I may still be unclear as to the right of you reviewers knowing a stylist info so others may come forward ) so to all your people Sarahy you can have them stop harassing me if YOU did nothing wrong why not just leave this alone , this is what yelp is here for , how about get over it !?! Point is made , Sarahy made my lashes uneven from each side worked on right eye for an hour and the left 30 min , upon finishing I asked to fill the left side more she was so pissed someone else named Sara finished adding 4 lashes to left . Worst case I went in the first 19 of September had to remove the old ones and start fresh with Nico he is an amazing Person with a great attitude something I can't say for Sarahy , results however were that yesterday I ended up in the urgent care with double eye infections and special eye drops and antibiotics perscribed. BREE a receptionist was made aware of this she was very abusive in her response insensitive to the matter and condescending about my chief complaint being my eyes were Infected , today after waiting a day and 3 hours this morning I finally had Ashley send in a refund for just one of my services, Sarahy put on the very minimal lashes initially so you lose a bunch which is why I was in so many different times yet your next "fill" goes to 89.99 for a very low initial price . Prices are descent I must say reasonable. Bree a receptionist said she was in optometry for 10 years so it was unlikely to her that the doctor THEE MEDICAL DOCTOR didn't know want he was talking about !! Get a clue miss Bree , you represent Amazing Lash , your customer service is horrid you don't belong in this industry. Take care of your people !!! Thank you to Sarahy today for burning the crap out of my I texted and inflamed eyelids she claimed it was due to the prior stylist putting the extensions so Close to my eyelid . She was supposedly walking me to the bathroom , I stead she literally made me purposely walk into the wall and hit my elbow as I am trying to touch my surroundings finding the bathroom light and sink and soap on my OWN , with Eye glue remover on my eyelids , sorry to have inconvenienced you stylist ! Btw guys my first set was with their Old glue that apparently did not glue down the extensions, I broke out to the new glue FYI never got to enjoy the service they PROMISE to provide.. this does not go for all Amazing lash studios be aware since I posted this I have received 3 threatening messages from Sarahy and her associates of some sort personally , currently waiting for Lela a manager to call me back since Sarahy said her cosmetology license number was "personal ",yet I found her on the board of barbering and cosmetology STATE website not only freedom of speech BOTH online and offline may I add it is our constitutional right but it's also public knowledge to know if a stylist is licensed or not and her work needs to be ethical clearly I will have to keep adding to this post if this harassment continues just to let the world know until I consult with an attorney or have the management of amazing lash contact me back directly I will not remove a license number on a Friday night when no legal aid is available for me , let me emphasize that I am not purposely trying to cause damages I just want her to be known to others so that they don't be hurt or mistreated by a LICENSED cosmetologist of any kind or have had the same experience as me SPEAK UP the state bar is here to help . I have been a loyal customer for Temecula lash studio for some time. I had the worst experience today on the phone clarifying my account information. I called in earlier this week and scheduled my appointment for lashes. When scheduling I spoke to Camille and she was very nice and sweet as always. When she booked my appointment she informed me my account was past due. I was concerned and confused because I informed her my account was frozen that I had spoken to someone when they started reinstating accounts after the COVID shut down and to place it on hold. She told me she would inform the manager of the situation so I scheduled an appointment. Today I called in just to double check before my appointment if the concern had been clarified and spoke to someone who answered the phone around 5pm and she informed me my account was past due that I would need to pay 3 months worth of past due charges. I informed her that I had thought my account was on hold due to me calling and speaking to someone about the hold. She then gave me attitude asking who did I speak to and as I was looking for any details of a name I thought I had saved she simply told me that she would wave one charge but I would still need to pay $240. I mean I know lashes are expensive but that's a bit much and upsetting because I had called about placing a hold. Long story short, she was rude, not helpful and unfortunately It wasn't my fault this had happened. I just started getting my lash extensions about three months ago. I was just about to give up because they kept falling out super fast and my lashes looked really bad. Then I met, Niko!! Niko is an Amazing Stylist!! I will go to him from now on. He was super patience explained to me why my lashes were falling out and not to give up. I had my appt last week and my lashes STILL look Amazing!! If your going to get your lashes done, request Niko!! I won't go to anyone else again! Update - for those of you pissed off because your lashes did not last a week it's because the company changed it's glue without mentioning it to you. I was in the waiting room listening to the same complaint by another women, I chimed in and said the same thing happened to me on my last visit for a fill. (for the first time, usually its great) AMS changed the glue to a lesser adhesive glop. Anyhow our glue used was then changed to something called a Diamond glue. This worked much better. Interesting enough the guy there who was supposed to be the manager didn't say a word while the receptionist had to answer for this mess. And he heard since I was sitting 4 feet away from him. If there is a mess it comes from the top! I worked in the corporate world as well as own my own business and he should have bucked up and explained. He is stuck to every worker bee there like glue, so I was taken back when he didn't step up and explain this HUGE change. Yeah I hope you are reading this, you fail as a manager. read more

