Rules, policies, and hours of operation are unpredictable. The ones "in charge" have zero business sense and do not consider the members when making decisions. The phone is not answered,and questions or concerns are ignored. Members go to the country club to relax, blow off steam and hang out with other members but the disrespect and pure incompetence of the staff will leave you infuriated. The place is run by a bunch of a$$holes. If you can find another country club, go there and stay clear of this one. An experience here is likely to ruin your day, month and year.

They have a nice grille by the courts (but we didn't eat there) and the swimming pool area looked beautiful. All in all very pleasantly surprised by this club. Tyler has it going on for sure. Now every time I put on my tennis shoes they have clay dust on them which reminds me of the clay courts and makes me smile :-)

We did live an hour from Tyler for a few years before but wanted closer access to Tyler since we loved it so much. We chose Eagles Bluff as our forever home and are ecstatic to have found it! Also we have found so many transplants here from 'other' states as well who feel the way we do!! It's a lovely quiet neighborhood with friendly residents and staff, but also is an easy drive to Tyler for a good variety of shopping and eating at so many fabulous restaurants!! Plus there's an abundance of great doctors there as well. The golfers seem happy with that; I just enjoy watching them across the pond from our backyard. It was a nice and comfortable golf course venue for such, and the banquet room we had was open, airy, and scenic. This particular group's size was about 200 or so. The service and food were quite good. Servers kept the plates cleared and waters filled. Coffee quality was also very good. Dinner was served buffet style - salads, sides, prime rib, fried shrimp, and pork tenderloin. House made desserts were hummingbird cake, coconut meringue cake, and turtle cheesecake.
