5 Stars all day long! Worked with the owner Ron on setting up a home inspection for a purchase we are making. He was able to have one of his inspectors, Matt, come to the property within 24hrs to help meet our deadline. Uncommonly nice and helpful throughout the scheduling process. Matt showed up not only on time, but with a full plan and agenda on how he was going to tackle the inspection. He used a drone to get great detail on the roof and was able to chat through all the things he noticed with us. Great value and great service. Report was sent to our agent within 12 hrs from there and we couldnt be happier. We will use RW West Inspections move forward - ask for Matt! read more

Highly Recommend this business. They were available very quickly for my house purchase. Eric, Matt, and Cole did an incredibly detailed and thorough inspection. They took the time to discuss the inspection results at the end, and answered all my questions. They were professional, polite and very knowledgeable. This company is well worth the money. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for detail-oriented, proficient inspectors. read more

We received the most thorough and well laid out inspection report from RW West. It was so easy to understand and each item was described in detail, and included photos. I especially liked the "ranking" by color of items that were a higher priority. I would recommend RW West to anyone! AND we had the report the next day!!! Very impressed! read more

Matt was very thorough and explained everything he found during our home inspection. We were impressed with his personalized way that he got things done and how helpful he was on how to go about getting things fixed. read more

Ron and his team came out to inspect a multifamily property that I was purchasing. Their team was professional, efficient and very thorough. They generated a comprehensive report with photos to back everything up. They weren't the cheapest out of the companies that I interviewed, but they were the most professional and had openings right away. They were even great and responsive months later when I had a question about the building's electrical system. Highly recommend. read more

They were extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Ron was also very nice to work with. I highly recommend them!

Inspector was on time, knowledgable and friendly. Same day report- very professional.

He inspected our home. Very friendly and easy to work with. Inspection report was thorough and helpful. Thanks!

This is my third time using RW West for home inspections, not as an agent but the buyer. They are very thorough and detail everything. I go back and reference the inspection report to see to take care of any items that I can do myself. Anyways, I've used them since 2014 and just recently used them for a condo purchase. All in all, they're very thorough and even take time to answer a lot of questions that you may have. If you're purchasing a home you already know to get an inspection so now you know where to go when it's time, RW West. read more

I've used RW West for all of my real estate purchases and sales for at least 25 years. I won't use another company for my inspections. The techicians are thorough and knowledgeable. They will also test for mold and scope sewer lines if requested (for an additional fee). I highly trust the crew in providing an accurate and thorough report. read more

Cole performed the inspection on our second home. I was incredibly pleased with thorough and detail included in the report. Cole was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Would definitely in the future and will be referring to friends and family. read more

I was notified my review was removed by Yelp HQ. I did have these inspection guys come out. I gave them a decent review and I am surprised why my review was removed. The report was timely and easy to access. I would er on the side of caution when these inspection reports come out especially with plumbing and electrical matters. The cost was $200 for the inspection which took about 2 hours. read more

Great inspectors! The inspector was timely and detailed. Would recommend for any of your inspection needs.

I was referred to David by my realtor on a very short notice. He was quick, responsive and concise. I would definitely work with him in the future. read more

We had RW West Inspections come do a buyer inspection with a sewer scope on a house we're in the process of buying. The inspector we had was Val. Val was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made things incredibly clear for us, and even gave us advice on how we could fix some of the stuff he found ourselves. We would absolutely recommend using RW West for all of your home inspection needs. read more

Cole and Gui were very easy to work with. They asked questions if something didn't make sense to them. Their work seemed very thorough. The one thing I would have liked to see in the report is more context that some of the items mentioned were best practices rather than a requirement for a house built in 1936 (houses from that era are not always required to meet today's current code). Besides that, a great product! read more

My wife and I had David of R W West Consultants to come over and inspect our home in Bellevue, WA. David was extremely professional and we could not have had a better human being to have performed these services than him. There were areas that he pointed out that we were able to have professionally fixed easy. We were conveniently able to contact him back 45 minutes after he left for further support clarity. He was very responsive and helped collaborate with a professional that we called to the home to immediately make repairs. We highly recommend R W West Consultants for their responsiveness, competence, overall professionalism & fair market pricing. read more

Our inspector was Cole. He was very thorough, went through explanations of things we might want to consider before selling. It took about 3 hours for Cole to finish the work. RW West was very easy to schedule online! Many thanks to Cole! read more

