Owned by a fantastic guy named Sammy tremendous restaurateur, by the way. he's running one of the best operations I've ever seen. Also his mother, a sweet Asian Woman-very beautiful by the way. This is place is clean, classy, and the food? Totally out of this world. They've got everything! cheese steaks, fried rice, the works, but the chicken wings... folks, I'm telling you, these wings are the best. Crispy, juicy, perfectly sauced. Not too spicy unless you want them that way. Better than Buffalo. Better than anything. People are talking about them--lots of people. I had to try them myself. I did. And guess what? They were right. Service? Incredible. Fast. Friendly. Like a five-star hotel but with blue cheese dressing. I've been to three separate similar restaurants in the area trying their chicken wings & fried rice combo and this spot has the best by far! Fresh made to order and very flavorful. Dish reminds me of the Chinese food back home in NYC. This combo comes with shrimp fried rice and four whole wings with a drink. Will definitely be back! read more

This place is so good! You can pick up Chinese food here, too--not just amazing wings. What I loved about this place was the efficient service. Our cashier went over our order five times to make sure it was correct. It's a hectic place and we appreciated that. Then, when your order arrives, they double-check it with you. I always get my wings and shrimp fried rice from AmeriBistro. I made a call in order for 100 wings I ordered 4 different flavors since they offer so many different ones. I was told my order would be ready in 10 mins. Once I arrived I was greeted walking into the door. My wings were ready but since I was there decided to order shrimp fried rice. It was ready in like 5mins. Customer service was on point and I really appreciated that since it's football Sunday and I know they can get busy. I definitely recommend this spot for wings, fish, shrimp fried rice, they even have Philly cheesesteaks They have great specials as well I ordered the 100 wings which came with a family size fries, and a 2 liter for $47. I forgot to check in while at the restaurant. They are serving wings and their regular menu during these times. I ordered a 50 pc wing for a girls night in flavors split between thai chili and honey lemon pepper. The young lady who assisted us was very nice and helpful. I was able to go some quick shopping at Publix and come back in time for my order to be ready. I thought I was just getting wings but it also came with an order of fries. Both flavors were really good, I wish the thai chili were a bit spicier. I liked the combo of the honey and lemon pepper I would have never thought about the combo. I will say I was surprised about the size of the wings. I am used to the large wings back in Indiana but these were miniature and appropriately sized. Definitely check out AmeriBistro! I love this place! Pass by this spot so many times going to Publix. I gave it 5 stars because on my first order I ordered three things for us to sample and all of it was good. Veggie fried rice, honey lemon pepper wings, and Philly cheese steak. I came back in the same week. Now I come at least once a week. Nasty. The photos on this yelp page are not the fries or wing size they serve. Wings were soft cook and the fries were oversize crinkly ones with no taste even after applying season salt. My son's philly was tiny compared to photos and unsavory in appearance and taste. Waste of money bc I ended up throwing wings away. My son managed to eat the sandwich but did not touch the fries. Someone told me about this place, so I decided to give it a try. I like to mix my sauces so I got a 10p drum only (they charge an extra .50 for it) mild sauce mixed with lemon pepper seasoning on all 10. I heard they had good phillies, since I'm picky about my food I decided to try it. The total was about $10/$12 bucks. It was probably a five minute wait as they cooked the food in front of you. The wings were delicious. I will definitely be going back since not many places allow you to mix the sauce. The philly cheese steak was better than most places that I have had, and I would get it again if I'm ever too lazy to make my own (I make the best philly cheesesteak). I think there was too much cheese that made it seem a little soggy near the bread crease or the veggies were wet idk. It also could've used a little more seasoning because you could barely taste the flavors. The guy that took my order was very nice and polite and patient with me since I had never been and had a lot of questions. I am definitely going back soon! read more

