2 of the 5 seats I bought for Father's day were literally blocked by a wall in front of them. I was pissed that they would even sell those seats to unsuspecting customers (see pictures). I'm 6'1". Talked to customer service to see if we could be given seats for a different movie where we all could sit together (our movie was too full to move the whole family within the same theater #30). Well, the employee wouldn't waive the upcharge for the Imax movie that had enough seats. We ended up seating our kids on 3 contiguous seats, while my wife and I sat separately. 3 soda machines had no ice while the 4th one was completely inoperable. Restrooms were gross. Seats were uncomfortable and floors were sticky. Carpet looked 20 years overdue for a replacement. The whole vibe was zero Fs given until they finally go out of business. Ruined the end of our planned activities for the day and reminded us why we prefer to watch things at home. No sympathy from us when the inevitable happens.

Tonight we watched #FreakierFriday in auditorium 16. This room was set at a comfortable air temp, didn't need a jacket and wasn't burning up. The seats were clean and in good condition too! I liked our dj that played while we waited for the movie to start. Alot of the 2000s hits were played! Additionally, there were plenty of spaces to park, no issues. I had an enjoyable time :)

First time here for a screening of the Fantastic Four: Small Steps in July 2025. Amazing fan presence here on this evening, as the cinema was filled to capacity! Stadium seating, with plush seats and an incredible sound system. In sitting at the very top of the seating area, the view was still very good. Outside of the theatre, concessions were plentiful, yet not over the top expensive (priced just right7. Th bar area? Yeah, good luck with that. At least it is there. The employees here are genuinely enthusiastic, and pleasant to talk with. My sole complaint? Turn the lights on after the movie is over. I was quite surprised by how many people had to use their cell phone flash lights to maneuver through the rows to get to the exits. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure if this is normal, or just an anomaly- it can be a potential safety risk, AMC! Parking here is simple- just find any space, and walk toward the area that has the multiple exterior ticket booths. AMC Grapevine Mills is huge, and it is easy to miss the entrance into the theatre. Just follow the others in front of you toward the mall area, where you will see the ticket booths plus front entrance. Overall, a good environment for anyone to enjoy. 5 stars for the quality venue & customer service., yet -1 star for the turned off lights aspect at the end of a movie.

Love coming here for the Dolby Screen they have. Sound like no other theater I've ever been to. Always clean with comfy seats. Staff and food is fine? No better or worse than most movie theaters. Pricing is fine these days. If I want to see an action movie, the Dolby screen here will always be my first choice.

A night out at the movies to watch a sneak peak movie premiere, seats were nice and comfortable with heated options, can't beat the experience that you get when you step into the theater!

One of the older theaters seats are worn down. Came for a free premiere though so can't complain too much!

Wow I don't even know how to start. In 2025 where you pay $20 per ticket. Avoid this theater at all costs. Cleanliness -1 There was still popcorn in my seat and the armrest was sticky from what I hope was soda. Seating/comfort - 1 I don't even know where to start with this. The seats and armrests are in various states of disrepair. In an age where the bare minimum is a reclining seat. A regular seat that has is in disrepair and just not comfortable The only saving grace and why it even gets 2 stars is this is one of the only imax theaters close by but my understanding is that modern technology has caught up to imax so that may not even really be a plus anymore. All in all I can't begin to describe what a POS this theatre is for a full price theaters. There are dollar theaters where I may or may not have wheels on my car when I come back that are in better shape than this. I will never come back here again.

I was in theater 24 - not a fan of the seats and thought it was a little dirty. Probably won't come back again. It is an older theater but good size.

The food was burnt we got the flatbread pizza and cheese sticks the customer service at the counter was so horrible and she had a crappy attitude never once acted like she wanted to help - the food and margaritas were basically a waste of money . We were also here with a party for Moana 2 and there was several things that went wrong with the party too . Very disappointed after leaving this theater . The only thing about the building was the decor. . Other than that very disappointed

    Disgusting seat

The seats and trays in theater 8 were disgustingly filthy! It was obvious when being at the first showing of the day, the theater was not being cleaned. Note to self: call the health department

Talking to the manager and not receiving a refund.

