Chicken is good, and fish. They pretty quick with drive thru line, . I go there every week and order the fish combo. The staff is polite. The inside is usually clean. read more

My original review was 4-5 stars. However, in the past month this locations's chicken has declined. The wings are bigger and less crispy. I ordered twice about two weeks ago. One was good and the other was poor. The inconsistency is disappointing. Yesterday, I went to JJs again and it was not good. They barely dusted any flavor, the chicken was fried too soft, and it was hard to pull apart. I should have taken it back but I didn't taste it until I made it home. I need to find a new JJs that still has the signature breading, wing size, and crispiness. read more

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the 2 piece snapper dinner. I didn't want fries or coleslaw, I wanted the zucchini fries and mushrooms as a substitute and was told I would be charged to swap it out. I got my food and only had 5 zucchini fries and a few mushrooms and they were all overcooked and basically burnt. The snapper was crunchy and overcooked. I paid more, got less food and it was disgusting to eat, so disappointing. read more

The food was ok..Not the best ..It appears the fish was refried or the grease wasn't fresh..

I had a decent experience here. Ordering system was new for me, but not complicated. You pull up the the big board, pick out what you want, then drive around to the window to place your order and they will give you a buzzer when your food is ready. In all it took maybe 10-15 mins to get our food. I had the "perch" I believe and 10pc shrimp with fries. It's a special they have, 1 pc shrimp and 10 shrimp for around $9.99. The white dust was something new for me but they locals said you should ask for "extra" white dust because it's "good" lol! It didn't necessarily enhance my food, but it didn't taste bad either. My only disdain was that I asked for cocktail sauce and they gave me 2 tubes of hot sauce. I am not a hot sauce girly lol! Overall, I would eat here again, with the white dust on the side so I can see if there is a difference in taste. read more

So we are completely bias since we are from the south side of Chicago and fried chicken and mild sauce is a staple in our community and part of our DNA. This location is connected to a gas station, but that means nothing since some of the hole in the walls we have frequented in Chicago are less than. The food is good and it never takes long to get our order. It seems fresh and the wings are a very nice size. We always order extra mild sauce and they always comply. The staff is friendly and their location is pretty clean. If I had one complaint, it would be that they find better alternatives to packing their to go trays. We order 10 wings and fries and the styrofoam container isn't large enough to hold it down it always falls apart and makes my mild sauce drip out and into the plastic bag. Other than that, it's good stuff. We have now made this an intentional stop on our way to and from SC. read more

I thoroughly enjoy this restaurant chain. It will always give me the luxury of indulging in a fried meat experience. The size of the plate to the hot sauce authenticity. read more

This location is fine to go into but don't order via Uber Eats or Door Dash! Whoever handles those orders doesn't read the tickets. They get the basics of the sides right but if you choose "extra seasoning" (which is an option), most likely you'll get none. I chose that option more than once and left notes and still got chicken with nothing on them several times. JJs doesn't provide sides or packets of their signature seasoning so I rely on the staff to add it to my order but that still doesn't happen even with notes. I like JJs but can no longer order it since it automatically chooses this location. read more

JJ Fish & Chicken - Chicken Combo #8: Wings & Tenders - Chicken Wings Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

I went through the drive through and it was fairly quick. Let me just say, this is some of the best JJ's I've had. I had always heard about JJ's and when I got it before, i thought it was overhyped. When I got it yesterday, it was definitely worth the hype everyone gives it. I got a four piece whole wing combo that came with fries and coleslaw and two pieces of bread for $6.99!! You can't beat that. The sprinkle they put on your food is superb! I would suggest to eat it fresh. It's the best. The service was nice and simple. The guy in the drive thru was quick and was nice. read more

These wings are so good! Big and plentiful size. Food was fresh and hot when delivered.

The food is very good. Quality food for the amount of money u pay. Food is always fresh.

I always have a good experience at this location. Food and service is great! I always get the chicken dinner but I've tried the tilapia, gizzards, and shrimp as well and it was super good. Not to mention the fries and their frozen lemonades. This location has always been a safe option for me when I'm looking for something to eat but don't know what to get. read more

I really wanted to give them a better rating but because my order was lost and I had to wait 40 mins for it, this is the best I can do. Now for the meal, I will say that the chicken and shrimp were really good. They use this lemon pepper seasoning on all of the food. My side order was fried zucchini, these were also good. The best part is the fresh lemonade I would absolutely come back for that. I wouldn't eat here every day because of the fried food but it was good. It will be a treat for me, I just hope next time they don't lose my order. read more

today 6/26/2026 this afternoon these two hispanic guys that were working the drive thru are just disrespectful entirely. the first one didnt give me a chance to complete my order and just blew me off with a ticket and disrespectfully told me to move along to the next window and i get to the next window and asked for the manager cause the last guy was rude, the next guy just laughed in my face so i declined to even go through with my purchase and gave him the ticket back and drove of. i will never ever ever ever come back to this place ever in life again. i hope they shut this place down and the customer service stinks now i see why a lot of people that come there say its terrible. i wouldnt buy a drink at this place if i were dying of thirst, cause they give off bad vibes and not caring for the customers, plus the car in front of us drove off maybe cause they pissed them off as well. take my advice these guys at the drive thru today should never be trusted around food or even do any service with people. dont eat at this place. i will report them straight to corporate cause i refuse to give my money to a place with rude and disrespectful people that call themselves serving food, thats a recipe for disaster for sure. ill rather go anywhere else for food but definitely not this one, i wouldnt risk my health or life eating hereu!!! this place doesnt even deserve one star to be honest. read more

