So grateful to be sharing this review... Some mama friends & I were invited to this epic experience. We arrived on a Friday evening about 6pm & we're shocked to see that we basically had the jump park to ourselves. Upon arrival, you must complete a simple waiver for all participants. Once that is completed, you receive a pair of grip socks & a cute character sticker. There are plenty of shaded tables, a shoe storage area, & porta potties. What makes this place epic is... *the inflatables are HUGE! Tons of space to jump, climb, and fall. *super clean facility - very rare these days *snow cones offered on site *tons of parking (since it's located in the Stoneridge mall parking lot) *the owners story & energy was so great, truly a great interaction *friendly local staff Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed our time and my inner child was full of joy! We will definitely be returning before their departure in November.

Absolutelt 101% fun! My kids love it. We have here in Natomas! Come visit them. And frienly staffs.

Super fun!! We just went for a visit during their closing week when prices were discounted to $12 and had such a great time as a family! People inside were not rowdy at all as I was initially concerned about how safe it would be for my 5 yr old with much older kids (there were mostly kids 13 and younger I would say). The place was clean and spacious - not that crowded at all so everyone could spread out. We didn't want to leave at the end of our 90 min session and would go again!

Nice fun time jumping. Hot out though, so bring sunscreen! Pretty busy with lots of kids.

Wasn't sure what to expect. We saw pictures online. But this place far exceeded our expectations. The kids had a blast! The workers were helpful laid down the rules so no one got hurt but weren't pushy in enforcing rules. Saw people actively cleaning since it was outside so that was nice. We bought tickets during a special for military and it came out to super cheap. Even if we would have spent the full price I think it woulda been worth it. The guy wearing a black jacket in the front was super nice asked if everything was good. Gave the kids stickers. Highly recommend.

My toddlers had an amazing time! Princess guest Elsa and super delicious snow cones with unlimited syrup

These inflatables are all over ad the kids love bouncing them around and jumping on them

We decided to have my sons birthday here and it was awesome. It was sprinkling and so we were scared it was going to shut down , but it stopped and they went above and beyond to make sure all of the play areas were dry and safe. The staff was so nice and I like how they have someone watching in each area. There is so much to do in each jump area, from slides to an obstacle course, even the big inflatables they have around for kids to bounce around. It was such a great experience all the kids had a fantastic time. I ended up buying too many tickets because 2 people didn't make it but It all worked out. Words don't do Funbox justice , we are going back again next week. Get in there before its gone!!!

we booked time slot for 10:30. However the person working there said they can't let us in until 11 because they aren't done setting it up. keep in mind each ticket is for 90 minutes only. they eventually let us in at 11 but there were workers going around still cleaning. the place is completely unsanitary, please take a look at the pictures for reference. it was a fun experience for the kids however

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

There were plenty of toys to go around that the kids were not trying to take things from one another. I think if they put a fresh coat of paint on things or maybe invested in some newer toys this place would be 5 stars. With that being said, even in its current state it's still worthwhile coming if you have small children!

From the moment we arrived, it genuinely felt like everyone on staff was excited to be celebrating our son. That kind of energy doesn't happen by accident--and it's a direct reflection of Genessa, the manager. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.

Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.

It costs $18 per child for a full day with ins and outs (only weekdays) which is great if you have freedom during the week. It''s $14 per child under 1 years old which is pricey in my opinion however they are free if they are accompanied by a paid sibling. Really no reason to bring a kid under one here unless you're trying to entertain an older sibling. They say there's only 1 adult per child playing but me and my husband have come with just one kid before. Need to have peek-a-boo factory socks which are $3. Here's what they list on their website along with my comments: Junior Play Area (3 - 12 yrs old)- I'd say 12 is a little on the older side for what they have. Ideally 3-8 although I'm sure 8+ kids will have fun. Just hard when there are mostly younger kids around. Toddler/Baby Play Area (0 - 3 yrs old): here there are a couple of slides which kids like, a wood train set that doesn't have correct pieces to piece together (but not many kids will notice), a magnetic wall with gears that adults have to fix for the kids since they are usually pulled apart, very little food for the play kitchen which looks a little dirty, some velcro shapes that don't stick very well to the wall, and the glow up pegs you can stick into the board. It's hard to tell that they light up since the area is well lit in general. There are some duplos with a small lego table and some large cushion lego pieces you can help the kids play with if you are hands on. There's also a music section but sometimes the wall pieces are broken, as well as a large mat piano. Overall, not the best area for 0-3 year olds but it will keep them busy while their older siblings play. Rock Wall- I've never seen anyone on this and wonder if it's just for parties. It's a fairly narrow climb so straightforward. Interactive Games- they are setting up more and more of these money makers and making them flashy and loud to get kids attention. I don't really enjoy these but they include a whack-a-mole, a mini air hockey table, a motorcycle ride that they've had forever with tom from tom and jerry, a stomping game, and a couple of aiming type games. It's overpriced and I'd rather see other options that don't dig into pockets. Huge Party Room- I haven't had a party here so can't say much. Snack Bar- nice to have an option for rushed parents but everything is marked well up. Includes apple sauce pouches, honest juice, and bunch of other packaged snacks from $1+ Parents Seating Area- ample seating on cushions or chairs with small circular tables. Water Fountains- near bathrooms which are large and tidy single rooms. Free WiFi- works fine. Free Indoor Parking Lot- one of the hugest perks of this place. Overall, we like this place and come monthly for its convenience. I think it would be better if they revamped the toddler section and considered something other than the dollar arcade machines. They also have a section of treats/coin machines near the bathrooms, but I would rather see an interactive wall or something educational/interesting.
