After the initial work was done I had to request multiple times for him to complete the installation of fixtures. After excuse after excuse he showed up with a guy who had never done electrical work. He had him do most of the work shouting out instructions from across the room and did not check it thoroughly. He piled excessive charges based on addition work I requested. I did not ask and he did not say there would be extra charges. I stupidly paid him for all work even though he did not give me a final invoice with provision that he would comeback and complete all items and any punch list items. I made several requests to finish the work which we agreed to a date. He did not show up. I have hired another electrician who is completing or correcting Brian errors.

They recommended I contact APS... who arrived pretty quick - turns out those type of issues inspire 1st responder like "show up times"... Andrew, Chandler and Jim (APS tech) - worked together to replace the melted wire and insured the connection was secure. This was a serious issue, so much so that in cases like this, Jim is required to deactivate power to the property until the wire is repaired. In addition to the potential of causing a house fire, the issue could have caused a wildfire (the property is at the base of Granite Mountain). Thank guys - you're life savers!

Could not have gone any better! From Gabriel running us through our options to rejuvenate our 24-year-old electrical panel...we chose the premium package. The next day, Branden and Wes showed up and spent 4-5 hours upgrading our system, giving us peace of mind. They replaced the attic fan; all existing GFCI outlets, adding one for our washing machine; replaced all the breakers in the electrical box; installed surge protectors on our rooftop HVAC system and breaker panel; and replaced our RV electrical hookup along with sealing it from wasps. An absolute joy to work with and get to know...courteous, professional, friendly, top-notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for needed repairs or electrical installation. Is it odd to say that working with an electrician is a pleasurable experience? Well that is how we feel about the folks at Allied Electric. We had them add a new outlet to our bathroom as well as install a whole house surge protector. Everyone we've talked to, including folks in the office and the electrician that came out to our house, has been incredible friendly. Michael, the electrician that came out to the house, was extremely respectful of our space, clean and very informative. Great communication from both the office and the techs. Stephanie in the office explains everything clearly and if you still have questions she goes over it again. Same with Caleb and Trevor. They take their time to explain what they are doing and to show you their concerns. They show up when they say they will but if they are running late or early they let you know that as well. They both spent a great deal of time explaining what went wrong with our thermostat and noted the corrective actions on the paperwork so we would have it for a reference should we experience similar problems in the future. They fixed the thermostat, replaced a missing screw in the air handler, and gave us a useful convenience tip on obtaining an assembled air filter from Phillips. Professional service alleviates worry and provides us confidence in the system they installed during construction.
