Well let's start off, my Girlfriend and I went to Amazing Lash Studio on May 5th, May 6th half mine had fell out, called Amazing Lash Studio on May 6th, they made me appt For May 8th to fix it, Will say girls were really nice, they look great. This is where everything goes south. I told them my Girlfriend and I were going to Vegas for my birthday, May 12th in Vegas Most of them fell out, only been done for 5 days Omg, I took cold showers because they said no steam, in few days after mine my girlfriend fell out too, I spent $$430.00$$$ for my girlfriend and myself and still had to wear strips for Vegas birthday vacation. Not a happy Camper at all. Just a note: There Web site states they last about 4 to 6 weeks with proper care, Technician told me about 2 weeks and will need a fill. Omg they didn't last a week. I went in to Amazing Lash Studio nervous as I was getting my first set done! The receptionist were very friendly and welcoming! I got my eyelashes done with Marlene she was very friendly as well and asked how your day was going walked me to the room and explained the whole process making me less nervous she did a very good job I even fell asleep as I got my eyelashes done! When she was done she explained the after care and what I should buy she was very sweet and gentle! Would definitely go back and get my eyelashes done by Marlene! Loved the experience I received! As a member of Amazing Lash Studio I love the convince of being able to go to any location and using my membership. I travel a lot for work and had an opportunity to visit their newest location in Temecula. The studio was clean and organized and the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot my lash stylists name but she was quick with my fill and my lashes looked great. I restocked on some product while I was there and was in and out fairly quickly for a new Lash Studio. I had a wonderful experience with Allison(front desk) and Taylor(lash tech)! The whole process was explained beforehand which was super important since I was sensitive to some strip lash glues...also it was my first time getting lash extensions. These ladies were amazing and very patient with me and all of my questions were answered. The application experience with Taylor was fabulous and I had so many compliments about how beautiful and natural the lashes looked from people who knew I had planned to try Amazing Lash Studio! Kristina is my lash queen! Love her and will only go to her. She always gets my lashes just right and is just a delight. Kate and Camila upfront are also super nice and lovely to talk to. Always nice to see such friendly and pretty faces when walking into this establishment. Everyone I've seen here seems so nice and happy to work there; I really enjoy coming in not only for the great lashes but also because it always feels like I have some type of good conversation with the girls aforementioned. I have found an absolute lash god!!! Neiko is the best at lashing. I've gone to so many other places only to have my lashes fall out within a week. I've been coming here for the last three months and could not be happier. I will never go to anyone but Neiko ever again. And I look forward to my time with him! He's so personable and fabulous. I have been to another location but was very excited to see one open in Temecula. I didn't do the membership the first time because I didn't want to drive too far. I made my appointment this past Saturday and I joined their membership because I can't imagine not keeping my lashes on. They make my life so much easier. I got my lashes done by Abby a week or so ago and I love them! I waited a bit to leave a review just to see how they lasted because I've gotten my lashes done at other places and they never last longer than like 5 days.