Y'all....... I don't know why God decided to come down and season that chicken himself. He had to have did it himself. It had to be God. I mean man, the chicken was seasoned from the inside out. Like it had been marinated in gods hands chile! I wanted to go back and order another 6 piece. Even the fish was perfectly seasoned! Now I see why my brother comes to this location literally every single time he's in town. Which is every weekend. This location does it best! Hands down. The blueberry lemonade is amazing too. read more

Food was not seasoned. I ordered 3 pc fish. One piece was a piece of breading, through and through

Review update: Went Friday night & deducted a star. The service was worse than when I went on Wednesday. I tried the wings & corn nuggets. Wings were average & corn nuggets were average as well. I also tried the lemonade, bcuz I read rave reviews about it. While it was good I didn't want one with the large, germy, space-eating lemon in it. I asked the young lady if they could make one without the lemon in it & she said no, they're premade. Ummmm, they make them in-house so just make one without the lemon. I was repeatedly told no. If I return, I won't waste $3 on another lemonade at JJ's. I'll just go to Chick-fil-A & get one. ************************************* 4.5 stars! I went for the first time Wednesday night & I will definitely go back! Service & food were great! I ordered the 2 whole catfish dinner, with fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was the size of a condiment container, not enough, hence the .5 star deduction. The slaw is good, just tiny. They should offer a larger size for no charge. The catfish was cooked to perfection, just as I ordered. The fries were good. I think the steam from the hot fish in the plastic bag made them soggy but the taste was still good. Overall, definitely worth another visit. read more

This spot is always so good!! I've ordered the fried chicken and the jumbo fried shrimp! The shrimp is literally so good! Parking is never a problem, this location can get crowded but the wait for the food is never that long. This is one of my favorite spots for chicken, I rarely get to eat here because I don't live in the area but anytime I'm close to one I definitely make it my duty to eat here. I don't know what that seasoning is that they put on the food but I need it to be bottled up and put on shelves. It's THAT good. Highly recommend this restaurant! read more

Place was clean and the service was fast. My Trout was over fried and dry. The other order was good. The dessert display was massive. I purchased Red Velvet and Chocolate. Not phenomenal but enjoyable and a bit pricey. This is not my first time ordering from here but maybe because they were so busy the reason for over cooking. The cashier was friendly and expedient in gathering my order. I will try again when in the mood for fish. read more

First of all I expected a different kind of staff. I won't elaborate. My order was wrong, they don't have Coke products in a Coke town and it wasn't as good as I heard it was. If I go back I will NOT go to the location in Morrow or close to Morrow, GA. read more

Love this restaurant and so happy they opened up more locations in Atlanta! If you go to the hood, you're gonna eat good! *( H.O.O.D - Home Of Outstanding Delights)* They give large portions and the food is fried to perfection and tastes like someone's grandmother put her heart and soul into cooking a hearty meal for her grandbabies. Only reason for 4 stars is because the food was a little on the greasy side, but the plus is if you lay the meat on a paper towel for a minute, then you are home free to chow down. If you prefer so extra happy grease then eat away, I know I do ;) Hope this chain stays around for ages to come and the community continues to support more Black Owned Businesses. read more

We ordered the 100 wing special for an event and they were good with having the order ready and on-time, however the chicken wings were way too small for my liking. The chicken wings were so small, it was almost like they were baby chickens. If you order large quantities of chicken wings from them, be prepared to be disappointed because they will put the smallest chicken wings they can find in that tray. Come to think of it, I don't even think they gave us the two loafs of bread with the order. We also asked for the wings to be fried hard, but they fried them way too hard to the point that the meat was the same texture as the bone. read more

One star for the great taste and one more star for the service, it was fantastic! But now I'm sick... They'd previously had an 83 or something so once I saw the score increase to 92, I was like bet. Oh this is my go to!!! I've completely x'd out American Deli for JJ's... it's right up the street as well and I can call my order in. I always get the shrimp and okra... or the catfish with okra... i only do the chicken on occasions. The frozen lemonade is really good. I always get the peach flavor added. Other than the food, I love the convenience of it being in a corner store and I also love the fact that they have Apple Pay. They have recently opened the drive thru due to the pandemic and honestly I like it better because I don't have to get out of the car for anything. The staff is always super nice and friendly. I hope you don't mind waiting on your food bc they cook it fresh to order... so if you're ever in a rush, call ahead. It's typically ready by the time you arrive. read more

I've been here to this location at least 5-6 times in a month. I always place my order online and swing by the drive-thru. My order said it will be ready at 822. I got there at 819, they said give them 5 minutes and gave me a pager. I went to the window at 842 and they said they're waiting on wings. They said 5 more minutes, please, finally my pager went off at 852. I asked the manager why I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. He claimed someone picked up their food late. I asked for a coupon for discount on next visit, they started they don't do discounts or coupons. The management team here is terrible, if your looking for decent customer service just avoid them.
