The work that Paul (owner) and his team did was impeccable. They truly are the experts they claim to be. I interviewed four firms for this project. Paul was the first. The other contractors were quick to point out potential problems, but Paul was even quicker to point out solutions. Paul set the bar for the other contractors quite high. Most importantly, the customer service we received from Ed Burke and Steve Fitzer exceeded our expectations and was ongoing from the moment we walked into the store to the very end when they took back a box of unused material without issue. Ed came out and measured to help ensure that we ordered the right amount. Ed and Steve advised us on all of the materials that the tradesman would need for appropriate installation.
