Bandar and his crew are super awesome! They are so nice and honest men. They are very polite and honorable. Bandar's word is his bond. That's a rare quality today. He's very affordable and the name of his company speaks volumes to his character and as well as his associates. They were the only movers that weren't trying to rip me off. One company quoted me $3000 for a two bedroom. Bandar is the guy that you want to give a huge tip to. He's a man of faith and virtue. His associates such kind gentleman and hard workers. Let me say that Bandar and his crew are the most professional, competent and friendliest movers we have ever used. In the past 10 years we have moved states many times with many different moving companies. All were problematic and stressful... broken furniture, rude, slow and generally not very good at their jobs. But Bandar and Amen Moving were first class and actuality made the whole experience fun. I was very satisfied with the service and professional courtesy given to my husband and I with our move. My closing was changed several times and the owner worked with us, changing dates/scheduling to fit our needs. Our items were handled with care and I felt that the movers were very receptive to our moving needs. I just want to say choosing Amen Moving was the best choice I've made in my love from Dripping Springs back to San Antonio. The team does a quality job delivering your items without damaging them. Amen and his team showed up on time and waited for me when I was running late. Bandar and his team did an amazing job!!! The previous moving company I used took 5 hours to load my storage unit but Bandar and his team perfectly loaded my storage unit and an additional storage unit on the other side of town into a uhaul that I was transporting in 3.5 hours including commute time and helping me leave some furniture at Goodwill. They did an outstanding job taking care of some antique furniture I had and packed the truck to perfection. I wrote a first review and then was contact by the owner who wanted to work with me on a solution and asked that I take it down. I did take it down but it is going back up. I hired Bandar's company to move me from Galveston, TX to Clearwater, FL on August 11, 2021. The entire move was a disaster from start to finish. In the move out process, one of his employees could not get the instructions correct. This employee was later suspected of doing drugs behind the truck while he was loading up my items. Bandar told me that he fired him the next day because of this. His employee would put stuff on the truck and I would notice again it was missing from the house and the whole process would have to stop and the truck would be unloaded to go back in and find the furniture that was staying with the house. I promised the buyers of my home that I was leaving the flat screen TVs on the wall for them. This same employee was told not to take any TVs off the wall for they were staying with the house but I guess he forgot once again and he loaded it on the truck. I then took a 60" flat screen out of my car and had to leave it for the buyer because this TV, they were told to leave on the wall was packed so far back in the truck it would take hours to retrieve it. Bandar made no mention of reimbursement of my cost for that TV. I had a very old mirror that came from my grandmothers house. I asked this employee if he could properly protect it or I would take it with me on the drive down in my car. He assured me that he could so I let him take it to the truck. Needless to say, the mirror arrived broken. I am not sure that I can even have it fixed. The owner was moving items into my house and he dropped a box and everything inside shattered. I personally witnessed him dropping the box and he proceeded to tell me that I didn't use the correct tape and that is why he dropped the box. The bottom didn't come apart but that was the best excuse he could give along with I did not use the proper tape. I bought 3M tape from Home Depot in the actual packing section of the store. I have furniture with paint rubbed off because the straps were strapped on so tight. I have a less than year old stand up freezer that has those same marks and also dented. I have white lampshades with dirty hand prints on them and torn trim. I have had so many broken dishes. The boxes were not stacked properly in his truck and a lot of boxes were crushed when delivery was made. I also found a plastic tote buried in my garage under a bunch more that must of been dropped also for I did not witness this drop and everything in it was broken...This plastic tote must of been hidden from me! I could go on but the end of the review isn't going to any better than the start of this review. On the phone, which my husband was also listening to because I had him on speaker, Bandar offered me a refund of $1200 on the $11,500 I paid him in full. He told me that he would refund that money as soon as he got a stopping point that day for the trouble and broken items. I took the refund and just wanted the nightmare to be over and to never think of this again. I wanted to finish moving into my new home and try to salvage what I had left. Several days later mind you, i get a text from Bandar telling me that he refunded my money via Venmo. I looked and he refunded us only $500 and then proceeded to tell me after I sent him a text looking for the balance that he never said he would refund $1200.... Seriously? He is all talk and will make empty promises. He does not tell the truth and take responsibility for his employees, their actions nor his own. I would never recommend this mover to anyone. Bandar is the friendliest, most devoted worker there is in the industry. He is compassionate with people, as well as their items. With almost 30 years in the industry, he takes care of everybody as if they are family to him. His team are also very experienced, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Bandar moved me back home to Texas from my short time living in California, and he was the lowest cost by a landslide. A 1,500 mile move, and not a single item was broken.