We recently had a home inspection done by this group, I was blown away at the documentation and details that they provided us. I've had other home inspections over the years, And the report quality would always differ but not one company has really stood out. Now, RW West consultants and inspections, sets the gold standard. What set them apart: 1) Prior to inspection: They send you a SOW to digitally sign and prepay for the service online. 2) Technology: hot/cold sensing equipment for cooling and heating sources, cameras, video, and drones to capture hard to reach places. 3)Deliverables: You get a digital document in color that contains a line item for each item, with a image or video. Each item has a description with recommendation on what needs to happen and if it is DIY, handyman, or professional contractor to remedy that item. I will definitely go back to them and use them again. read more

We had the best experience with Val our inspector from R W West...He showed up on time on Whidbey island and inspected our home even explaining anything that we had concerns about. His professional attitude and care for our home gave us great confidence in his inspection. I had an excellent experience with R.W. West and specifically Jonathan Shibuya for my home pre-inspection. Jonathan was very thorough: in his inspection, his report, and taking the time to answer my questions. I believe that his excellent work and the reputation of R.W. West contributed to the quick, smooth, and satisfactory sale for both me and, I hope, the family who ultimately purchased the home. The price was more than fair, given the quality of the report. Thank you, Jonathan! read more

Was Valentin really an inspector, or was he really Scooby Doo solving some serious house mysteries! I loved how quick and easy Scheduling was, and Valentin's friendliness, candor and home tips were much more than we expected! My family and I were purchasing a home in Woodinville, WA. When purchasing a home, it's very important to feel you can trust in the home inspection. Ron was thorough, always responsive to calls, helped educate us about aspects of the home inspection that we didn't understand, he was always willing to coordinate and communicate with general contractors and service people about his report, and he was very kind. When following up on items in the report that needed further investigation from a third party, I didn't have the expertise to assess whether the results were satisfactory. Ron helped me by staying involved, until he believed the results of additional investigation were adequate. My motto was, "If Ron is satisfied, then I am satisfied". I really felt he had our best interest in mind. I can honestly say that I will always go out of my way to recommend and work with Ron in the future. Thank you Ron for your incredible work! read more

Ron & his RW West team was recommended to us by our realtor for our home inspection, and we were incredibly happy with the experience! We were impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection (they had a few team members comb throughout the property) and the write-up - it made for an easy checklist of requested fixes to the seller. Ron also took the time to walk me through the property and explain each of the issues, so I could know what to look for. The RW West team also did a great job respecting COVID procedures - masked up, maintaining distance, not crowding areas. read more

We scheduled the appointment on New Year's Day and messaged Ronald, and Ronald responded within 2 minutes to confirm the appointment. Our inspector Robert got to the house 30 minutes early (no charge) and finished on time. Whenever he saw something big (leak, mold, etc) he paused his inspection and told us immediately. One thing we've never seen before was the use of the heat sensor in the kitchen. Robert was thorough and the report was almost 73 pages long and came with snapshots, red highlighted words and plenty of major AND minor things that were of note to be fixed. We aren't bothered by the fact that we'll basically have to replace the roof and perhaps the deck. We are going into this with eyes wide open, and couldn't thank Robert more for showing us the way! ******The ONLY issue we have is that there are 3 trees' roots growing into the foundation of the house, and it was not observed or reported. We found it ourselves and one of our roofers noted we should look into it right away whole he was on break.. It can cost anywhere from $50,000-100,000 to fix something like this, depending on how bad it is. We will need to investigate further to see if it's as bad as it looks. We sure hope not. Just want to give a fair warning to other home buyers considering..perhaps ask for them to check outside the home more thoroughly. I wish we did. **** read more

The most thorough inspection you can get especially as a first-time homeowner! We first noticed Ron and his team come up when we were looking for a new place and looked through MULTIPLE pre-inspections. His team's inspections stand out for being the most thorough and detailed, definitely doesn't skimp on any details so we chose Ron once we purchased our first home. Team is responsive and punctual, highly recommend! read more

Excellent and very thorough services. We learned of RW West Inspections as the buyer of our house used them. Our inspector was David Young. He was timely, professional, a great communicator and created a very thorough analysis, using a lot of pictures to help describe the condition of what he was inspecting. He was so great that we used him on our buy side to inspect two different properties. We couldn't be happier with their services. Thank you David! read more
