They sold us the wost vinyl flooring you could possibly buy and we ended up hiring someone to finish doing the floor because of how bad it was and we had to buy new flooring because the installer refused to work with the company of that flooring due to how hard it is. Do not go there they just try to make the sale and do not care about their customers at all. read more

My husband and I purchased 3,000 square feet of Bellawood White Oak flooring from this location for our new construction home. First, Lumber Liquidators was our choice for the wide selection of quality wide plank hardwood and they had the updated wood colors we were looking for. The pricing offered for the style, quality, and colors we wanted was well below those of several other flooring stores we looked at from Shorewood to Naperville. Most importantly, the customer service we received from Ed Burke and Steve Fitzer exceeded our expectations and was ongoing from the moment we walked into the store to the very end when they took back a box of unused material without issue. Ed came out and measured to help ensure that we ordered the right amount. Ed and Steve advised us on all of the materials that the tradesman would need for appropriate installation. These guys even held our material when the project fell behind and were kind and supportive about the hold-up; calling to check-in for an anticipated delivery date. We have purchased through Lumber Liquidators before for projects large and small and will continue to return to and recommend this location. McKenna & Amelin Lulic read more

Selection and web site was very interactive. Sales rep not engaging. Company that performs installation is one of the "WORST" I have experienced in the 30+ years here in Naperville. I had a presurvey performed by the installation group and they submitted 2 quotes for installing LVT in a kitchen floor. One was for going over the existing and the other was for removing the tile to install the new LVT. After reviewing with the store rep. it was decided to install over the existing tile. The day of install, the workers stated floor too uneven, shook my hand and left. I had to contact the store for a solution, they indicated to work with the installation group and would get back to me shortly. Waited a week no contact, kitchen is still with a partial floor down. Contacted the store they apologized and indicated they would get back with a status by next day which they did. The solution was to go for removal of the existing floor, sanding for an additional $1100.00 as per the 2nd original quote. I paid the difference, and within 30 minutes a recvd. a call back indicating that and another $500.00 was needed to perform the work, be aware the policy of LL Flooring is ALL material and labor costs are paid upfront prior to goods or service being rendered, I find that unusual. The final payment was made over a week ago NO CONTACT! The take away from this experience is BUYER BEWARE, you have the potential to be fleeced by LL Floorings installation service and be prepared to pay before goods or service is rendered. Needless to say I will not be using LL Flooring for 600' of Maple Flooring I need to purchase and have installed. read more

Lumber Liquidators is ok if you use them properly. The salesman are friendly but trained to upsell everything, even if the products that they sell you void the manufacturers warranty. You can take advice from the staff, but be sure to read the installation instructions from manufacturer website before placing orders or doing any work. read more

This location is great! Dolibor helped us through the whole process. We were looking at re-doing our hardwood floor in every room expect the bathrooms. We visited other competitors but lumbar liquidators seemed to have the best price & more options. Dolibor was very patient with us & answered all of our questions. Since we moved here from VA we had a 5% off coupon through usps.com & he also gave us an additional discount that helped a lot! We are satisfied with the results & will use LL again when we decided to do our bathrooms. Overall LL & this location has a lot of choices & they give you free samples. They seem to know their stuff & Dolibor went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks Dolibor!! read more

LL Flooring - Naperville - Sales - Flooring Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

This is a Horrible store that overcharged me and then said they would correct it. Then they started ignoring my messages and i had to contact the corporate office. Also they said they would load the flooring in my vehicle. But when i got there they did not keep their commitment. I had to load 40 of these box myself. Which i should have just drove away after that and went to a different store. But i guess you live and learn. I hope you will learn from my mistake of a store that doesn't value their customers read more

Dalibor was quite helpful in deciding which floor to purchase. I definitely will go back for future purchases.

