My husband and i drove 3 1/2 hours to come to my best friends memorial service recently and after the service we went here to have drinks with everyone. It was hard to get a drink but we still tipped very well. 2 days later we looked at our account and they charged us twice. I have tried to get in contact with them numerous times and the phone keeps ringing and ringing. I called when they opened. I called Before they opened. I called After they opened. I called later in the afternoon... i called later in the evening for the last 4 days! Idk if this is how they make their money by screwing people over but its some and i want our money back! read more

Best spot in spring and longest bar on the north side at least 35 tvs 3 pool tables 10 state of the art live time dart boards. Dart tournaments regulation size shuffle board. Great staff. Numerous smoke filters so it's never smoky or smells like smoke. Great crawfish on the weekends. Great owner. All around a great place to enjoy a few drinks and relax. read more

So I've never had to downgrade a Yelp rating but here goes. I came in almost a month ago and had an experience that was only just resolved. I came in, had two beers, and generously tipped the bartender. Let me say that I agree with the other reviews that the bartenders ignore a lot of people and don't work down the bar. I left that night and went home to find that they charged me $86 for 2 Bottled Zeigenbach's. I know :O right? I went back but and spoke to the manager about it and asked him to refund me the difference. He gave me this spill about how it takes a while and the system this and that. 2 weeks later he still hasn't looked into it. I gave him 25 days before calling my bank and they found that Two Mules charged me twice. Twice! First about $8 dollars, then *the next day* charged me $86. I was dumb struck. She asked if the bartender was upset or if we had an argument. I told her in, and I tipped him at least 20%. I was the first person to review Two Mules, so I had to update my review because it has gone down hill in the past 6 years. Steer clear till they learn to have some respect for the people they serve. read more

Was having a good time at first...........so I went to get a drink at the bar. Got 2 beers and a shot. The bartender comes back and gives me the drinks and tells me the total so I give him the estimated amount after saying $10 plus and he turns back around and says "that it" ".50 cents" so I then said "o my bad I got you." I go back down to grab more money and said oh I'm sorry how much I owe you. He then sarcastically tells me "don't worry about it" with a complete asshole attitude! Like wth! Im already spending my money on drinks and on top of that I have to be bullied to pay a tip on each order like wtf! If the owner is reading this "please" tell your waiters things like this to keep to them selves this comes with the job and two they are working to serve drinks!!!!! (I arrived at the bar at 950 PM & was kicked out for no other reason than pure aggression, around 1230 if my timeline is correct, maybe even a little later? I had 2 Dos Equis bottles & two shots. So I was not drunk) Now when 3 guests walk up to the bar & the first 2 don't want anything to drink, you don't assume the third is okay as well & walk away, in the MIDDLE OF HIS SENTENCE. My friend tried to call back the male bartender & was completely ignored. The male bartender stated "he was too busy" when I went down & approached him about the disrespectful departure but THE BAR WAS SO SLOW?! Honey. Sweetie. If you can't handle 15-20 bar guests, get a real job. & owner, hire some capable? The girl bartender was awesome & super sweet tho. I was a waitress & bartender for 7 years; at multiple Twin Peaks, at night clubs, at small restaurants.. if you can't wait 1 min, JUST ONE, for a guest to put in his order, you need to go elsewhere. & no one asked for a manager at all but this man took it upon himself to show boat his title of "manager" in our face & still do nothing to better the situation or help us unless it was on HIS TIME & if we accepted his condescending demeanor. Which I didn't & I declined any further service once extreme attitude & narcissistic power hungry behavior was brought the bar counter. He then proceeded to hold THE MOST PETTY smile as he asked the bouncer to escort us out. Why? Because we don't agree with your attitude? We're the guest & were not doing anything wrong? There were witnesses who also had issues with him & even the bouncer appeared to be irritated by the man barking orders & LAUGHING while we left the building. I can't speak for the bouncer, but I know I was nothing but respectful to him as well, even after he appeared to know what the male bartender was doing was extremely dramatic & unnecessary. But Laughing? Really? This place is sad after that experience. And I won't be back. I'll be sharing this review everywhere I can. So many people were uncomfortable watching him be an asshole to us & watching us have to defend ourselves. We didn't cause a single issue all night, kept to ourselves & were genuinely enjoying the evening. It's pretty bold to have a man on staff who states he's the manager when no one asked or cared & when HE IS THE ISSUE. He also refused to give me any supervisor information when I asked for it so, again, I will be posting this review everywhere I can because no one should have to tolerate being laughed in their face by a power hungry moron who can't attend to more than 6 people at once read more

