I bought 3 tickets for How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World on March 12, 2019, and I was disappointed to see that they resold my seats online to someone else. I had bought my tickets around 12:40 A.M. for the 4:25 showing and when we went to see the screening, 3 other people claimed that we were in their seat. I feel bad for the man and his 2 kids but we were given tickets earlier than him so we had the right of way. The manager and cashier that sold me the tickets earlier were rude to me just because their ticket machine was broken and gave us a card instead of tickets. They asked me if I wanted to exchange movies but I declined, stating that I was here first and never apologised to me. The man and his 2 children were generous enough to leave and come back tomorrow to see it, allowing us to keep our seats. I will not be coming back again. This experience was the worst one so far from an AMC theatre. read more

Love the remodel of the theatre! The whole movie experience is great. Really like the aspect of being able to choose your seat (assign seating) when you purchase your tickets. read more

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the wonderful reclining seats. It's a shame that, only months after a major renovation, the management hasn't properly trained its employees nor do they seem the least concerned about the cleanliness. There was popcorn and trash everywhere. The condiment and butter area was completely destroyed with no sign of anyone coming to clean up. I couldn't even find a clear spot to put down my drink so I could get some butter. The young employees were friendly enough but poorly trained on the registers and when they encountered problems with a coupon, they all clustered around one register trying to figure it out. Apparently there was no one to supervise them. With such poor management, it's only a matter of time before those comfy chairs are sticky, torn, & in bad repair. Like I said, it's really too bad to waste all that money on a nice renovation because those recliners really are the bomb. read more

Love the redesign. The seats are super comfy and it doesnt cost anymore to get into here than it does your avg theater. Soda and icee machines are around the side of the concession stand, not behind the counter, so no more pricy refills. read more

We go there every other weekend. Good seats. Large crowds and it gets dirty, otherwise good place to watch a movie. Nice employees. Freestyle Coke machines and a bar. read more

Love the reserved seating and the reclining leather chairs. I also like that you can get refills of popcorn and drinks. The staff is helpful if you need anything and I have never had to actually wait in a line even on movies which were hard to get into. Restrooms have always been clean, along with the theatre itself. We got to movies about 2 times a month, so this experience makes it even more worthwhile. If you haven't visited this theatre yet, I would highly suggest it. read more

It was so nice to see the old, rundown AMC Spring have new life breathed into it after a very long awaited (overdue) renovation. It didn't just come back to life, it thrived for a little while. Sadly, in just a few short years, it is already in a downward spiral. Many of the plush seats are already torn and the mildew smell is back. Those weren't the overwhelming issues tonight. It was a busy Monday night in the summertime and the Incredibles, out more than a week, still had a packed house. Having worked in a theater in my teens, when machines didn't give you your tickets and sodas weren't self-serve, I can tell you this place is being mismanaged. I actually expect the machines to run out of flavors every now and then or to have to wait for popcorn to pop. But, the soda/lid/napkin area was disgusting and there were NO napkins to be found on that side of the lobby. The popcorn butter/salt area was disgusting. And, the only napkins, a half-opened package, sat half in and half out of butter. The trash cans in the lobby, the theater, and the restrooms were regurgitating trash. As if that weren't enough, every stall in two of the women's bathrooms had no toilet paper - NONE - I checked each one. I actually walked in on a woman using paper napkins at the sink to wipe. I frustratedly told a male and female worker that they had no toilet paper in any stall...and got an Oh, Gee look. Then to cap off the night an employee had a complete meltdown and the snack counter - slamming things and fussing. Maybe she was as disgusted as we were. Maybe she was irritated at the bad staffing. Or maybe, she is part of the reason the place looked so bad. Whatever the reason, tonight was our last night at AMC Spring 10. read more

The theater is clean and the seats are wonderful but I just watched Pride and Prejudice for Zombies and they don't seem to have good quality digital screens or projectors or something. The whole movie was extremely dark and you could not see what was going on. It was as if the bulb in the projector was dimmed. I saw it the week before at another theater and it was so much better. Am sorry I wasted $8.00. read more

Terrible terrible terrible movie theater. Honestly, if given the opportunity I would give NO stars! We walked in the front door and the floors were filthy, people working there were stressed, lobby was covered in pallets of supplies, bar was not open (opens at 3) and the food offerings were atrocious. They offer only popcorn, pizza, hotdogs and tenders. Nothing for those who eat healthy. NOTHING! We purchased two kids small popcorns and kid drinks which totaled to about $15. Food was WAY overpriced. I think an adult hotdog meal was $18 bucks, yes 18 bucks!! We went to fill the kids drinks at and they were out of everything but water, lemonade, orange Fanta and Coca Cola. I was so pissed I demanded a refund and we headed back to my neck of the woods (Pearland) and saw the same movie at Studio Movie Grill. My kids were so relieved when we arrived to SMG. My 6 year old said "it is so clean and nice." Funny thing is we have been here a dozen times but it takes going to a dumpy theater like AMC to appreciate what you have. People in Spring Texas have no idea what they are missing I guess. read more

I agree that this theater isn't being taken care of in the same manner as it was when it was first remodeled. A few weeks ago, the power kept going off and on and they had to evacuate the theater. I'm sure the theater was in no way at fault but when returning the following weekend to use our tickets, the theater was packed and only one of the drink machines was working because no one had refilled the machines. After standing in a long line twice, I saw an employee refilling one of the machines as fast as she could. There was also no salt or butter in the condiments section and the bathrooms needed attention. Now that everyone has discovered this theater, I think the crowds are overwhelming but that means they need more employees. They need a full time person to attend to the drink/Icee machines, clean up the messes on the carpets & probably another one to keep the bathrooms clean. As far as the patrons are concerned, we need to clean up the popcorn that spills around our seats and throw away all our garbage when we leave. I was surprised how many people don't bother to do this. We're all adults here so if you expect this place to stay nice, then do your part to keep it clean! read more
