The location is not that big pretty subtle and clean. Customer service is great as they attend to you very fast and are very polite. The lamb Gyro was alright for a quick snack or lunch break meal. Yesterday I had the worst wings I've ever had in life from here . They tasted as if the sauce was mixed with vinegar. Terrible .

My coworkers rave about this place so I decided to get take out for lunch yesterday. Apparently this place has really bad customer service according to all the other reviews. I didn't call to place my order or go pick up my order so I can't speak for the customer service. The food however was delicious and totally hit the spot! I got the ultimate Philly steak combo which includes a drink and fries. Everything was delicious! The sandwich was very flavorful and I'm not typically a fan of crinkle cut fries but their fries were good. I would order from here again. read more

I always go here and I only get the wings the lemon pepper wings but they are always very good. This place is pretty good and always consistent. My wife and I visit this American deli enough and always get great service!

I called in a to go order and when my husband went to pick the order up it was not correct and instead them correcting it they told him that's what I order and would not fix it. I know what I order I specifically said no onions and peppers on the Philly because my husband is allergic, If the woman who was taking the order was listening instead of rushing my order and repeatedly interrupting me while I was telling her my order then maybe it would have been correct. Work on your customer service you all are so quick to take customers money but yet give mediocrity service and then tell a customer you will not fix there order but took my money. So let me start by saying I don't rate fast food. But I was so mad I had to rate them. Yesterday I ordered wings and it was great. So today I stop by to grab something for lunch. The owner is Korean and so am I. When I got there they were talking to their co workers saying there some food that customer order and they didn't pick up. So they will sell to co worker for half price. The worker ask what she had and she said house fried rice and some wings. I ordered a Philly and house fried rice. And I heard the owner telling the cook to use the house fried rice that was left over and just heat it up and give to me...... They changed owners, 4 months ago. The wings taste different. The hot sauce was different and not as mouth watering as i remembered. The wings are awsomr but I am going to take two stars off because they keep the TVs turned up so loud you cannot enjoy the delicious wings.

Google says they close at 9:30, yelp says they close at 10, it is stated on their menu that they close at 10. Called in at 9, someone picked up and hung up, called back a second time, and the line was messing up, called back two more times and no one answered. If you want to stop taking orders at 9, then state that you close at 9. Don't say you close at 10, and then choose not to take any orders after 9. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. read more

Good food bad customer service. I ordered lemon pepper wings. When the box was opened at the counter they were hot wings. I said that they order was wrong and the cashier wanted to call me a lie. I order the same once a week. I wasn't offered a redo or my money back. I witnessed the same treatment to another customer about a month ago and the owner tried to tell her what she ordered. And like her I won't be going back. I'm not a dog you just not going to throw me a bone and expect me to wag my tail. I'm old enough to be that young lady's grandmother.
