Unfortunately, I don't have the tech's name who waxed my upper lip and around my chin, but as my eyes were closed as my lashes were being filled, another tech came and apply wax that was a little too warm, ripped off the strip that was very painful and left a wax burn along the side of my mouth and under my chin. My appointment was on Thursday so I've been applying Alor Vera gel to keep it from peeling over pigmentation from taking place. Pics attached.

I paid $10 deposit and got charged $58 on checkout. The place was neat , organized and they practice good infection control protocol. They wear a mask and washed their hands. They take time to work on the lashes and was not rushed. I think there was just a miscommunication on the pricing. With my eyelash tech, whether it's classic or whatever type, she charges the same price. She's based at a nail salon and also has great service.
