This will be my new regular spot They are quite new but clean and modern plus the staff is incredibly nice. Mary did my pedicure and Bob did my shellac nails. I had explained to Bob beforehand about how the last experience I had the lady was burning my cuticle and it was awful. He understood and was very gentle. WOWOWOW Bob is A-Mazing with nails!! He is very gentle, detailed & super sweet! He is DEFINITELY my new FAVORITE!! Wendy is A-Mazing, too! She did a fabulous job on my brows. She is friendly, gentle & detailed as well. While listening to my brow request, Wendy explained how she would "fix" them...they were a hot mess...lol. This was my first time here, the salon was relatively close by where I live so I decided to drop by. First impression it was really clean and up kept, and had a really great atmosphere. I was greeted by Moon, my nail stylist, who was very friendly and nice. I ended up just getting my nails done, which didn't take too long. However, while she was cutting my cuticles she nipped me one good time . Other than that, everything else turned out really nice. I used to go here ALL the time! I loved it....even wrote a great review. However the last time 3 or 4 times I went I have left wildly disappointed. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, but this last time in particular I chose a color for my nails (I get the dip powder) and sat down. The tech was kind of sloppy when he used his electric nail drill and kept getting my skin right around my cuticle. He kept telling me to relax, but every time I tried he got the skin again. Then when he actually started dipping my nails in the powder, I noticed the color was off quite a bit. I said "I don't think this is the color I saw on the nail over there" So he went to get the nail color key chain thing, and showed me his powder matched the number on the keychain. I said "I see that but look, the color on my nails is different, it's not what I was expecting" His reply was that the nail on the key chain had been painted over two years ago and the color changed over time, and he kept going. We were like 4 nails into it and I was so miserable I didn't want to start over, so I just let him finish. I left with extremely sore fingers and didn't even get the color I wanted. Not going back. Such a good place, but only if you get Cindy. Twice Ive been when someone else did my nails and it was horrible. They kept trying quick fixes and the top coat of my SNS powder manicure was bubbly and thick. I looked like I had warped jelly beans on my hands. After 2 hrs, still nothing. I left frustrated and told them I wasn't paying for the manicure. When I came back to give another chance, they wanted me to pay for the last time. There are plenty of nail places in the area and will be hunting out another that is more consistent. read more

Never again in my life. I was treated with the utmost disrespect. The lady who did my nails messed them up. I got glitter dip and she ruined the shape on a few. I asked her if she can fix it or start over again and I'll pay her extra, she kept yelling at me saying "nope it's done, I will not start over" even when I offered to pay more to fix her mistake. I have had two dip powder manicures here and now this is all I will ever do. The first manicure lasted over two weeks until it had grown out so much I needed a refill. I am hard on my nails, they are very thin and this is the best product for me. The bonus is, it is much easier to remove than shellac and absolutely no damage to my nails. Every time I've visited, I always get what I want. I get a regular manicure and my nails last for more than a week. I did the shellac for my wedding and my nails lasted a month before I went in to take them off. I say that since the other times I get shellac, it starts to raise in the back. Okay, so I have the nicest lady that does my nails outside my neighborhood, but they are a small place and sometimes get really busy. I don't like waiting! I came upon Amazing Nails and decided to give them a try. They have a beautiful, clean place and friendly service. I wanted to get a shellac manicure and was amazed at how many colors they have to choose from! It was a bit overwhelming. The manicurist was efficient and professional and did an excellent job! Nails perfectly even, no bubbles, or one nail looking wonky. She wasn't very talkative, but that's okay with me. They have a great menu option of services and you can choose different kinds of pedicures, some of which include stone massages and hot wax. My visited started off a little rough, bc one of the nail techs couldn't quite get the shape right. But Trina took over and did an absolutely Amazing job!!! This place is alright nothing to be really excited about. People are nice, but it is rather boring. They are very monotone. It works in a pinch. I had a pedicure done and while my feet feel better it would have enjoyed having more communication than I got from the person doing my pedicure. While ready for an amazing experience, I was not as impressed. It was nice to walk in and get right in. I can't stand when they speak to each other and I can't understand them .. It's so rude. This happened so much while I was there. My nails looked great did stay on long and when I pointed out mistakes that would catch my eye and bother me they said oh it's ok and steered me away from getting them fixed. So I don't ever review anything but I recently been to this location and the lady who did my manicure was super sweet but I got a pedicure a week ago and the lady who did my pedicure cut me and I didn't think anything of it until the next day when my toe swole up and kept bleeding I went to the doctor for it and ended up spending 400 dollars on them to cut open my toe because she caused me to get a infected ingrown toe nail . Came here after the old salon I went to changed management, then went downhill. Nick does an AMAZING job, takes his time, and will not let you leave with anything less than FABULOUS nails! I usually do acrylic color nails, but I tried this new dipping powder, and don't think I will ever go back to acrylic dipping! Recommend 100%!! read more

I'm not from Spring, but only visited for work purposes and wanted to get a mani. I'm highly disappointed with quality of service I experienced. The woman doing my nails seemed to be in a huge rush only to have 3 other people in the salon with 1 waiting that came in after me. I asked for polish with a mani. Got about a minute massage on each arm and it took a total of 10 minutes for the whole manicure. She was going to let me leave with about a coat and a half of polish before I asked for another coat given that I could see in spots down to my nail... I have never seen someone paint as fast as she did and she got half of the polish on my fingers than she did on my nails. After finishing she hurried me to the nail dryer and sprayed some fast drying spray on my nails. After getting home I realized 4 nails had spots she missed with the last coat. Only ONE day later and my polish started chipping. I work at a desk and don't use my hands heavily so I figured it would last, but I was wrong. I probably won't be coming back here. read more