I am so disappointed with my experience here. My first time ordering food from AmeriBistro and it will definitely be my last. I placed the order through door dash and was given a delivery time of 58 minutes. 1 hour and 10 mins after placing the order i realized that driver had been sitting at the restaurant for about 10 mins. I called the restaurant to find out what was the hold up and asked if my food would still be hot by the time it made it to me. (My order included the 12 piece shrimp combo and 4 tenders combo) i was told that the chicken tenders were still being prepared. I expressed my frustration stating, "It has been over an hour since I originally placed the order." And the response i received was "yeah i know". No apology was given, no type of sympathy for the extremely long wait time on such a simple order.... To make matters worse the shrimp tasted like old grease, so from the fear of getting sick I could not even bring myself to eat them. I would not recommend this place to anyone just from the lack of customer service, let alone the food. First and Last time customer! read more

It's a very clean establishment. Koreans own the place and today was the first time I saw an AA working there. It was odd because I've only seen their family unit working there but so nice to see an AA working there and being knowledgeable about the place. I have patronized this restaurant 3 times within the past 2 months and I must say the service freaking sucks! !! My first visit was a walk in and I waited approximately 42 minutes for my order. That's pitiful!! The food was pretty good tho. My second order was a call in. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was there in 20 and still had to wait 20 more minutes for the order! !! This time the food was ok. Today, I called my order in and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Again , I was there in 20 and had to wait 10 minutes for less than half cooked fries and 40 soft ass wings. Strike 3..I am out! !!! read more

They weren't kidding when they said these were the best wings in town. the honey garlic, honey hot(or mild), Thai chili, and lemon pepper wings are my favorite. they have a variety of choices for their wings. they have super affordable prices and the food is SO worth each penny. everything is just so fresh and tasteful and the flavors are crazy good. their staff is so kind and warm hearted. they always treat their customers so well. Their fried rice and philly cheese-steak are also really good. I recall talking to a philly-native who was in line to order in front of me and he mentioned how the philly tastes just as good, or even better than it does in philly. I'll start by saying that I'm giving them 1 star because I can't find a way to give them 0 stars. My wife put an order in here, but got held up at the store next door because the check-out line was delayed. When she got back to the "restaurant," it was closed and locked down completely, and no one was there to answer the door (though it was only 3 minutes after closing). Even though she could still see her food sitting on the counter (for which she had pre-paid), there was no one to give it to her. Then, when she called the next day, the manager she spoke to (Jane) said that they had thrown the food away (because THEY left it sitting out overnight instead of refrigerating it), that they had done all they could, that it was her fault, and that they would be doing nothing to help. Even when she asked what she could do, they told her "nothing" because it was "her fault" - no new food, no refund, not even a coupon or voucher. And "Jane" was rude in the process. Just a TERRIBLE customer service experience. As someone who works with customers often, I know that even if something isn't really our fault, I never want to leave the customer feeling insulted and completely unhelped. And on top of that, it was a poor business decision - I probably spent hundreds of dollars a year at this place, and now I'll never go there again. To lose hundreds of dollars a year for multiple years and take on bad word of mouth (because that's what they'll be getting) - seems a bad decision to me, but clearly they didn't care at all. Which is why I'll never be going back, and I recommend that you don't, either. read more

This place disappointed me today I called my order in, when I get there to get my food it wasn't ready yet and that s OK ,when the young lady open the boxes to show me my food like they do all the time my food wasn't right I ordered 10 piece with veggie fried rice with ,all flats instead they gave me fries she notice the mistake and told the manger they took their time to fix my order and when I finally said something the manger said that I change to rice so I have to wait I told him I did not change to rice that was what I ordered and that you all made the mistake because the young lady called everything I ordered back out to me from the receipt, the manger kept doing what he was doing did not acknowledge the fact that they are the one who made the mistake I waited 20 mins. then finally they made the rice but by that time I had asked for my money back, all I asked was for an apology and they act like they didn't hear me the young lady said I apologize on behalf of them.
