Sadder still the movie was only showing for 2 days (today & tomorrow) and one time slot. Really ?!! How come the horror "Hellaween" movies and all the other shady trash gets to run for weeks even months on end, 50+ time showings, etc. with NO hiccups. Odd indeed. The theater was cool with reclining heated seats (a plus) & the price point of $11.99 wasn't too bad. But they get you at the snack bar. Especially for candy you can purchase at the Dollartree for $1.25. There were plenty of employees walking the floor, however the bathrooms were pretty disgusting. read more

I've been back many times since. I had a bad experience during their transition from the previous business to become the current AMC theater, but it's very clean and quick service. Most reliable movie theater, I usually will go to here in Temecula. read more

There are still employees, particularly the one at the front door today at 4pm that is still unsure about company mask policy. Though it's clearly on their website, and I even showed it to her from AMC website and apparently I was still wrong....so be ready to still wear your masks. This is a nice smaller scale theatre. They show just about everything and the 3d stuff. We've been here about six times and find that the theatre is kept really clean. The staff is friendly and advise of better deals when buying snack bar stuff. The process is right also other cost us $6 per adult, not bad. The only negative things here are the seats, they're really designed for people 5' 4" or less. Great theatre, I recommend if you want to save a few dollars. read more

My sister and i took our 95-year old mom to watch a movie. We thought that Mom's salt-restricted diet made popcorn impossible. Then, the staff said they had made a batch of popcorm without salt. The warm seats kept all of us cozy. Yay AMC!! Thanks for a great memory!! read more

My go to theater for multiple reasons. Friendly and quick staff and typical prices (Too much). But easily the best part are the heated and reclining seats. They are the greatest movie theater seats I've ever used. Every seat is heated with three modes and fully recline making any movie a million times better. Compared to Edwards theater nearby this one does have smaller and slightly lesser screens but honestly it's not a problem. The film still looks great. So all those factors add up to the best theater I've ever been to. read more

The experience at this theater is great. The employees are accommodating at the ticket booth and the concessions stand. As always, we enjoyed their popcorn and their beverages. To our surprise, the theatre had been redone with heated seats that fully reclined with barricades on each aisle. There's plenty of space in front of you where you can have your feet stretched all the way forward. Be careful as these seats will make you fall asleep and miss the whole movie. It's good to know that the admission fee has not changed albeit all the seats had been upgraded to top level. Affordability and relaxation in this theater are at best. We used to come here sometimes but now we will consider coming here a lot more. read more

I used to go here every week when on Tuesdays they were $5-$6. Ever since Covid, I haven't been able to come as often. Movie theaters. They are becoming forgotten, much like the drive-in. But here's AMC Temecula 10. I was on holiday for four days in lovely Temecula, and looking for non-casino entertainment. It seems like Hollywood and AMC are in cahoots to target us non-gamblers. On a balmy Saturday evening, I found this entertainment oasis and watched "Crazy Rich Asians." Impossible to beat the $6.00 ticket price for a late movie. The food prices, on the other hand, could be better. The lobby and hallways appear dated, but the theater (I watched on Screen 7) was comfortable, clean, and every screen features digital projection. The stone-fired pizzas and Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are added amenities. read more

We are theatre snobs and we only go to AMC theatres to watch movies. This particular AMC stood out from the rest. We were very impressed. Went and saw Dr. Strange this evening and we were blown away by the exceptional customer service each staff has in this location. One particular staff stood out to us was Miles. He was very friendly, greeted each customer, and was just a very hard-working kid. He was busy but took the time to notice each customer - we never had that in other AMCs. Elizabeth who was working at the concession stand was also awesome as she was very friendly and patient with us. Customer service really does make a tremendous difference in customer experience. AMC definitely has star employees in this location! read more

This theater in Temecula is a former Ultrastar Cinemas - the marquee and decorations show it due to the big neon star out up front. We came here this past weekend to watch "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" - the lobby leading into the theaters is actually quite striking, the seats are comfy, and the digital screen is quite clear. Plus - matinee prices are at $7 = score! So, why the 4-star rating? Easy - the restrooms. They were so dirty, even my girlfriend was uncomfortable when she went into the ladies' room. Still, with those prices... we'll be coming back to catch a movie if we're in the area. read more

