Well, I left a review on google and received no feedback so I will try here, even though it looks like most of what the owner responses are is copy and pasted. I loved my set the day I got it done. I bought every aftercare product they recommended to help longevity. I avoided swimming, didn't get them wet for 48 hours instead of 24, and use no oil based products and haven't worn makeup once during this time. After I washed them the first time, the eyelashes started to feel crunchy. I also began noticing I couldn't keep the eyelash from twisting, which is a clear giveaway that the artist used lashes that were too long for my eye shape. After 5 days, the edges close to my eyelids started lifting up. Then, they started hurting when I would brush them and blink. After 7 days, I'd lost at least half of my extensions and when I would brush them, it would look like clumps of lashes until i looked closer and realized several lashes were glued to single lashes, she really struggled separating them during application to the point where it hurt and I said something. Some lashes fell out without my natural lash shedding, they just detached. So much for the "bonding gel." They are VERY expensive to get an experience like this. The most expensive lash place I've been to with the worst fallout I've ever experienced in my years of getting them. This picture is exactly 2 weeks after. There's not even enough lashes left for a fill. After 2 weeks I need a full set. And this isn't even rare, the majority of their recent reviews say the same type of things. Between lash technicians and receptionists there's no reason for everyone to leave for lunch at the same time. I've been calling for days to ask a question but no one answers the phone. I just want to return some merchandise that I'm completely dissatisfied with, and now they're wasting my time by making me have to come back. I wish I would have read all the reviews b4 I went to this scam of a place. I had an appointment for my daughter, she had a migraine that day, and as they told me I would be charged regardless (they make you leave a cc # when making the appointment) I decided to take the appointment myself. The girls upfront were friendly, but immediately started their sales pitch, that the service was $69.99, plus $30 extra for "master stylist ". I wanted them done right, so I chose to pay the extra $30. I don't remember her name, but the stylist did great, and I actually liked them. As I went to settle the bill, I was told for $69.99/mo w/ their membership, I would save so much money. They then tell me my total was $218.00. (I also purchased their $18.00 lash cleanser). I asked why so much, there was a lot of double talk, but ultimately said it included my first membership payment of $69.99, on top of the $69.99 for that day. I didn't argue, I paid, made my next appointment and left. I got a text an hour b4 my next appointment saying that my stylist would not b there, and do I want to reschedule. (If I had canceled an hour b4 my appointment, I would have been charged a hefty fee.) Just to let you know, my lashes started falling out the first week, and yes I took care of them properly, and they looked so bad for the next 2 weeks. After spending $218, I thought that was ridiculous. But I had been told part of that $218 was for my next appointment w/ the membership, so I was going to at least get my monies worth. I said I would reschedule, and got a text the next day saying they would b charging my card $69.99 the next day for my "membership". So, now I'm being charged twice in 3 weeks for a membership I havnt been able to use cause my stylist canceled last minute?! I am a frequent member at Amazing Lash Studios and usually go to the Eastvale location but when Temecula opened was so excited to try something closer to my home ! Unfortunately the quality is obviously lower. The first set was clustered and I got glued misplaced for the first time on bottom lashes and she left them glued together. I tried this location again with a new employee and it took twice as long as usual and I somehow had less full lashes than what I usually receive. UPDATE: I just want to thank Missy again for all that she has done for me. I have cxl'd my membership but she made my last time memorable. She was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I feel she takes her time and made sure she got all of the lashes. I went a second time and the lashes lasted me a week and a half I was upset. They missed SO MANY LASHES. My one hour fill was done in 28 min. When I got to my car to see them closer in my own mirror I was devastated. When I was trying to schedule an appointment with missy they were booked out so far in advance. Unfortunately, I had to wait just a little bit longer to see her again. If I didn't have Missy I would have cancelled my membership wasting $100 just to put 20 lashes on is not worth it. When I came in today for another fill. I had missy. Which was great, I don't mind waiting the extra 15ish minutes for her due to the fact that she takes her time and she makes sure she gets all of the lashes. