Titan conducted an inspection for the seller of the home I was interested in purchasing. Titan said…read morehome was in good shape, furnace was 0k and roof nearing end of life expectancy. Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

He was supposed to show up at 7am but then shows up afternoon at 4 ish... did rip off my house and then says he is frustrated in 2 hours without completing the task. I dont understand why wouldn't I be mad when I payed him upfront and he doesn't even finish the work and expects me to understand. I need my refund, its been 10-15 days since you said will get my refund, you take money upfront and when we ask for refund it cannot be done. I would love to see your license getting canceled and sue you for leaving the work without proper consent.
