Ordered food yesterday. We had Steak Salad Chicken Philly with Fried Rice. Everything was good but I hate American Cheese and that was the only cheese option for the Philly. Fried Rice was better than the Chinese restaurants I've eaten around here. My Husband enjoyed his steak salad bc he liked the addition of the banana peppers but they didn't have ranch and other than the banana peppers and chopped steak (says it's ribeye, chopped like a Philly steak) there were no topping. I love toppings so meh. We will support again. read more

Empress was wonderful excellent customer service and the food was delicious!!!! Will be back for sure!!!

The food was decent, but I was completely turned off by the extremely RUDE young girl with a very nasty attitude to pair behind the counter. Just because the idiot could not keep track of which order belongs to whom, she felt the need to belittle her customers. One less customer for WOW Burger. read more

Mm, mixed feelings about this spot. Ordered their fries and they were quite good, but i was definitely turned off by the cashier who was in the middle of eating behind the cash register when i walked in. Cool young dude with a good attitude, but he definitely was GOING IN on his wings - like chicken wing in his hand, and talking with his mouth full. Totally unprofessional as he was the only visible member of the staff, and it wasn't an off hour - 6pm. He didn't even bother to wash his hands during the order-taking process - not a good look for the business. He apologized and remarked that he hadn't eaten all day, and while i sympathize, he could have and should have handled that during his break time. In addition, i'm weaning myself off of takeout places that serve the food in styrofoam. It's 2022 - businesses need to not to be serving their food (no matter how delicious) in serving ware that's brimming with chemicals. For the foregoing reasons, i will not to return to this establishment. read more

Eyyyyy yoooooo! 1. Meal was ready in the quoted time (15 min for my order; called in first) 2. Meal was delicious and the perfect temperature 3. They were practicing social distancing and the employees were wearing their masks This was a great experience in Decatur today. It's usually a hit or miss for a couple of establishments in this immediate area. During Covid, this restaurant was doing all the right things. Customer service couldn't have been better. I will say that it may be a little difficult to find them in the strip mall if you aren't familiar with the area. They are located in the shopping center where the old Neighborhood Walmart used to be, be sure to look for the Wow signage. read more

Wow Burger & Seafood - Good food coming out fresh! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

We've been to the WOW Burger 4/5 times now and we've had good food each time. So far we've had the cheeseburger combo, turkey burger combo and the Chicken Philly cheesesteak. They've all been good and they give you a good amount of fries, that's been the only complaint we've had is that the fries aren't fried crispy enough and when you order to pick up sometimes they are steamed by sitting in the box and are just mushy. Last few times we've requested they cook them a little longer. They also don't serve unsweet tea and that's another minus but we usually just bring our own. All in all it's a good meal and good service for a good price. The star so far for us has been the Chicken. Philly cheesesteak, it is so good with grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions and cheese. It's messy but very tasty!!!! read more

I have become a regular customer. I didn't want to write a review until trying a couple of times because the first was so good. Best wings and fried rice spot in town. Favorite is honey hot and vegetable fried rice. read more

Do not let the hole in the wall look deter you from trying this place. The food is absolutely delicious so far I had the gyro, the Philly cheese steak and the wings. I have no complaints. The service is fast, I always get in and out in about 10mn. You can also order ahead of time and pick up. read more

Wow Burger & Seafood - Inside - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

This supposed to be a grilled 3 piece flounder. It's was two pieces of fish broken to make it a 3 piece. It was hard and cold, the management offered me a 10% discount. That's just the tax, I also had a 15 piece wing that was hard and cold. Been here a few time before, but this will be the last. read more

Love Love Love this place! The food is outstanding and we order often ... The customer service is wonderful and have the nicest people working there. I order large catering orders and they always get it right! Food is hot. ANd fresh and they have really great prices as well. My favorite is their yummy onion rings and all the guys at work love it as well! read more

Surprisingly food was pretty good, I ordered the Philly sandwich meal with an order of mozzarella sticks, it turned out to be quite tasty. Thanks! read more

This place is a dump, the chicken is a hit or miss. It's either OKAY or Dry asf. They don't care if your order is wrong or your food is old. I ordered a philly combo with and 10pc wing and fried rice, the wings were old and dry and no fried rice. read more

There fried rice is some of the best I've had in Atlanta. Very Flavorful! Their dried whiting was good as well.

I called to place a call in order and when i called the first time i was put on hold, and could hear the employees having a conversation among themselves and completely forgot to pick up the phone to take my order. I hung up and called again and i was told "you have the wrong number" and was hung up on. read more

The customer service is nice and the wings are awesome!! They have a wing sauce called yum yum, but it isn't advertised. Ask for that, you won't go wrong. Only thing stopping them from a 5-star rating is the time it takes to make the order. Advice: call it in prior to going. read more

I love the wings and fried flounder. A guest in front of me stated she loved the burgers so I'll try that next. The sweet young ladies at the register are always smiling. read more

I was very skeptical of the quality of food. That did not last long! You get a great value for your money, great quality food, and friendly service! Their burgers, cheesesteaks, and fish are top-notch! The fries are great! Their fried rice is not the crap that many Chinese places pass off as fried rice. It has veggies, egg, and the taste you remember when Chinese was a treat and not just something you settled for. Give them a try. You will be glad you did! read more

I placed a phone order n waited 20 min for them to say they didn't put my order in wasted my time

So good! I got the 6 piece lemon pepper wet with fries and a drink combo for a little under $7. The wings were the perfect size and full of flavor. The fries were pretty good as well. I will definitely be coming back. I would order ahead of time, they get kinda busy. read more

First let me say the customer service is great! I think the person who helped me name is Kiana She was very professional over the phone and just as nice in person. It is super hard to find good customer service on this side of town and at a wing spot period! The wings were delicious and cooked perfect as well. I did not like my fried rice it was a little over cooked to my liking and the broccoli I did not like either. Overall I will return to this place again the wings are perfect size and the perfect flavor! read more

This visit could easily be a 4 star except for the VH1 reality show blaring on the tv. I believe it was something like live and hip hop, or something with a lot of foul language.!! No, I've heard it, said it, but not during lunch when I'm trying to decompress a little! Food is really good - I had the Philly cheesesteak, hot and delicious with fresh fries. I got wings to go, they look good I'll have to let you know ... really- turn the tv off or at least down! read more

Love coming here as the service and food is nothing short of excellent...shout out to the cashiers that are always friendly...

Best wings in town! Great customer service and very clean. Recommend for all oxford students.

Their customer service is great and food is brought out pretty fast. Their fried rice is my favorite in the area.

Brought food from here and was highly dissatisfied waste of money and they are new , I hope it gets better but I won't return.

Myself and the ladies here at the office have ordered from this restaurant 4 DAYS IN A ROW a month or so ago and have been back many times since. We have tried the philly, the wings, the gyro, the fried rice is AMAZING, and just about everything on the menu. The customer service here is EXCELLENT! Food is always ready for pick up when I walk in and the prices are worth every penny. The restaurant is always so clean and they have yet to run out on us. Good service in this area is sometimes hard to come by and these guys/gals do an amazing job. Thank you to the employees at WOW Burger & Seafood.. you guys and the food really are WOW! read more
