I gone here a few times and is ok at best. One time I went and she said she was busy and an appointment was coming in at 6pm (she was closing at 7pm) but she said come back in 20 minutes and will have a technician available to do my nails. So me and my sister let's and came back and it was still the same people there when we left! Her 6pm never showed up! So she rushed to do my nails and in the process she cut my cuticle and fingers multiple times with the hand drill. Not good. Another time I went there and she was not busy at all and she was more diligently on my nails this time around. She did do a much better job this second time around. This third time I went in I got the same color I did last time and she missed a couple of corners and did not do my nails smoothly. I feel a slight dip in the middle on two of my nails. And on some of my nails I can see the powder did not attach to the finger properly. And I was the only one at the shop at the time. I did not bother asking her to fix it because she would have charged me more or some extra fee. I will say I got a French manicure and it lasted 2 weeks before it started to chip away. Also the gel she does last me a whole month! At least that's how long the last one I got from her lasted. Either way you be judge and try this place for yourself. read more

NEVER AGAIN! Plz turn around and go somewhere else. Seems like a sweet lady but the service is crappy. Flyer outside says one price and you come In and get charged another price. I feel totally scammed! My nails hurt from her cut me with the electric nail filer. Nails are uneven and my polish is sloppy and she took way too much of my toe nail off that was super painful. She did not use a bag in the foot soaking tub when getting a pedicure. I pray I don't get a foot infection. Overall I don't think she's as experienced as she claims and ripping ppl off is not the way to go. I work hard for my money. read more

The service was great!!!! She did a very neat job. She was very friendly and nice. However I highly dislike my nails and will not return. I hate WIDE nails and I told her that prior to her even starting. I have small hands and with these wide nails it made it look like someone just slapped claydough on my hands and polished it. These in fact are the widest nails I've ever had and the widest I have ever seen. $40 down the drain. I would give 5 stars for the service if I could but Zero stars for the quality of work. I love this place. I come here and she does excellent job on my nails and toes. I call her she ready for me every time . I wouldn't go any where else and waste my money . She does my nails , they are on for a month. I don't even need a fill they are done so well. She does them in a timely fashion . I've been looking for a place where they would actually listen to what I wanted and do it correctly without taking more than 1 hour or $75+... Amy is great at doing my dip powder nails. She always works hard and doesn't get bothered if I wanna make any changes. She has a bunch of pretty colors. Other places made my nails so weak and they'd break or come off easily. I went with my mom for a Mother's Day Spa Retreat that didn't break my wallet. I found this place. You get what you pay for. When I got a pedicure, the lady cut the cuticles off my big toe so much that I was bleeding. They also are very pushy, and don't listen to you. She wanted to add some sparkles to my nail polish, and I refused. After she went on and on saying that she does nails very good, she went ahead and put the sparkles on without my consent. Annie, the store owner, did a better job with my mom. Her acrylic nails are still on after a month. I also went on two occasions to get my eyebrows waxed. She did a sloppy job with my wax. The environment is SO messy. I could hardly relax without looking at the piles of stuff. They had hats, purses, wallets, you name it! The back room was also small and crammed. I was surprised that it was a room and not a storage closet! Overall, I would only recommend getting your nails done from Annie. She is the one that does it remotely well. read more

I'm so sad to have to give a negative review but I cannot believe how poorly of a job was done on my nails. I only recently started wearing fake nails, and this was a lesson in making sure you get what you pay for. I asked for a fill and a manicure. I paid $40 and was in and out in 25 minutes. First of all, there was no fill done, she just sanded down the acrylic, the filing job is super uneven, and the paint job is even worse, I definitely needed one more coat of polish and it's bubbly in some spots. I really wish the technician had taken her time, nobody was waiting after me so I'm not sure why she was so rushed. I'm sure if she had paced herself she would have done a beautiful job. Also when I was paying with my card, the lady pointed out that she saw cash in my wallet and asked me to pay with that, which I thought was tacky and unprofessional. This is what my swollen toe looks like. I went to another nail shop and got a polish change because I couldn't handle my feet looking like a FIVE-year-old polish them. I forgot to take a picture of what my toes look like before I got them re polished , but this is what my toe looks like now that it's infected and swollen. If I could girl this place no stars I would! First off we they weren't busy and rushed through my dip manicure she kept cutting my fingers up with the Dremel my fingers hurt so bad I just got home and washing them hurts and hand sanitizer burns so bad. Then she proceed the door the normal lotion and hand message and nope slap some lotion on and pulled my fingers and rub my palm for 1 min then wiped lotion off with warm towel. They also left dipping powder residue on the side of my fingers almost all of them so I asked if they would clean it up just a little bit please she came over and took a little cotton and acetone which is normal BUT then proceeds to to jam her finger in the side of my fingers and that BURNED all my cuts so bad. Still residue on the sides she asked if it's ok I I just said a little (because it was burning so bad on the cuts she gave me) and she walked away saying good day. I then proceeded to checkout and asked for the owner and the guy said he was the manager and I told him how I was unhappy and hurting and he said... Sorry I don't know anything about nails and I'm only her sometimes she's our best technician that with be $35. Horrible customer service! read more

So I decided to get a pedicure after my physical therapy to kill some time bc it was peak hours for traffic. I walked in the building and Annie greeted me sternly...I specifically told her that I wanted Gel polish and wanted to look at the Gel colors to see what she had to offer...Rudely she said that she was busy with another customer and I would have to wait to see the Gel colors (there was like literally 3 people in there two children and one adult), then she kept saying the Gel polish was extra like she already assumed I wasn't willing to pay...she persisted that I get regular nail polish or powder... so while waiting I did look at the regular nail polishes but I just didn't see anything I liked honestly. I then saw some MK purses out on display so I decided to give them a peek while waiting then she says " don't touch their not for sale" ( when the sign clearly says they are for sale)... so when they were finally ready for me, she still didn't show me the Gel polishes bc she claim she would still be busy with those three customer from earlier... so after all the chaos I just decided to leave... then she chases me to my car accusing me of stealing one of her ugly colored nail polishes and wanted to look in my Michael Kors clutch. I told her no and I would definitely write a bad review about my experience. So then afterwards she said she would call the police bc I stole her polish. I've never written a Yelp review until now. Please please please avoid this place if you're just going to try a new place. I had some time to spare while my car was getting serviced so I walked over. I recently bit my nails down and needed them done. I asked for dip with nail extension. The way the lady did it was not how did is normally done, but I let her do her thing. She didn't extend my nail with a fake nail and instead used the dip like one uses acrylic and drug it out the extend my nail. Again, this is not normally how it is done but I figured maybe this might come out looking very natural. WRONG. The nails were thick and uneven. I was so disappointed. They didn't even last an hour before I started breaking them off. And omg did it hurt because there was no nail extension. I figured I could doctor them up when I got home. There was no fixing this mess. Stick to what you know ladies! And listen to these reviews. GREAT SERVICE! Terrible job :( read more