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! The lashes came out beautiful, the process took about an hour and a half and I only felt a slight tingling but it went away, and had a little nap lol. I highly recommend Elizabeth, you can tell that she is well experienced and is super sweet as well. She has always informed me and how to properly take care of my eyelash extensions and recommends great products to me. The worst experience here. My original lashes were still in great condition, (Tracy in Old Town Murrieta,) No salon name.. this is not to boost their business. This review is about Amazing lash, and needs to be read. I had the original set from Tracy for almost 5 weeks, and noticed a few were beginning to finally come loose. 5 weeks! Thats amazing in the lash industry, and no, there was not a ton of glue. This girl has years of experience. And I take good care of my lashes, I follow the rules. Tracy was on vacation, so I decided to maybe get a fill while she was gone to keep the great look. The girls at Amazing Lash recommended I have my set removed (for free,) and their stylist can put a new set on because they thought it would not be good to mix lash styles. Unfortunately, I agreed and scheduled my appointment. I thought, "Well, they are located near where I live, so maybe this can work out." I arrived at my appointment and sat for one whole hour while the stylist attempted to brush off my lashes. I sat upright, with no back support on a bench for one hour while she brushed off my lashes. I finally suggested, maybe I can go and wash my eyes with soap and water? Maybe that will help? First of all, there are NO TOWELS in the bathroom. They offer you BROWN, HARSH PAPER TOWELS to dry your face. (not salon standards ladies.) Most of the lashes came right off. The stylist came in with another girl, (America), and she helped her remove a few lashes. I heard her say, "ok, she's all done." Now we can start. A few minutes later, my stylist says, "you are going to have to come back on another day. I cant do your lashes today." I asked, "Why?" And she said it might be all the lash remover she used, but just reschedule and we can try again." I'm thinking it may have been the harsh brown paper towels I had to use to dry my face.. SO. Here I am, leaving Amazing Lash with no lashes on, I had a hot date that next day, my full lash set was removed, (the front desk wanted to charge me when I was leaving..) The only thing Amazing about this place is what happened after that. It gets good. I called to reschedule and got the manager by chance, I explained what happened. She apologized and suggested I come in at a discount of $10. I'm a FULL TIME NURSING STUDENT who is in a classroom 5 days a week, in my books 7 days a week, and still have to work 1 day a week. (12.5 hours.) It is very difficult to make appointments, I have no time. But I try. Still I made the appointment. I called 45 minutes before appointment time and asked if they could take me early, I was in the area and could swing in. The stylist was not in yet, so suggested I keep my appt time. Agreed. As luck would have it, I found myself in heavy traffic (Winchester) after leaving home and ended up walking in 7 minutes late. To my surprise, the girls at the desk spent 5 minutes teling me I was late and could not keep my appointment. I asked them to ask the assigned stylist, America. She also would not start my appointment, and all 3 girls at the desk informed me I signed a contract that stated I will be on time or risk losing my appointment. America said her next client is always on time, and did not want to bump her. (respect for that.) But 7 minutes ladies! Really?? They spent more time huffing and puffing with me at the desk.. She recommended I reschedule, or she can try and start my lashes, but did not guarantee that I would have a full set on both eyes. I apologized for being 7 minutes late, asked them to see if they had a another stylist, (except the first girl in this whole drama). After the three ladies were in the back for some time, I assumed a mutiny was being brewed up in the back and no longer felt this was a good idea. I called a few days later and left a message for manager whom I had spoken to earlier. It was tough to reach her, and even tried at the other location they stated she was at. I left my phone number several times, and almost 2 months later, still have yet to receive her phone call. So if this sounds like a good time to you, or if you want a lash set on, without the salon quality experience, lol, this place is for you. Otherwise, ladies, save yourselves some time and go to a salon where they know what they are doing, where they will not waste your time, and where you get the lash experience you deserve. I had my lashes put on last Wednesday evening by Harmony. I never had lash extensions before, so I didn't know what to expect, but Harmony seemed knowledgeable and the front desk person let me know she was one of their best people. I was actually very happy with the lashes and the appointment. I joined the monthly