The korean style shortribs they would send up would be mostly fat and bone. There are many other issues I have with Teddy's but i'll leave it at this: This is a second rate meat shop. I am sure the owners are nice people but the quality of products they sell is so far below what I would serve to my family or clientele I struggle to understand how they stay in business. The meat and veg inside is moist and flavorful, and the outside is nice and crispy. The mandasi was very tasty when paired with the sauces they include with your meal. The chicken and pasta was hearty and flavorful, and they do not skimp on the portions- I had lunch for 3 days afterward and it only got better as the noodles were able to soak up more and more of the flavors.
