The korean style shortribs they would send up would be mostly fat and bone. There are many other issues I have with Teddy's but i'll leave it at this: This is a second rate meat shop. I am sure the owners are nice people but the quality of products they sell is so far below what I would serve to my family or clientele I struggle to understand how they stay in business. Thankfully I was able to persuade my catering company to switch to a professional purveyor like US Foods and the quality of meats are in line with what I expect.
