Service was great. Food is delicious! My only "complaint" is the music choice. It was a bit explicit and vulgar.

Restaurant had recently been taken over by new management. The owners of this place are so nice, love that they're from New York and have experience in the restaurant business. I tried twice. Both times the Woman who answered the phone was rude AF. I noticed they came up under halal and I also noticed I have a good amount of companions who follow this restaurant on IG. The first time I called I had questions about the menu and the lady clearly wasn't interested in answering any questions or servicing me so I hung up. The second time, my Husband suggested we try again and so he called. She was rude the entire time but he said he was still going to support until we gave her our order and she informed us that although they don't close for 45 minutes she Locks her door in 10 minutes. When he asked about ordering our Son some chicken wings she said she didn't have enough thawed and she wasn't pulling any put the freezer since she would be closing in 45 minutes. The truth is...it's not even all of what was said it's the way it was said. It was the highly annoyed tone. Why am I being treated like shit when I'm trying to support your establishment. Nah I'll take my money elsewhere but good luck and please be kinder to the people who are trying to support your Business. read more

Ran into this place and immediately seen that they were black owned and they had lamb chops and chicken Mac .. Mac was a lil on the salty side but was good lamb chops were great !! Wish I could of got more of the lamb sauce on the yellow rice but this place gets a 5 star !! read more

I thought I would try this spot since it is a Black owned business. I ordered the whiting meal with broccoli and greens for lunch. It was delicious! I don't eat pork and it's rare to find a restaurant that seasons their greens adequately without pork. Broccoli was not overcooked and the fish was good. The meal comes with a drink and some kind of sweet tasting bread. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Please support Black businesses. read more

Customer service was not great . My first time there the lady didn't want to answer any questions about the food.

I used to go here, the 1st few times the food was good. The last time I went the food was bad, I mean old bad. Like they had some old food laying around and was too lazy to make fresh food. It even smelled sour and tasted sour. Ever item I ordered. Also they aren't consistently open. They have hrs but some days they just don't open. When I first went here I would wonder why the place was always empty and the food was decent. I now know why. I won't ever be returning. read more

Don't go an hour before closing time ordered food yesterday and the first thing the girl who answered the phone said was "how far are you" i provided the answer and she reply's "is that like across the street" I provided the answer again to get a loud SIGH from her then "what do you want?"........ fast forward I get the food and it was not the same good quality as normal the chicken I ordered did not taste fresh and tasted like the fish (meaning it was cooked in the same grease ) I also ordered with my meal the collard greens tasted nasty and not the same and the same lamb chops that my father even called up to the store to commend them on last time we came tasted bland and disappointing, last night you lost 5 customers with poor customer service and rushed food that lowered the quality of the pink cafe brand read more

I ordered the salmon with macaroni and cheese and fried broccoli. I didn't know I had to pay an extra two dollars because they were premium sides. It was totally not worth it. Both the broccoli and Mac and cheese were cold and not as flavorful as I expected. I had planned to warm it up in my microwave when I got home but ended up throwing it away. I will say that the salmon and rice was delicious and on point. For that, I will give them another try but probably won't get the premium sides again. read more

MEAT was AMAZING... sides not my favorite. They tasted like they came from the can tbh & I know good. The pasta is okay.. can def taste it when they sub certain things for the real deal.
