Theater is good no issues the only issue I have is that it advertises that they serve cocktails but there is never anyone there to serve cocktails. We go on Sundays so I thought because the county is semi dry that they don't serve cocktails. But then we go during the week and still no cocktails and the staff just says they don't have a bartender. I looked at a sign on the bar that said to ask another "cast member" so I did and they said nah we don't tend bar the sign doesn't mean anything WTH??? read more

This is the second time we have seen a movie here. The theater was very clean. It is a nice facility. They do sell alcohol including a nice selection of tap beer. Now for the negatives.... Our movie started a 9:45 pm and we chose to come here because we wanted a beer on tap. After paying our admission we realized the bar area was closing. I ran over there to grab a beer for my wife and I. I was turned away because they had already turned the cash register off. Who does that? The bar should stay open at least until the movie starts. Anyway, Next time we will make sure the bar is open before paying for tickets. Other than that we had a nice time. read more

Renovations were needed and the heated seats are great... However, the line is ridiculous even when you purchase tickets online. It literally takes 30-45 minutes to purchase concessions because there is only one line and several other people are purchasing tickets IN THE SAME LINE. I don't understand why management cannot figure out that two lines would be more efficient. read more

Went to see Peter Rabbit with my wife and 3 little boys on Sunday. It started off by coming in and seeing a woman manager behind the counter drinking a drink and eating something out of a bag the only reason why I knew she was a manager is one of the other people said the manager is not presenting a good image by eating behind the counter We were attending the 7:20 showing The theater was very very very messy I have never seen a theater so messy cups popcorn everywhere it's as if they didn't clean the theater at all that day The other issue was the sound was so low we couldn't even hear what was being said in the movie we requested several times to have it turned up but they were even able to get away from the counter to adjust it, the movie next-door was so loud everybody in our theater was complaining because we couldn't even hear our movie The $44 to get into the movie and then another $50 on concession that was being picked over by your employees to experience all this nonsense The restrooms had no paper towels and also could use a good cleaning I notified the front desk manager about all the issues that I was kind of just like that smile and have a good night expression on her face I hope people read this and never go to this movie theater again it's a damn shame that AMC has bought this theater and they're not taking better care of it I won't return, its worse than the worst dollar theater I've ever been to read more

We LOVE this theatre! Family friendly and usually very clean. Love the comfy reclining chairs and heated seats. Temperature is usually good but I always grab a sweater to have just in case. (I'd rather be cold than hot any day, and this is a great place to head when the weather is so hot ) Great sound that makes you feel part of the action. I really like that we can order tickets online and not even have to stand in a line at all when we get there. We can go straight to the theatre and know that our seats are reserved. The seats are spaced out well, and seem to come in pairs (so just know if you come in a group that's an odd number, one of you will be sitting somewhat close to a neighbor. Not really a big deal though.) Snacks can be pricey but they have a great kids deal that I think is about $5 for a small drink, small popcorn, and fruit snack. Highly recommend read more

I give this a 2, but ONLY because awhile back I went on a date to see The Excorcist(the original, when it was re-released) and we were the only 2 people in the theater. It was so cold inside that I could see my breath fog in front of my face. The near freezing temperatures were a good effect. I don't normally get scared in movies, but one of the kids that worked there came around the corner to pick up trash and scared the holy balls out of me. I went to see the best man holiday here and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the seats were clean. I like that they only had one entrance which reduces the amount of people walking on both sides of the theatre. read more

Manager Kristopher is everything I was taught in school NOT to be: non customer focused, arrogant, uncaring and definitely not charismatic. Great leaders take care of the customer's needs with a certain amount of finesse and heart. When I brought up a problem to him after 30 minutes of his employee going back and forth to him with incorrect and inconsistent answers, he became argumentative about how long I had told him I had been in line and finally told me to move along so he can get other customers. As a senior citizen I have never been treated so disrespectfully. When later I asked his name he told me Kris, that he was the general manager and to feel free to call AMC. This man single handedly ruined my movie, my son in law and daughter's good time, the woman ahead of us with a problem that he shooed away also, and other customers who had to wait longer and witnessed his unprofessional behavior. He needs more training. read more

This place was recently renovated, which was sorely needed. However, it is poorly managed. If you want a movie ticket, you must go inside and wait in line with all the people who want to buy concessions. This is beyond stupid. It means waiting in line 30 minutes just to get a ticket. The renovations being done at this theater are really nice so far. The new seating is very comfortable. The seats are cushioned, they recline with a footrest, and they're heated (perfect if you get cold in theaters like I tend to!). Definitely no metal chairs like other reviews have stated. The new seating cut each theater capacity by more than half, but honestly I like it better this way. Half of the theater is still being renovated, but it seems like it'll be a nice place to see a movie once it's all done. They also will have a full bar once reno is done. Ticket prices are not insane compared to other theaters. We liked our last visit so much that we'll be watching the Avengers premiere at this theater later this week. I'm glad we'll soon have a good alternative to the larger theater on 259. read more

My husband and I went to see a matinee at Tall Pines because it was at a better time for us than the other theater. The parking lot was empty when we drove up. There was 2 other movies scheduled at the same time as ours. We had to go inside to buy our tickets but was told that the projectors to all 3 movies were broken. Seriously!! It was apparent that they did not want to hassle with us, so we left never again to return. We'll take our business elsewhere. read more

We had to wait in line inside to buy our tickets which is nice, I guess, if you were already planning on buying concessions. If not, too bad. Tickets are $3.50 cheaper than newer theater which when the lights go out makes it worth it. The employees were friendly. The theater was not busy, even though this was a new release. Seats are older type seats that fold down. The theater itself is run down and, as you leave, there are theater movie posters on the wall attached with thumb tacks. read more

It's a decent theater! I love how you can pay like $17 for a bucket of popcorn and each time you come in 2012, it's only $3 to fill it up. It was a great value because we bought ours in January, but it's still a great deal if you are a frequent movie goer and/or go to the matinee shows. It's not very busy though. read more

Recently renovated. The new seating area is very comfortable but it takes too long to purchase a ticket. You can not purchase a ticket without getting in the concession line!! At least 20 to 30 minutes in line. I have attended a movie three times since the renovation and used the bathroom facilities on each occasion....there are NO seat covers in the women's bathroom (every stall)....EVER. read more

Some theaters don't have working air/heat..last on the right has holes in the ceiling leaking water with caution tape and buckets.

No one at the ticket window for us to get tickets from. Went inside and there were three lines at the concession stand. Got in the shortest one. Stood there waiting just to get tickets. After about 7 minutes the second person makes it to the counter and the worker looks at us and tells us while waving his hands in the air that this guy is the last one he is helping because he has to go do some important manager stuff. There was no one else behind us. He expected us to go to another longer line and wait. Our movie had just started. People in the lines were getting popcorn, drinks etc. we just wanted tickets. The manager just blew us off. WILL NEVER go back. Will keep going to movies 14. Concession lines take longer than ticket lines and the manager was rude. read more

This theater has gone downhill. On the Flixster app it said our movie started at 8, but the movie actually started at 7. Thankfully we found out in time it started at 7. We get to the theater just after 7, and are trying to hurry and get to our seats. We were going to see Vacation, and there was no theater marked for that movie! We went back to the concession to ask them where the movie was and it was in a theater marked for Ant Man. We finally make it to our seats about 7 minutes after the trailers were supposed to start. The screen still wasn't on! They started the trailers before the movie almost 10 minutes late. I won't be attending this theater anymore. Did I mention my experience before this one that the air conditioning was out in the middle of summer? read more
