Dean and Ryan were very helpful and have changed my life for the better. I strongly recommend going with the solar power that they offer.

He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. Beyond helpful and just honest and hardworking! They were super communicative dealing with scheduling and working with our busy schedule and planned vacation to help us get the system installed and up and running!!

It was great working directly with a project manager instead of a salesperson. Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

They called me recently to make an appointment to come to our house and change out the filters in our R/O system. On the day of the appointment, they were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 8:30. At 11, I called to see what was going on and was told that there had been a leak that morning and they had to tend to that. I understand that a leak was more important than my filters, but they could have called to tell me. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day, "we'll make it the first appointment. At eight o'clock." At 9:30 I called to see if they were coming and he said he would be there shortly. The guy showed up, changed the filters, put everything back and then started taking it all apart. He told me that he started hearing a drip and it was coming from a valve at the back under the sink. "I guess I must have bumped it or something," he said. I asked if it had been leaking before he started and he told me "No." Three hours later, a visit to the plumbing supply house and with the addition of another person, he was finally finished. The grand total was over $700. I was aghast. I wouldn't have minded paying for the part, but the labor was his problem. He argued that HE didn't cause the leak, HE didn't break the valve, etc. I paid him and he said, "Well at least next year will be easier." You'd better believe it because next year (or ever) I won't be using Hayman Home Center. He and his assistant kept going out to the truck and leaving my door standing wide open. We have 4 indoor cats, plus the furnace was running. Just one more thing that was unprofessional.

Well, after closing the purchase, we were dealing with a significant plumbing issue. It was not until November when we decided to have Hayman come out to inspect the system. We had noticed one of their company stickers on the system advising they had installed it, but no date was indicated. However, we were still dealing with a significant plumbing issue. Their representative (Tim) came to the house, and visually inspected the system in the garage. Then he went to the kitchen sink and conducted some type metered test. He then advised us the system was working great. Not knowing anything about water softener systems we took his word for it and paid the company the $85 service charge. Tim then handed us a yellow copy of the receipt with the wording "Check W/S - Just Bought House." "Hughes Tested at 1." "Softener Working Great." Tim then leaves with our payment. About an hour later our plumber, who was working in our house during Tim's visit, walks up to us with a hand full of yellow resin balls that he had just extracted from our water pipes in the rear master bathroom. He then advises us the resin was from the failing water softener system. He advised it must had been failing for years to have caused the significant buildup he discovered. We advised him the Hyman Home Center (Tim) had just inspected it and he said the system was working "great." Our plumber responded, "no the system is failing." What! What he heck! @#^%^%^$. So we then called the company and a tenured female representative answered the call. We explained to her the issues. She then had us provide to her the serial number of the unit as she was going to call the manufacturer to determine how old the unit was. A few minutes later she called us back and advised the unit was 15 years old and was well past its product life. We asked her why didn't Tim conduct this inquiry or physically open the filter compartment to inspect for function? She advised he didn't do that. What? Shouldn't this type of investigation be a component of the inspection? Apparently not. She advised Tim just tests for pH. So we advised her the unit had to be removed. My plumber and I now had to physically disconnect it, and trash the entire system. Then he had to flush out our entire plumbing system which was going to take awhile. We asked if the company would refund our money because of the faulty inspection. She advised no, but the company would apply the difference to a new $1300 unit. Our response was of course no thank you, as we reminded her Tim said our system was working great but in reality it required to be removed and trashed. Unbelievable. The company walked away with our $85 for absolutely nothing. Needless to say we will never conduct business with this company again. There are many places to purchase water softener systems. Our plumbing company "D-Best Plumbing" sells and installs these systems. Hughes Supply in Cottonwood is a great plumbing contractor store that is open to the public who also sells these systems. And both companies sell them at better price. So we highly recommend looking elsewhere for your water softener or any other related need. As far as we are concerned, Hayman Home Center-Valley Solar and its members have proven themselves to be of disrepute. They certainly don't reflect any professional model we are aware of. So take a step back and re-think conducting business with this company. You too don't also want to be left holding the bag.

This story is hard to believe. A few weeks ago, I couldn't find the name of Connolly electric…read morebecause I'm older now, and a certain company came up, and all I wanted was to have insulation installed on my outer AC pipes to the outside of my house. I couldn't find the proper insulation, so I hired ****** to do the job. He did a great job, however, he comes in the house to inspect my unit, and notices that there was a rust stain at the bottom of my HVAC system. He proceeds to tell me that it may not have much life left, and he also noticed rust on the fan outside. Obviously, water wasn't draining correctly, however, my system worked perfectly, giving me great heat and great air conditioning. He said that I needed a new unit, and that prices were going up practically every day. I told him that I would wait until it broke, but he was insistent. Even my wife told him that we couldn't afford it. I'm really hard to sell, as I was a top salesman in my company. Somehow, he finagled his way out of my wallet. He quoted me $14,000, and I went for it for some stupid reason. The following week, they come to my house to install the unit which is almost twice as large as the one I had. I told him I didn't think I needed such a large unit, and from what I remember, he told me I did because it was very hot here. Anyway, three guys came to install it, and first of all, I don't know whether it's their fault on or not, but a downdraft unit came instead of an updraft one. The guys had to wait many hours for another one to be sent. Eventually, it came, however, the unit was so large that the tray that holds the filter underneath wouldn't fit, as the guy forgot to measure correctly. They actually installed it without a filter underneath so we'd have air conditioning. Fortunately, the filter fit in my intake in my house so we wouldn't get dust through the unit. When the machine turned off, the vents banged as there was too much pressure for my little house. Also, they did not change to a higher amp fuse, which should have been 60 amp instead of 30. They put in a 5-ton unit, and I had a 2-1/2 ton unit prior. I told Connolly that our bedroom in the front of the house faces the Sun, and it was hard to cool and heat only that room, so they put a 3-ton unit in. Here's the deal, instead of paying $14,000, I paid $8,200, almost HALF the price from Connolly. My builder will only use these guys, and since my guy is honest, I will agree. Damn, I should have called him first! Oh, by the way, my house is only 7-1/2 years old and 1,500 s.f. large. I would have reported the other guys to the Arizona Contractor office, but they gave me my 7,000.00 deposit back. Just be careful who you deal with, and thanks, Steve, for a wonderful and clean install, as well as Trevor and Todd, who I assume are either owners or managers.

I'm a little disappointed this time when I called for my AC unit to be checked. I was informed they won't do any work in a home warranty is involved.
