We have hired Mike and Phil for a variety of small jobs, and their work has never been anything short of perfect. We have had a number of pinhole leaks in our copper piping, and American Plumb suggested we consider a whole-house repipe. We took several bids, and American Plumb was not only on the low end but also was far more comprehensive. When the guys came back to do a walk around before ordering the parts, they discovered a new pinhole leak that they repaired--free of charge. We have (not surprisingly) had to postpone the repipe as it required several days of our moving out of the house, so if you have any plumbing needs now, please consider hiring them. These guys are great, I have been using them for three of my hair salons and my house. No mickey mouse work here, they do the job once and they do it right. I called on Sunday and spoke to Phil who sent Kyle Bermel the first thing Monday morning as we had a leak and had shut off our water supply. What a nice young man! Our copper pipe was leaking under the house. He crawled under, cut the pipe and soldered a new one with a new spigot for our hose. I think it takes a very talented person or team to have the courage and conviction to leave a good paying, steady job to venture into business for yourself. This company was really great. First I called them about a broken shower head, and Phil responded within an hour and agreed to come and look at it that Saturday. He came on Saturday and gave a reasonable quote and fixed it within an hour as well. Then 2 days later I learned that my sink was leaking too. I called again, and he responded the same day and fixed that as well. In both situations he explained everything, was very friendly and professional, and showed the finished work.