Steve was very helpful and informative regarding my search for walnut flooring. Although, he was not able to find an exact match to my current flooring, he provided me with a quote on a possible option in a very timely manner. read more

These people are borderline criminal. The price for a specific product is constantly changing. In February I purchased 478 sq. ft. of Morningstar XD bamboo flooring for my master bedroom at $2.59 per sq. ft. along with five rolls of Bellawood Platinum underlayment and two transition moldings (one T and the other D) for $53.94 each. At the time I asked if I could return whatever molding I did not use as the salesperson couldn't tell me which molding I would need. Then last Saturday I purchase an additional 160 sq. ft. of the same Morningstar bamboo to use with the leftover product from my master bedroom to do a guest bedroom. This time I was charged $2.99 per sq.ft. I also another T molding for $53.94. I asked the salesperson if I could return the unused D molding from the previous purchase and was told yes. Then yesterday I went back to purchase another roll of Bellawood underlayment and to return the D molding which was never even taken out of the original and was told I could not return it. The clerk was very rude and made the comment that they can't take back and resell something that has been sitting in someone's home. I said that my home is much cleaner and does not have mice and birds in it like their warehouse so I didn't understand his argument. Anyway they would not take back the D molding which like I said was never opened and still in its original box so I just left it at the counter and left the store. I spent a total of $2,655.10 and they would not take back a $53.95 molding? I will never purchase anything from these crooks again. They have lost a customer for life! read more

By far the best customer service! I ordered the wrong flooring, and had to replace it urgently as the old floor had already been removed. Steve, the store manager was completely empathetic and rushed to find the best alternative. Searched every location for stock, fully returned the other flooring and I was done and on my way within the hour. He even unloaded my car, which he did not need to do. Thank you, Steve!! Real gem! read more

Poor service stood around and was never greeted or even acknowledged felt like the employees didn't want to help me. I'm hoping it wasn't due to the color of my skin. But you should acknowledge patrons who enter your business to spend money. read more

My wife and I have been going through the LL warranty team after being recommended floor that should have never been installed with the type of subfloor we have. It's completely not functional for what we wanted. My wife had been working with the LL customer care team, who said they would replace the floor including install and we would only have to pay the difference. Since then, radio silence. Here we are months later unable to use the room the floor is in and we aren't getting any response from LL. We have been told multiple times that someone will reach out (after a case manager stopped returning emails) but no word and that has been going on for two weeks. Beyond frustrating. They just don't care about their customers. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

I've visited this store on two occasions because they were having a sale. My first experience was okay. They didn't have the advertised flooring but the salesperson was friendly and helpful. My second experience wasn't so great. We were in the store for several minutes and never did get any help from the salesperson. We left and went to Floor and Décor and found flooring we wanted. read more

I ordered 1000 sqft of unfinished US made oak from these guys. They provided samples and beat everybody elses price. When I ordered they made sure the material was in stock and were pleasant to deal with. One thing to note is to stop by there and talk the them in person, they are not the best at returning calls... Left my number twice read more

Stopped in today customer service is great very helpful and straight to the point we definitely recommend this place

These are the best prices I have found with a nice selection. There are sections of some flooring laid out so you can get a nice idea of how it will look. Pleasant service always available. Location is a little hidden but near Menards. read more

Great prices and service! Had everything you need unlike other big box stores

Nick and Scott displayed very good costumer service. I was there last week and they were very helpful. Nick was very patient with me, suggested a few things and didn't rushed me into choosing what woodfloor to use. He also gave me a reasonable discount and I ended up with a very nice Brazilian cherry floor at a very good price. Awesome place, for sure I'm coming back to this place. read more

Very good selection of hardwood floor at great price!! Customer service is excellent and they are very helpful!!

We are updating our floors and was looking for something sturdy at a reasonable price. One of the associates recommended a birch wood as we were checking out we asked about scratching because we have a dog. The associate said that this wood was sturdy and would not leave any marks from a dog's nail. We bought 2,200 dollars worth of wood that day. We also asked about returning any wood and he mentioned no restocking fee and said it would be no problem. My boyfriend gets home and sees how soft it is and how he can make a scratch by barely pressing his finger nail in it. He ended up going to the west Chicago location where the associate there was much more helpful. He basically had to clean up this location's mess. He took care of the restocking fee, found a wood that was durable and ended up taking care of the rest of the order we had to still pick up. Don't bother with this location. Rather than build a reputable business, they are trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible without a decent product. read more
