Pick up her upright grand piano (like 800lbs) and drive it to me in Toronto. Bring it up all my stairs and set it up in my living room. That is fine, but once you make your plan why not contact your customer and let them know. Cindy doesn't care to hear any of this, "that is their policy". She is not concerned with any of your problems. I think for the price, they could have someone answer the phone and update you on when they will be arriving. The movers acted professional and worked quickly once they arrived. But don't expect any customer service. They will get to you when they get to you.
