home came with a mandatory inspection. The inspector who came out during the time of purchase passed the house with flying colors and that included the electrical system as well. Shortly after we moved into our home back in May I personally started to feel strange while in the home, particularly at night. It was something I have never experienced before, headaches, strange rashes, my hair standing up on my arms for no apparent reason. It progressively got worse the longer we lived in the home. Fast forward to late September. The strange energy was getting so strong at night I could no longer even sleep in my own home. The symptoms that I was feeling now after 4 months were a hundred times worse. I would have actual physical pain in my joints and muscle and that wasn't even the worst part. The only way I can explain it is that my body was constantly in fight or flight mode. So I could not even be in the house more then an hour or two and I had to get out as far away as I could.