Electronic Darts, Saturday night live music and the best craft beers in the neighborhood! Bartenders who really pay attention to you. Great staff, entertainment every night, sports playing on the overhead televisions. Always a great crowd regardless of the time of day. read more

If you're looking for a hole in the wall neighborhood bar, it's the perfect place with all ages. Regulars are nice and the fresh popcorn is nice It is a little smokey but it's a bar. I stopped by here on New Year's Eve with some friends. I have to tell you that it was terrible. They had two bartenders that were slow as molasses and they ignored people. And the drinks were the worst drinks I have ever had in my entire life!! And I've had some bad drinks. Best local bar in town! The owners are awesome and have worked their butts off to improve this bar! There's pool, darts, shuffleboard, as well as Golden Tee. Most of the staff is friendly and prompt. Great place to watch football and relax with friends! Also, the best crawfish in town when they're in season! read more

This is not a place we will return to. Terrible management. We asked for regular service, nothing out of the ordinary. The bartenders were completely spaced out and just vulgar to us, so rude complaining to other customers about me with eye rolls. My husband and I came in for a beer or two. The beer was cold and prices were reasonable however BARBIE does not need to go behind her customer's back and talk about her. Very unprofessional. Went to this place on Friday night, nice place great crowd that's it with the good. The bartender was on some kind of power trip. First he gets into a heated argument with a customer and starts shouting very inappropriate things to the customer. At the end of the night the same bartender was still upset about his earlier encounter. When I got up took my last sip and turned around, power ranger bartender is standing in my personal space and asks what I'm waiting for. I politely informed the diva that I was waiting for him to move over a tad bit to leave since my back was at the bar. He then gets upset and tells me that "it's time go" which is what I was trying to do in the first place. I understand everyone has bad days but don't take it out on the clients when you get punked out in front of your bar. read more

My girlfriend, her sister, and myself went to this bar wanting to play pool and have a few drinks. My girlfriend sits down and this drunk guy goes to talk to her. I watch cautiously as I continue to play pool. He then drunkenly proceeds to try to lean in to kiss my girlfriend. I walk over and stand between them while telling him to back off. (Side note I'm a girl we are lesbians) He proceeds to tell me he is the manager and won't back off. I say a few unnecessary things about his small stature because I am livid. I decide we have to leave because he is now behind the bar. Multiple guys try to get us to stay saying that is "the way he is." No one tells him anything about his behavior and no one takes up for the three girls that were just trying to have a nice time without receiving unwanted advances. I will never be here again. I came here with my fiance and some friends to do karaoke on monday night. The karaoke guy, Robert, is very wonderful but I would rather go see him at one of the other bars he does karaoke at. The bartender does not know how to make simple drinks and got very rude with me when I told her that she made my drink wrong. She told me that she would remake it but she would have to charge me for the alcohol that she used in the drink she made wrong. Why would you charge me for YOUR mistake?? read more

I have been a bartender for 20 years 22 excuse me and I have never ever left the bad review because I understand that sometimes people have bad days and sometimes they are scheduled to work with people that they really don't like so it may not be about me but when I asked about shot specials I was told there was no shot specials which is fine and then I asked if there was any shots around 5 or 5:50 a piece and I literally got told that if I didn't have enough money for shots I shouldn't be ordering them and I tell you this now at 17 people other than myself which would have been 18 shots I was only trying to budget because you know that's what we will do I normally tip 40%, I had a $38 bar tab and I took 10 only because there was an awesome bartender there that was bearded gentleman very nice but the older blonde big boobs by the name of Barbie I doubt that was really her name but that's what she gave me was just outright disrespectful and it's a super awesome place and it's super awesome vibe but I definitely do not recommend going in a hard shifts because she is not a nice lady hopefully I'll figure it out because I definitely had fun at the bar until I was so disrespected read more

Three stars because it's close and the bartenders are nice enough. However it is extremely smokey in this bar, like when you get home you need to strip out your clothes and leave them outside smokey. Got home and literally gagged so I had to take a shower and wash my hair. Anyways, I usually just get beer in a bottle so I don't know what their tap beer is like but my husband has never complained about the temperatures or any. This certainly isn't the cleanest establishment but about what you would expect from a small dive. Overall everyone is friendly, we have never been on the biker night but it can get pretty crowded. They could not describe the beer they tried to offer. It also seemed by the third and last visit (third time is a charm) that if you are not a friend of one of the employees then you are an outsider.
