The sound was very loud during action scenes, to the point I had to cover my ears a few times, but the dialogue was often quite and muffled. Again, that might not be entirely their fault, but it did take away from my enjoyment. The popcorn was really, really good, and the pizza was just fine. The recliner seats are comfortable and I like how spaced out the rows are, probably to accommodate food service right at your table, but it was still nice to have a lot of space in front of my seat and also not feel like the people behind me were breathing down my neck. Staff were all super awesome and friendly.

So we planned the 2pm show and met at Film Alley. When we went to buy the tickets they had changed the show time and it wasn't showing until an hour 15 minutes later. I have never had this happen. Who changes the times on the showing of the current movie schedule? All they said was they were sorry. I'm glad I hadn't purchase tickets on their website. We chose to go to another theatre. The only thng is it is not accessible for the Deaf/HH because the videos are not captions nor is there a written script of the audio tour.

We've seen them at their best and at their worst…read more Two months ago, my husband and I ate here and LOVED it! We recommended to family to come here to celebrate three family birthdays. We had a 6:00 reservation for ten people. It was 7:00 before we received the chips and queso. It was also supposed to come with green sauce. I didn't want to ask for it because it would have taken even longer. Not to mention that we got two different kinds of cheese and chips. All of our meals trickled out over 45 minutes. Our drinks were empty for at half the time we were there. We were not paid out until 8:00. I will say, they comped most of our meals and drinks, for which I was thankful. The Belcher Center is a large theater located on the Letourneau University campus in Longview, TX,…read morejust a few hours drive from Dallas. The venue hosts a variety of events from comedians like Tom Papa, who I saw, to upcoming musical acts such as LeAnn Rimes, and to community events such as the Longview Symphony. Tickets are somewhat pricey. To see the comedian Tom Papa, I paid nearly $50 per seat. The theater was only about 10% filled. There were so many empty seats. I feel like they would have been better off setting their ticket price lower and filling the venue than the situation at hand. I bought box seats. This is one of the side wings that appears to be a private balcony. There are only about 6-8 seats in this section and they were all free moving so we could scoot them forward to peer over the balcony edge on to the stage. The seats on the floor looked to be standard theater seating, but since the venue is newish, the seats appeared ample and plush. I don't foresee driving to this location again. It is important to note that this is a Christian university and they apparently hand pick acts and censor those who perform here. Parking was free and in a nicely paved lot adjacent to the venue. Police were on hand before and after the event to make sure people could cross the road safely.
