Our son originally wanted his party at a trampoline place... the day of the party that place's power went out. They didn't call us or anything. We frantically were looking for an alternative within 30 minutes before his party started! Luv 2 Play answered our prayers and were able to accommodate a last minute party within 30 minutes. They even asked what theme and color table cloths and had the pizzas ready. Absolutely phenomenal. The room was clean, the party attendant was helpful and attentive. We are so thankful for Luv 2 Play!!! Our son had the best time and this worked out even better than we could have pictured! We are forever customers!!!

They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. However, being smaller means more intimate events and those who are invited should feel super blessed and lucky to have made the cut!

This includes cutlery, water, juice as well. Every additional kid is $18. The place is safe for kids aged 0-5 and gives them space to run and enjoy while the parents can relax and sit and eat. No shoes allowed so either you can go in socks or barefoot. The place is all yours for 2 hr slots and parking is free and they have their own lot. Great staff and very helpful :) loved it!!

Her attention to detail, calm leadership, and the way she supports and leads her team is truly impressive. You can feel it in every interaction. The staff was organized, warm, attentive, and so clearly happy to be there. The facility itself is spotless, well-run, and perfect for kids. And can we talk about the food? It's actually good--which is rare for kids' party venues. On top of that, the fact that they allow outside cold platters with no additional charge is an absolute game changer for parents planning a party. Everything felt easy, joyful, and stress-free--which is exactly what you hope for when hosting a child's birthday. We left saying the same thing we did last year: why would we go anywhere else? They have a cart for the presents, but I would suggest offering a cart to bring in the decor & cake as we had to make a few trips. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I had a 2-hour party and I believe it should have been strongly discouraged for a party of my size. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.
