I was referred to Jeff for some sealing fans I needed installed in my Cabin up in Prescott which was built back in 1986 and lots of logs. He was very professional and prompt and arrived to take a look at the job and was very through on his assessment as I told him I do not like surprises. He prices were very reasonable and his technique to get the wire and digital switches installed was brilliant and avoid unnecessary sheetrock cuts. He also did not skimp on material and safety. Where others wanted to put in a simple pancake box screwed into the beam to hold the fan, Jeff and team put in a solid fan brace that will hold securely and avoid vibrations. On Wednesday, they showed up right on time and proceeded to install all the wiring and fan boxes. They used a machine with a dust collector, so there was now sheetrock dust anywhere when they were done and my wife was thrilled. One of the things I like best about Jeff was his responsiveness to my need and busy schedule. He answered the phone and answered all my texts, even on this small job, he made me feel important and did everything and more. My wife like him so much he asked me to have do a couple of more projects while he was out there and he handled it all. I have had a couple of electrical jobs that I've been putting off and when a neighbor was having some remodeling done, I took the opportunity to ask the electrical contractor if they might be interested in giving me a quote on my project. Dealing with a professional company whose high quality of work and the commitment they have towards customer service has made this a very easy and pleasurable experience. Jeff, the owner was very responsive to the questions I had and Tomas did an outstanding job on both counts. Dealing with Assurance has been a refreshing change from what has sadly become the norm with dealing with contractors. We lost power to our house over the weekend. I called AES on Sunday and spoke with Eric. He came out Monday morning and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. Because it's an old house the electrical panel was in need of replacement. AES had the city permits and Arizona Public Service in place to start the work on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. The new panel installation was completed and inspected by noon. APS had the power back on soon after. AES followed all the proper procedures, and the technicians were so efficient that they finished the install earlier than expected, so the final bill was less than what they had quoted. Great company and people! Hire them!! We recently did a remodel and lost some outlets so we needed to add some in the living room floor which Jeff did with ease. We also needed some additional outlets and he installed those as well. Jeff was very personable and came out and gave us an estimate first and then came the following week and did the work. He did a great job and compared to another company I checked, were very reasonably priced too. Everything was done very well and in a short amount of time. Thomas was very professional and did a complete test on all my wall sockets. He also tested my circuit panel and proceeded to replaced some of my breakers. replaced the GFI in the garage. We had just replaced the GFI in June with Ace Electrical and they didn't follow up with us on a timely manner probably because it would have been a free call. My elderly relative needed a new water heater, and in order to do that, an electric cable had to be laid from her house to her outdoor shed where the water heater would eventually be installed. AES sent two young men to do the job. These fellows were kind to my relative, explaining simply what they were doing. They were then efficient and got the job done relatively quickly.
