Hi, Like with most…read morethings I am sporadic and my health is too. A couple months ago my body decided to betray me. With my busy schedule it's difficult to get an appointment on my timing. I have Kaiser insurance and going through them = "We have an appointment Wednesday 28th.. of 2018!" Yeah, well that isn't going to work and who has time to check in for cancellations etc.? Well I do at times, but I refuse to do so. I was NOT okay enough to know I needed a doctor, but not bad enough for Kaiser-wait-a-long-ass-time-Urgent-Care. SOOOO I yelped walk in clinic. Arrived to a business center looking building. 2nd floor, door to the left after exiting elevator and there I was... (They close for lunch from 12:00pm -1:00. They have to eat. duh) I went in, 10 min wait. $49 later.. diagnosis, a prescription for prednisone that had me swollen like a blow fish (necessary) and a free follow up (10 day timeframe) I was out the door. Oh and a note to be off work for a couple weeks (Which she gave me the option to still go but with all the restrictions in the world) I appreciated her options. I was able to be at work and just sit pretty while getting paid. Thanks!!!! Dr. Archna was great. Very sweet personality and took genuine concern. She has been monitoring my progress and although having insurance, I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for her. Location is clean and staff is nice. Oh, this medical clinic does not cater to children, so don't waste your time bringing in the kiddos. They offer 10% off if you check in on yelp, However you have to be paying cash to get that discount. M'kay! Also, shout out to Adriana, sassy Front desk/ MA fun to chat up as vitals are being taken. After seeing some mixed reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience because mine has been…read morenothing but positive. I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.

They made a clerical error when submitting my claim to my insurance, then decided to charge me directly in full without my consent. I am now jumping through multiple obstacles, having to explain myself over and over again with no resolve in sight. I provided them with a case number provided by my insurance that shows were the error was done and still no resolve, no answers. I am now being told that a 3rd party is going to review my charge dispute? This is absolutely disappointing. I don't know if it would be worth returning.

Whew! Called them just in time and they said the last walk in is at 6:30. Made it just in time and was able to find street parking in front. I gave my current insurance card and info and filled the paperwork out and got seen by the Dr all within 30 min or less. Dr Green was super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at home! He showed great care and heard all my needs and concerns and I wish they could be my primary doctor but he said they don't do primary, unfortunately. He sent my prescription to CVS right away and wished my husband and I good health and recovery. Altogether, the experience was awesome! Thank you! (And sorry for making y'all stay late!)

Lady at Check in was friendly and advised I didn't have one but they needed a card on file. I was seen 5 minutes after that and was told to drink water and give a urine sample. I didn't have a problem but didn't have to go. Shortly after the nurse practitioner came in sand she was very personable. She touched my stomach, asked numerous questions and advised me what to do. Things I didn't even consider. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and felt good mainly from my experience. Quality care was great as well as type of care. I felt heard and respected which is important to me as a woman of color.

The facility is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The waiting area is well designed, clean and nice. Jasmine handled my intake stats and was friendly and fast. Shortly thereafter I met Dr. Nair. What a fantastic person. Great bedside manner, friendly, and upbeat. It was very easy to discuss my symptoms and concerns, and he addressed everything like a true professional. Dr. Nair provided the next steps and I was on my way. One of the best doctors I have been in contact with in a long while. The doctor (Dr. Patel) was very nice and friendly and I would highly recommend. I had to get an X-Ray and that took almost an hour. I don't know if it was because of the holiday but they were short staffed. I also realized that the X-Ray was common between the Urgent Care and the regular clinic, which made it very crowded and slow. They need to make getting an X-Ray more efficient. 5 Stars for the doctor, 4 stars for the staff, 2 stars for X-Ray.

Please avoid this location, though. My first visit years ago was unremarkable, but a recent visit in early August was a nightmare. First, the nurse checking me in insisted I could only be seen for one symptom, and her manner brought me to tears. I was experiencing about seven symptoms over 10 days. She was extremely rude, and then noted that my heart rate was high -- yes, because she was stressing me out with her unprofessional attitude. I've never encountered an urgent care that insists on treating only one symptom. I asked her to listen to all seven and then decide which was most urgent to document. It later turned out I was having an allergic reaction to an antibiotic -- I had noted a rash as one of my symptoms. I saw Dr. Hanser, who described my rash as looking like "sun exposure" but said he suspected an allergic reaction. He had me tested for viruses. He did not land on considering it an allergic reaction nor treat me for that. Later that day, the rash spread across my entire body, and I had to go to a different urgent care the next day to get steroids. The difference in quality of care I received at the Westminster MemorialCare location was like night and day. The nurse listened to my situation and noted that as cause of visit. The doctor showed true concern and empathy. Given how dismissive both the nurse and the doctor were here, in their own ways--please avoid this Bellflower location.

I spent days trying to get it resolved with the VA but no luck so I figured the urgent care could reroute my prescription to the VA. They said they would, then never followed up. When I called again, I was told the provider NEVER even entered a diagnosis, so now I'd have to come back and be seen again. Why would I return to a place that couldn't do the most basic part of their job? The front desk was completely unhelpful. On day two, I called and explained I still hadn't received my medication, and the woman at the desk told me maybe I was having issues because I waited too long. First -- that's not even true (CVS said I have until June 4 to pick it up). Second -- I wasn't even given any discharge paperwork or instructions after my visit. Not a paper, not an email nothing. And instead of helping, she tried to shift blame onto me rather than acknowledge the provider didn't even enter a diagnosis. Veterans deserve better than this mess. Totally unprofessional, zero accountability, and no care for patient experience.

It is a must and essential to keep everyone safe. The office has several chairs set up outside and away from sun as much as possible. Upon entering there are 2 other chairs set up before entering reception area. As the cases are rising again, I felt very comfortable being seen here. The staff wiping chairs once someone got up , when you are called in for blood pressure and weight everything we touch or sit is wiped down immediately. There is ample parking many use it for bussiness near by but should not be to worried. I believe we do not give enough thank you'd for the staff and doctor's that show up for Us to get treated.
