He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. Beyond helpful and just honest and hardworking! They were super communicative dealing with scheduling and working with our busy schedule and planned vacation to help us get the system installed and up and running!!

Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

The system was supposed to get me 10 hrs of run time with solar power it gets me less than 4 not even half of what they said... they ruined my 1000 generator during the process... on top of that whej I called them to talk about it Travis the boss said there used to getting sued all the time and he didnt care about my system not working... dont use these guys for anything. We have had our sunrun solar panels for 3.5 years on our house in Gilbert. We have only saved money…read moreon our electric bill maybe 11 months(non-consecutively) in that time. Every other month we have not only paid $183 to sunrun, we have also paid upwards of $200 to APS as well! We hate sunrun. They have been unresponsive to our requests to up the production of our system. Additionally, the system has gone out a couple of times o er the years. We would love to get rid of it. Take our advice and DO NOT go with them! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Beware of Senior Field Consultant Michael Spreng, or Sunrun. He came to our home touting Sunrun's…read moreexcellent service and ability to install solar systems beyond the capabilities of their competitors. After agreeing to the parameters of the job we entered into a contract giving a $500 deposit. Mr Spreng said we'd be contacted by their engineer as to whether the job could be done as agreed. We were never contacted. Nearly two months passed and we had to contact Mr. Spreng, who informed us the job could not be done as agreed. He claimed he'd left two messages to me to this effect. I never received any messages, in any format, from Mr. Spreng. Nevertheless, Mr. Spreng agreed with our directive to cancel the agreement and processed the cancellation. Over three weeks passed and we've yet to receive our refund. We've followed up and been given a runaround by Sunrun and Mr. Spreng. Ultimately, Mr. Spreng implied Sunrun could not be counted on to timely issue refunds because refunds are not its priority. I suggested future clients should be forewarned of this issue to which Mr. Spreng became very defensive and the call ended without any assurance Mr. Spreng would assist in our obtaining the refund we're entitled to.

I know there are lots of solar energy companies but we're glad we chose Rooftop Solar. Our sales rep, Michelle was very knowledgeable & never pushy, project manager, Vanessa was helpful. They took care of minor issues after installation when the builder's one year inspection was done. Great customer service & we highly recommend them for solar energy needs. We're saving lots of money for energy bill & really happy with our decision.

I signed a contract with Verde Solar Power on July 8, 2025…read more Granted, it does takes a while to get everything coordinated with APS, but Verde Solar had to return twice to correct errors. Once to put the inverter in the correct location and then again to rewire it correctly after APS inspected it and rejected it. I finally received Permission To Operate from APS on Dec 23rd, 2025. Unfortunately, I had a malfunctioning inverter. After two months of calling Verde Solar, finally getting a technician to come out, told it needed to be replaced and then being told they were waiting on the ticket, I finally took it upon myself to call the company that manufactured the inverter. I was told by a supervisor who after careful searching informed me that no ticket had been submitted for the serial number of my inverter. I asked them to call Verde Solar Power regarding this case. Two days later, on March 5th, I had a replacement inverter from a different manufacturer. The replacement inverter was a used one which was acceptable as long as I received the full manufacturer's warranty. However, for some reason, Verde Solar Power no longer had administrative access to this inverter preventing them from correcting the warranty dates or even indicating me as the owner. As of this date, April 15th, they still have no access. Meanwhile, I again took it upon myself to also contact this company directly. What followed was a month of chat lines, emails and sending documents to prove I was indeed the owner of this particular inverter which had recently been installed. During this period, VSP never called me to give me a progress report. I always had to call them, and always received the same message... "They were working on it." With zero assistance from Verde Solar, and with major effort and persistence on my part, the replacement inverter is now registered under my name and address, and the warranty period has been updated. My system is working well and I am receiving APS credits, but it took 9 1/2 months of constant texting and calling to get my system to be fully functional and properly registered, ...VERSUS just "completely installed." I will not be dealing with Verde Solar Power again. It is unfortunate that their previous professionalism and earlier success seems to no longer be applicable. Unfortunately had a power surge sometime earlier and it had burned the AC fuse box , the fan motor , and the capacitor , AC was totally inoperative... Fortunately, TDK came to the rescue and Robin was able to schedule Jacob and James for an "emergency" fix... Although TDK did not know what the problem was initially TDK had all of the items we needed in stock and actually have an inventory on their mobile truck.. I called them specifically for this reason. I was told with my 9,000 set up that it would be enough to run all of my sruff plugged in for the 10 or 12 hours. They hooked up stuff wrong they gave me scrappy equipment and the wrong wires... they actually gave me aluminum wires... the cheapest you can get. They almost burned my trailer down in the process. Luckily I cam back after 30 min or it would have burned my whole trailer down with a few dogs in it. Then they laughed when I said I just want a refund come get your stuff. Travis laughed and said " I have been sued multiple times I get sued all the time. Im used to it" .... thats not what you want to hear from any company let alone the owner.... Travis the owner is a bad person and a bad business man whi is uneducated about solar. The company was very unprofessional and when I said it doesnt do what I wanted... they said it wasn't their fault and that it was mine. He provided a solid repair to the valve, reinstalled and it looks better than new. Rod is extremely knowledgeable in anything RV related, plus his pricing is reasonable. I will use him in the future and recommend him too other RV owners.