Worst lash experience ever!!! Ive had my eye lashes done many times in the past. I came to Amazing lash thinking it would be one of the best lash experience ever, but nope!! To start off the place isnt very nice inside they take you back into a room that feels like your in a doctors office. White and plain!! My whole lash service took 2 in a half hours (from when I walked in, to when I walked out). The lash tech went over intructions with me about after care and products I could purchase at the front desk. When I walked out to the reception area. Hoping to just pay and go since I was already late. They insisted I should buy their membership and product. Which I understand they are trying to upsell. Well when I finally did leave and was able to really look at my lashes I realized how awful they looked. It was as if i needed a fill already. Lashes where going everywhere. They were glued on to the middle of my lash rather then close to my lid as they should be. I lost about 10 lashes on my left eye within 30 min of having them on. I called them right away and explained what my lashes looked like and they said they could try and fix them or remove them since they do no offer refunds. I am very disappointed because I truelly expected them to be better or same quality as Ive had in the past since this is a facility that specializes is lashes. Do your research girls. I had first gotten a full-set of lashes at there other location in vale terrace. I had a great experience and my lashes looked great. They lasted as long as they had said. But when I went to get my first fill at the temecula location it became a different story. All of the girls that worked there were very nice, and the girl that did my lashes was very sweet. But within a week all of my lashes on one eye had fallen out but three. I bought their eyelash cleanser and their brush. I never got them wet I did not wear eye make up at all, and followed all of their instructions. I look ridiculous because one eye has some eyelashes and the other has absolutely none. Eyelashes only lasted 1 week. I purchased the eye lash wash, eyelash clear coating, mascara- I did everything that this company recommended! I still went back to correct the problem. I have been trying to cancel my contract in person but the front desk person cannot bring up my paperwork. She told me to come back on Monday when the manager will be there. To make a long story short ---5 calls later- they have NOT emailed my cancellation. They cannot tell me when the manager will be in! Now she tells me to come in again and they found my paperwork? Went in for my first time after being referred by a friend who goes to the same franchise in Phoenix and loves it. Requested an appointment with an experiences person, and the girl scheduled me with her recommendation. Went in and got a membership and full set. Within a few days my eyes were SUPER irritated and itchy. I have had lashes before with no issues. I was traveling for work the following week and stopped another location for a refill since more than half the lashes had fallen out. The lady at the other location was shocked at how bad of a job the Temecula location had done. She refused to do a refill because so many lashes were damaged and glued together. She spent an hour declumping the extensions because that was what was causing the irritation. She also pointed out that half the extensions were put on crooked. I returned home and called the manager of the Temecula location and he said I could come in to get them fixed. They offered to redo them which is nice my actual lashes are COMPLETELY DESTROYED. The removal was super painful and my eyes are still so swollen. I would not recommend going here unless you know the lash stylist really well. It's a money trap. The stylists aren't experience and just throw a sales pitch at you. Hopefully my lashes grow back soon read more

First time I have ever wrote a review...This place was absolutely horrible. Lashes were stiff and clumpy and all stuck together. They said at the front desk they did volume lashes but they don't... and I only found that out after I was done with my appointment..I couldn't even last a day with them on because they hurt so badly. Make sure to go to an experienced lash artist don't waste your time and money on this place! Worst experience I have ever had .. and I have been getting lashes done for 6 years.. and also keep in mind there are no refunds no matter how terrible the job is.. what a horrible experience Update: I think it's comical that amazing lash responded to my review to do the right thing and make it right regarding my appointment... but then after responding to them never heard from them again. So their efforts were not sincere or ethical merely a ruse to show future customers that this was not a usual experience and they would be taking proper care of it ... well that's not the case folks :). I called and made an appointment to have lashes applied. I've never had this done before, but was looking for a quick solution since I was losing some of my natural lashes for some reason, and I had an important event coming up. Well, when I spoke to the young lady who