But the kids games (floor is lava and box party) were honestly not that fun, even for the kids. The tracking technology is just OK, the games aren't actually that immersive - you're just kind of a human controller. So yeah. Glad we did it once, would do the same, but don't feel any desire to go back really.

Took two classes here and had very different experiences…read more The first class I went to was a resin workshop with Punky Power Productions and it was fun, engaging, and interactive. The instructor was very fun and really willing to help out and inspire. 5 stars. The second workshop i took, just this Sunday, was not great at all. It was a mosaic class and it might as well have been self led. The instructor gave us a brief 3-5 min tutorial on how to place the tiles and then did nothing else except sorted tiles the whole time. She never came around to see how we were doing or if we needed help. We had to keep asking her to come over if we had a question and she didn't really offer too much. She never told us what color we could use, and kept coming over and collecting the extra tiles as we were working. She didn't help us finish up and left before we were done. It was super disappointing.

They enjoyed dressing up in fireman gear, playing with water, doing crafts, playing in the pretend food area, building with blocks, making bubbles, and playing outside. This place has a lot to do and we wished we could have stayed longer. Only part that is annoying is the stroller rule. If your child CAN walk, you can't take your stroller in. Weird rule for a place that caters to kids, including younger ones in that in between stage. Even cmy 4 year old gets tired more than average. And sure, my youngest can technically walk but he can't last the whole time walking. Anyway, we had fun but I felt like I couldn't fully relax.

It has only gotten better! Even now, as an adult, I was still able to enjoy many aspects of Happy Hollow. It's great for younger children, and small groups, and would probably be terrific for birthday parties. When I go to Happy Hollow, I like to also visit the Japanese garden and History Park, since they are within walking distance and both are very interesting places. When you go to Happy Hollow, I would consider buying a membership, because it does have some reciprocity with other facilities and if you end up returning to the zoo, it pays for itself. Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

This process from start to finish can be quick or prolonged, depending on how much time you have or what you want. There have been instances where the process took my child 15 mins and others where she would linger for 45 mins or so. The staff here is always friendly and they take time to listen to their little clients. On a few occasions, including yesterday's recent visit, Ms. Emma was the employee to assist and interacted with my toddler. I appreciate her creating conversations, being patient, and uplifting my child during the entire process. Slime creating is a bit costly but the fun and confidence my child has when she exits the establishment is well worth it.
