Minus the wear and tear of the place, It's clean and that's what I usually focus on anywhere I go. Dr. Tabila is great. His approach and the way he speaks reminds me of my dad. Very comforting for me. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and checked me in swiftly. Today was my first time being seen by Dr. Alsisto-Pagatapatan. She is amazing. Attentive and thorough. She went over my bloodwork results and went down the list item by item and explained what each one was and wrote quick notes for me for each one to understand what them better. Very helpful and comfortable to speak with. I chose this doctor's office last year because it was the closest one to my house and also because I wanted to see the difference between here and going to a big name hospital like where I used to go to before. I thought it was a little sketchy of a place because it looked like a renovated house turned doctor's office. This is a 'don't judge a book by its cover' review. Though it's not glamorous from the outside, what matters most is the quality of care from the doctors and staff. And this place is gives me just that. 10/10 for me.

Well I just went in on a Sunday morning and for a minor issue and filled out all of their information online (I've been to this location before with no issues) and everything was fine until the receptionist asked me for my credit card information to "keep on file". Listen: I have full health insurance and I'm NOT leaving a credit card on file with all the healthcare fraud! She claimed it was because it's on a "Sunday and their system doesn't work on Sunday". What about people in the community that don't have credit cards, but have health insurance? I told them I'm happy to pay my out of pocket as normal but they said they must have a credit card and handed me a slip of paper with their policy. I left without service. I will definitely be placing a formal complaint. And yes, I have many credit cards but I'll be damned if I leave one "on file" when I have medical insurance. Hi, Like with most…read morethings I am sporadic and my health is too. A couple months ago my body decided to betray me. With my busy schedule it's difficult to get an appointment on my timing. I have Kaiser insurance and going through them = "We have an appointment Wednesday 28th.. of 2018!" Yeah, well that isn't going to work and who has time to check in for cancellations etc.? Well I do at times, but I refuse to do so. I was NOT okay enough to know I needed a doctor, but not bad enough for Kaiser-wait-a-long-ass-time-Urgent-Care. SOOOO I yelped walk in clinic. Arrived to a business center looking building. 2nd floor, door to the left after exiting elevator and there I was... (They close for lunch from 12:00pm -1:00. They have to eat. duh) I went in, 10 min wait. $49 later.. diagnosis, a prescription for prednisone that had me swollen like a blow fish (necessary) and a free follow up (10 day timeframe) I was out the door. Oh and a note to be off work for a couple weeks (Which she gave me the option to still go but with all the restrictions in the world) I appreciated her options. I was able to be at work and just sit pretty while getting paid. Thanks!!!! Dr. Archna was great. Very sweet personality and took genuine concern. She has been monitoring my progress and although having insurance, I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for her. Location is clean and staff is nice. After seeing some mixed reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience because mine has been…read morenothing but positive. I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.