Theater review : Kind of rundown and old feeling but still gets the job done. This location is in the Music City Mall next to the food court area. There are trees covering the signage so you have to be on the lookout or you'll miss it every time. The employees were nice and the restrooms were clean. Can't ask for much more from such an old rundown place. Prices don'r really reflect the quality of the maintenance and build of the place so if you want more bang for your buck then go to a different location. Plenty of parking cuz it's a mall.

My husband and I needed a fun activity to do together (without the kids) for our 18th wedding anniversary and I decided it looked neat enough to go to, even if it was mainly just an immersive art experience. I was 1000% wrong. It is way, way more than that. It is intense and entertaining and intriguinging and kept our attention and interest for nearly 3 hours on our extended date. We felt a bit like kids again, and there was even more of the experience that we didn't fully explore in that timeframe. It's hard to explain without giving away spoilers but it was incredibly interesting and multifaceted and immersive, but not directly as an art exhibit as much as like you are in a storyline in an Alice in Wonderland-like world with multiple dimensions and most everything is interactive. Touch everything, push the buttons, open the doors and drawers and cabinets, cause there are hidden treasures and such at every turn. The employees were wonderful. No one broke character, they were just as present as you'd want them to be (they're there in part to answer questions and help with whatever is needed), and they all were welcoming. One in particular stood out - Reinhart. I didn't know it until after we exited the experience but they're the manager at the location. That doesn't surprise me because they were a role model for how the staff there should interact with the people attending the experience. They may all do that too truly, but I can only speak directly about this manager as we crossed paths with them so many times. There was a group of elementary-aged kiddos who were clearly having the time of their lives and part of that was due to Reinhart's interactions. The kids would treat them as a customer in their game of "Restaurant", ask them to be a member of their audience as they performed on the stage for them, invite them to walk around with them throughout the different areas of the experience, etc. They stayed in character and interacted with the kids on their level, never seeming bored or inconvenienced, and always game for whatever they wanted of them. They were definitely invested in the kids having the ultimate experience that day and I'm certain they did, in large part due to the way Reinhart enhanced the experience for them throughout their time there. When we left (shortly after the group of kids) they were already at the register helping out and being readily available for the customers in the gift shop. They definitely fulfill the spirit of the place and made it even more fun for us just by being around their great interactions with the kids. Cost: Worth it. 100%. To be clear, I am a pretty cheap person, which is why I had deferred taking my 2 kiddos to it even though they were interested. I didn't want to spend that much money on what I thought was a nice but fairly straightforward art experience but now that we truly understand what it is we will DEFINITELY be bringing them back, as well as our girl scout troop. We're also gonna have my kids upcoming birthday party here too, her request. My only regret is just buying one time tickets and not buying my hubby and I the membership, as it pays for itself after only 2 visits and we will definitely want to go to this and other Meow Wolfs later this summer. They have multiple locations across the US and each one has a different experience/storyline/exhibits, so it's worth going to any of them your near as they aren't all the same. We will likely get our kids the membership when we take them soon. There is an integrated snack shack in the experience and the prices aren't bad, better than a lot of places we've gone to in the past. You can't bring outside food and drink but they do have water stations to fill up an empty bottle at, if you bring one. To summarize - 10/10, highly recommend, will go again, cheapskate approved!!!

Founded in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Meow Wolf is a very surreal artistic adventure. In Dallas/Grapevine, Meow Wolf The Real Unreal is a house gone a bit crazy. After entering the front yard, you can experience an outer worldly immersive adventure that is hard to describe, but fun to photograph. Love the colors. So much to see. My favorite rooms were the camper/RV and the Neon Glowquarium. Although I couldn't follow the story, if there actually was one, it was nice to go from room to room in the two story mid century modern home looking for Jared. I never found him, but it was still fun. Bought a Portal Pass Supreme in Las Vegas. This gives access to all the Meow Wolf locations. Houston. Grapevine. Santa Fe. Denver. Las Vegas.
