They were available short notice to get an inspection done for me on a time crunch. They took the time to answer any questions I had. They ended up saving me from entering into a money pit of a home by discovering several issues that were going to cost me loads of money. As a first time home owner, they sat me down mid way through the inspection and pointed out some red flags and then asked if I still wanted to continue with the sewer scope. By foregoing the sewer scope it allowed me to save a bit on the inspection cost. I really did feel they were my advocate in this process. Very professional, organized, and detailed oriented. I would highly recommend and would use them again in the future as my search for a home continues. read more

I worked with Juli for scheduling and Sheila as my inspector. I was on a tight timeline and needed an inspection completed quickly, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Sheila was extremely thorough, efficient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was also happy to answer my questions along the way. I would highly recommend Rinehart Inspection Services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable home inspection. read more

Juli and Meri are incredibly responsive and professional! Communication was prompt and efficient, even over the weekend through texts and phone calls. We were able to schedule a pre-inspection appointment with Meri within just two days. Meri did an outstanding job providing a thorough and detailed inspection report on a home we were considering purchasing. She identified a potentially major issue involving the foundation and crawlspace, which turned out to be invaluable information for us. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, we sought a second opinion from a structural engineer and ultimately decided not to move forward with the purchase. We truly appreciate Meri's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to helping us make an informed decision. We would absolutely use their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable home inspection team. read more

Can't say enough how much we appreciated Meri's thorough inspection of my future home. She found issues the seller of our future house, my boyfriend who is an engineer, and others didn't find. I acquired Reinhart's services back in February to do an initial inspection of my home for sale. The report Reinhart provided included several items of note (mostly cosmetic). The report didn't highlight other structural and functional issues which I was aware of which would have affected the home sale, however. I hired another inspector recently, and he found all of the remaining known issues and several other functional ones as well (see my other Yelp reviews if curious). I strongly advise looking for another inspector service, unless your goal is to offload your home quickly. The benefit of their inspection wasn't worth the price I paid. read more

Used their services for a move-out inspection after a tenant left our home and we had a very professional interaction. The inspection was thorough. Communication before, during, and after the inspection was smooth and it was great to get all the detailed reports as well as many high-resolution pictures taken during the process. Kudos and I am sure to use your services again! read more

We had contracted Rinehart inspection team for inspecting our house. Juli did a great job during the inspection. They were on time and came equipped to handle all aspects of the inspection. They documented the roof using drones and reviewed them in detail. They documented every details upto a portion of nail. They were eager to answer any questions we had as a first time home buyer. In no time they completed the documentation and shared it with the builder. The service they provided was very worth the money and the time. Will definitely recommend them. read more

Overall great & stress free experience- we had our home inspected while under contract and the inspector Howard was thorough- fully entered crawl space & attic, and walked the roof to get many images and details on the state of the home. Up front, Juli was incredibly responsive on the phone & email and was able to schedule us for several time options within 48hr. Juli was also super helpful for us to understand what would & would not be in scope, and to arrange for the inspector to receive questions & points to focus on - making us comfortable that they would be addressed even though we were unable to attend the inspection appointment. The summary report was very helpful in understanding the maintenance needs of the home and the large-format images were great to reference when reading the report. Howard also included recommendations for methods of fixing small items, which was super helpful as first-time home owners. Howard checked if we had any questions or concerns in all communications. With any inspection, it may be possible that items are missed, but we are going into our home with much more confidence after the thorough report and guidance from Howard and Rinehart Inspection Services. The best money spent! read more

As a first time buyer, Rinehart Home Inspections was a dream to work with. The process felt incredibly thorough -- with every nook and cranny was probed with detailed notes taken. After all these years and hundreds of home sales, Rinehart Inspections is still one of my favorites because George and Meri are so knowledgeable. I met George when I took a class about home inspections as a new agent and I've been referring him as well as a few others to my clients ever since. George and Meri both walk through the inspection process with the client and explain things as they go. They never rush my buyers and always allow time for answering their questions. Their reports are organized and easy to read and understand. If there was anything that we didn't understand when we get the report and am writing our response, they always reply in good time so my client is able to make a decision on the items on the inspection. read more

I was referred to this family owned business and will refer them to others. Meri was kind, thorough, and willing to explain every concern to me. Inspection report was detailed and sent to me the same day. Also, as a solo, female, first time home buyer it was really refreshing to have someone take the time to explain things in simple terms, with patience and respect. read more

The housing market is moving quickly and my new home purchase inspection was needed in a short period of time. Rinehart Home Inspections called in George who stepped away from a personal commitment in order for us to meet our deadline! George was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Being a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect with an inspection. Thom was my inspector and the experience couldn't have been more positive. First of all, Rinehart was able to commit to a very last minute inspection that was also about 2 hours away. Thom showed up on time and was very thorough. He was also very kind and patient with me as he explained all of the issues in detail. Again, being a first-time homebuyer this piece was very important to me. Rinehart did my inspection for an older manufactured home I'm buying. Meri was so thorough in her inspection and reporting. I was shocked to receive the 64 pg report within an hour or so after she had finished! The report defined the issues separated by significant down to suggested maintenence items. I was able to easily determine whether to go forward with the purchase or not. Thanks to Meri I know exactly what I'm taking on. I wasn't able to be at the inspection. The pictures included were very helpful in actually seeing the issues. I would definitely recommend Rinehart to anyone needing an inspection. I may have them do a follow-up inspection after the repairs have been done. I totally trust Meri's knowledge and experience. I'll have a sense of comfort if she signs off on the repairs! read more