made my appointment, I informed her of my situation, and clearly asked if it would be a problem for me to have this done with some of my lashes missing. She assured me this was not a problem. I arrived for my appointment and when I walked in there were a couple of ladies who worked there (they were wearing the company shirts), sitting in the lobby. They did not greet me at all, and just got up and left when I sat down. The receptionist was pleasant, but she seemed new and a bit confused. As I was waiting, a client came out to pay for her procedure. As the receptionist was trying to sell her on their membership program, her lashes began to fall! Someone came out and fixed it for her, but it made me a little nervous. When it was time for me to go in, a young lady named Alexis came out to greet me and walk me back. Once inside, she instructed me to lay down and began to explain the procedure to me. When I told her why I was having the procedure, she politely explained to me that she was not able to proceed with the lash application because I was in fact missing some lashes and she would not be able to place adhesive on my bare eyelid, since they apply the lashes slightly over your existing lashes. She informed me that doing so could cause irritation or injury to my eyelid. I told her that I had made my situation clear when I called to make my appointment and that the receptionist assured me that it would would not be a problem. Alexis apologized for the receptionist's mistake and then proceeded to make other suggestions, including applying lash strips myself. She even explained to me, in detail, how to correctly apply them. She was apologetic, extremely helpful and very polite the whole time. She informed me that she would hate to have me spend money and not have the results I would want. Its been a week with my lashes and most of the extensions are gone. When i got them done and they werent full at all. I called to see what they could do and they added more and i was happier with them but i wanted fuller and they gave me the classic style. A week later and they are falling off super easily. I called again two days ago and they said they would call me back to see what they can do since its been a week and i haven't heard anything from them and that really disappointing. I had a full set of eye lash extensions put on. I requested the allergy testing in writing, but the esthetician ignored the paperwork and proceeded with procedure. No apparent allergic reactions happened, but within a week to ten days my eyes started swelling and flakes and puss were evident. The manager, Antonio, kept refusing my phone calls. I ended up in Urgent Care and was put on antibiotic eye drops as well as the oral steroid Prednisone. This did not clear up the infection. My left eye was swollen shut while the nodule finally came to a head and the puss came out. The infection spread to my right eye as well into my upper lip. It burst as well. Then the infection spread to my torso and underarms. It showed up as a boil under my left underarm that was red and inflamed and filled with puss. After this drained, more boils clustered in the same area. Many pimples started showing up filled with yellow puss. I am 54 years old and have never had a boil in my life until now. I have always had clear skin. My doctor believes this is a staphylococcus infection. It could be MRSA. I will update this post as soon as my biopsy's come back. In the mean time STAY AWAY FROM AMAZING LASH IN TEMECULA. THEY ARE DIRTY AND DON'T PRACTICE REGULATED HIGENE THIS HAS EFFECTED MY EYE SITE AND MY WELL BEING. I decided to give this place a shot when I would not get an appointment at my usual place. Making an appointment is easy but I REGRET IT!!!!! The stylist glued my eye shut. I'm not lying she used way too much glue. My right eye was only glued from the corner which wasn't bad. My left eye was completely shut. She has to get another technician to help and after twenty minutes I was able to open my eye. Beside a bad service my extensions barely lasted a week and a half. This place needs to get it together. I was charged to do a mini fill and left super unhappy. My eyelashes were stuck together and itched so bad. When I came back in for a normal fill the girl spent 30 minutes doing a correction because the previous girl had done such a horrible job. She wasn't able to complete my fill and I left with very scarce eyelashes (not her fault, she has back to back clients). They told me to come in the next day at 4:30 and Taylor would finish the fill. They even called and confirmed with me that my appointment would be at 4:30 (I have the voicemail transcript to prove it and I showed the girl at the counter). She said I could come back another day because Taylor has another 4:30 client. I was here for a correction and now they are trying to switch the appointment time on me. This place is super unorganized and they hire very inexperienced girls. McKayla is the only person I'd trust with my lashes. Unfortunately she was gone today and I needed my lashes done for an event this weekend. I've had eyelash extensions for over two years. In a pinch, I decided to give this lash studio a try. They had no selection in curl which seems really hard to believe at an actual lash place. On top of that, Lashes normally last about three to four weeks before I feel as though I need a fill and fall out with natural lashes, these are just coming off, with no lash attached at two days in. After two years of having lash extensions, I know proper care. Other than Jocelyn having great customer service, this place is horrible. The artist was very friendly and I do realize it isn't her fault that she's provided with lousy product but I would never recommend using this place. read more