club, bought products and scheduled my next appointment before I left. I followed the directions of not washing my eyes or using products for more than 24 hrs, but by Friday morning some of the lashes in the inner part of one eye seemed to be moving and were rubbing my lash line, which irritated my eye. I called Friday evening to see if I could come in and have them checked. Besides irritating my eye, I didn't want them to fall off after just spending the time and money on this. I wasn't able to get an appointment to come back until Tuesday evening. (When I got a call back Saturday afternoon I was asked if I could come in within an hour and I was not close enough to make it then). From Saturday to Tuesday 3 little clumps of lashes fell off from the area that was moving. So... Tuesday comes, I'm thinking I'll go and have those lashes replaced, no big deal, right? Well, unfortunately it didn't it go so smoothly. Harmony did see me but she told me that what was irritating my eye was one of my own lashes that may have gotten stuck in the glue and was rubbing my eye, and pretty much was ready to send me on my way. I asked her about the lashes that fell out and she said 1st that it's normal to lose lashes, that it may have been my fault & I was told not to wash, but again I told her I followed directions and let them know in less than 48 hrs that something was wrong. She told me that sometimes the glue they use is old and this does sometimes happen. She wasn't sure if she had old glue the day I came in, but she has no control over that- she just works with what her manager gives her each day. Wow... I told her as a consumer that didn't make me feel very good. I felt like this should be corrected, but honestly at this point I wasn't having a lot of confidence in the whole process. I then asked her if the lashes were also supposed to be so hard, because these feel like hard plastic and are pokey. Basically she said- yea, that's how classic lashes are. Again, this is the 1st time I've ever had lashes so maybe I'm uneducated in the whole process but if there are softer, nicer ones I would have paid for those. At this point I asked if she could just take them off. I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere and there is a clump of lashes missing. Harmony told me that I'd have to schedule another appointment for that, because that's not what I was on the books for. I really don't think I feel comfortable coming back here knowing the technicians use products they know are subpar. I will find another location to remove these lashes. I love Esme. If you want to get your lashes done here I would definitely recommend her! I will say I got my lashes done by someone different this last time and Elizabeth did a HORRIBLE job. So so so sloppy I got home and I wanted to cry they looked so bad. I have never seen my aunt so upset with a service that she has received she didn't like it she said I don't like it they try to fix her eyelashes and they told her that she was done but she was not happy steel and they told her that they have another appointment. They say they have a policy where you can come back and get them fix again but that policy doesn't apply to her. Because she said she was unhappy with her eyelashes I asked if they can do something about it and they said that they can give her a discount but my and didn't want to pay more because that was their mistake not hers and they said no we cannot do nothing free for her and reality it's not free she just asking to habe a good service that she paid for. I ask them if they care about their reviews or the customers and they say We cannot do nothing else only give her a discount. Was seen for a fill today and when I entered the studio, the receptionist immediately told me to go back outside and to text ARRIVED and she would then forward me the survey to fill out before entering. No problem, I did exactly that. I got my lashes completed and walked to the lobby to pay only to see another person in the lobby directly in front of the receptionist filling out her survey! The receptionist asked the person to step aside so that I could conduct my close out transaction with her. Mind you I'm looking at this lady still filling out her survey inside of the studio and thinking to myself, what made the receptionist tell me to go outside and not tell this other person to do the same. So I asked the receptionist and she immediately became defensive and told me "She works here" and I said "And that makes it different?" The receptionist then lied & stated "Oh she already filled out her survey" when i clearly heard you tell her to fill it out as I was walking out to the lobby. I would like to know why was this other person privileged to stand inside the studio and fill out her survey and I wasn't allowed that privilege? Drove 30 minutes to get a refill only to be told they didn't have time for me but could do a quick touch up IF I paid out of pocket as somehow they can't use the points for that. So waste my time and tell me I have to pay more and then come back to finish up next week???