Worst AMC I've ever been to. Filthy, seats worn down, no a/c, smoky burnt smoke from the food. Just awful

We really like coming to AMC the reclining chairs are great, the sound is great and great concessions. However, it always seems to be that the air turns off half way through the movie and it gets hot and stuffy. Also, if you see the last movie of the night, the machines are turned off not too long after the movie starts which makes if very difficult to get a refill. Hopefully these things are changed soon so that we can continue to love coming here. read more

I'm signed up with the AMC monthly movie club. I really love coming to this theatre cause I pick my seats online through the app and I don't have to really wait in any lines. I bought the yearly refillable popcorn bucket they sell. So I don't really spend too much on snacks. The seats are comfortable and the theatre is clean. read more

Theaters are small making the seating choices a slim pickings kinda deal. First time here went to see the new Star Wars. Coming from out of town we don't have AMC. I thought the lobby area is smaller than the theater's I've been to. I love the recliner however these recliner were a bit uncomfortable. I felt it needed to be more reclined it was very uncomfortable on the neck. I did like the fact that were was seat warmers since the theaters are usually cold. I was actually surprised that it was kind of warm in there so I didn't use the seat warm. The price for the movie tickets were also reasonable. Compared to the theaters I've been to. Overall it was a good theater I would definitely go again. read more

I went with my friend and got through the vip line quickly only to stand in the line to get an alcoholic beverage no one was behind the counter. I was told the guy that just helped me in the regular line is supposed to be there but the lines were too long and he was helping out. So he kept saying I'll be right there so we walked away without ordering and grabbed a water cup. Just close that area down if you don't have the people to run it. read more

I love the theatre, it's small and feels homey. I have forgotten a thing of mine at the theatres. I tried calling a few times and chalked that up to them being busy. I arrived back a few minutes after my calls and there was absolutely no one. Nobody was there only one person coming in every few minutes. They said to leave my info and they'd get me a call back as soon as the movie ended, The one that had my item. I have not received that call and the line is never answered. read more

This is our theater. We found it back in February and decided to check it out. Then we signed up for their A List and go 4-12 times a month now. The manager even knows us and asks what we're seeing when she see's us. It's always clean and well kept. The bathrooms are always stocked and maintained. The cost of the drinks at the bar is a bit high for my taste, but this is a theater and that is to be expected. The seats recline in most of the theaters and they have assigned seats, - which I like because you can get the seats you if you reserve everything early enough. We usually do that on the app, which is incredibly easy. In the last 3 months there have only been 3 issues- once the AC wasn't working correctly and it got really hot. Another time we came it was fixed, another time there was an issue with their 3D projector- movie started about 30 mins later, but they fixed it, which was great. And once one of our seats didn't recline- it had been unplugged and we couldn't reach it. It was also fixed quickly. I state these things to show that as soon as the employees and management are told of issues, they work to fix them as quickly as humanly possible. That doesn't always happen. AMC Temecula 10 is stuck with our family for a long time because of their awesome service! read more

I am an A-List memeber at amc! I love the freedom to watch movies at ease on the app. However, my major problem is the seat sanitation! The seats, not the floors, are littered with garbage. EVERY time we come here, we find popcorn, wrappers, and crumbs from food in between the seat cushions!!! I brought this up a couple times to the staff but nothing has changed for the past month. Please clean! Overall, I'll be loyal to AMC because we love the awards and leisure. read more

We went to see Star Wars here. The theater itself was fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. However the seats were so awful. The reclining buttons do not function well. It took me a good 20 minutes to get it to move, let alone recline. Icouldn't get the seats to go back up in nnn order to go to the restroom. When I finally figured out how to recline, I was excited to try the heated seats. The buttons for the heat selection is in a terrible spot, every time you adjust your seating, you accidentally touch the buttons. Either to turn on or off the heat. I couldn't figure out the difference between heat levels, the red or yellow buttons. The initial heat is nice but it ultimately becomes too hot and I had to turn it off. It's very hot.... anyway that's my experience read more
