But we also found one that was a fish and I put it on snapper and it was amazing so yeah don't pass up the spices while you're in there. This by far is our favorite store that we have found so far. Very disapointed since this purchase was for personal use to be stored for the year. We bought insurance in case there was a problem and the response from the staff was inadequate. They said as long as the fish was cold to the touch there was no issue. They told me to just refreezee it and it would be safe to eat it. I feel like they ignored my request for the insurance although we paid for it, and I didn't feel safe eating the fish I was so looking forward to sharing with my family and friends. To clear a few things up: Instacart: is not owned by Fred Meyer. If you have a problem with them, you shouldn't put that on Fred Meyer. Also: Instacart workers are also on the front lines, and need your compassion. It's a GOOD THING: that grocery stores are being strict about returns. THIS DISCOURAGES HOARDING, in addition to being SAFE. In times like this, we should only buy what we NEED. OK, so with that soapbox out of the way: Freddies is doing a great job, all things considered. Social distancing markers are in place on the floors. Employees are constantly sanitizing and/or changing out gloves. Food is getting re-stocked only days after the hoarders take it all.
