We reached out in late June to book two 55-person shuttles for our October wedding. The original quote was straightforward ($1,800 per bus, $3,600 total, with a $500 deposit). However, after signing, they never actually processed our deposit. I had to reach out repeatedly by phone and email just to verify that our reservation was actually secured. A week before the wedding, they sent a new invoice with unexpected mandatory tip and toll fees tagged on. We were originally told driver gratuity would be cash at our discretion based on service quality, so having a required tip forced onto the invoice right before the event felt like a bait-and-switch. Things got worse on the actual wedding day. While I was getting ready, one of the drivers called me, completely confused about the pickup schedule and unaware that the two buses had separate departure times. He didn't have the other driver's contact information or a radio to communicate with him. Because of their lack of coordination, several of our guests were left behind and had to order Ubers to the venue. The end of the night was an even bigger failure. Our contract explicitly stated that the shuttles would make a stop at a local bar for our after-party, which was directly on the route to the hotel and less than a minute away, and that one bus would do a second loop to pick up remaining guests. Instead, both drivers completely bypassed the after-party stop and refused to turn around or go back for the second trip. Myself, my partner, and a huge chunk of our guests were stranded at the venue and forced to scramble for Ubers at the end of our wedding night. They eventually refunded around $1,000, but that essentially just wiped out the surprise "tip" they forced onto us and a fraction of the fare. A partial refund doesn't make up for leaving a bride, groom, and their guests stranded after being paid thousands of dollars. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually honors its contracts.

Al always got back to me promptly. Our driver Pat was courteous, professional, accommodating and friendly. Our pick up was 10:30am. Pat arrived early and called to let us know but didn't rush us at all. He helped us with our bags, helped us into and out of the limo, etc as all good drivers should. There was water and a bottle of local wine in the limo. Once we got to the wineries he escorted us inside and got us all set up. At the second winery there were some stools set up instead of seats. Pat quickly went and got us some comfy chairs. He let us know what our timeline would be at each place and always arrived early but didn't rush us. Lunch was pretty good. Everyone liked their food. No complaints. We didn't like the third winery (our fault, Pat tried to politely inform us it wasn't his fave but didn't want to push us into not going and regretting it). Pat was nice enough to pick us up early. All in all a great experience. I would definitely recommend LI Vino/VZ Limo to anyone.

I called Mike right away and there was no problem at all adjusting the pick up time. I was happy to be able to sleep to 8:30 AM as usual, feed and walk our dogs and then drive to the hospital myself to pick up my husband when I got the call he was ready.
