It's a great event space for a bday party, we had approx. 25 people attend. Starbucks in the plaza and pizza next was great and we got to bring in outside food. We also brought in our own decorations & cake. Mai and her husband are a great duo. Mai is so good with the kids and awesome hostess. Mai was very responsive with the planning and even can help with the digital invite. She kept timing for our 3 hr party. Kids & adults had fun too and topped it off with cotton candy for the kids (extra fee) and dance party. Highly recommend this pace. Would book again!!!

We chose a paint-and-gaming party with a Nightmare Before Christmas theme, and they were completely open to customizing the painting. If you want something unique, you're not limited to the samples on their walls, which is fantastic. Because our guests were ages 5-8, they even pre-drew the painting template onto all 25 canvases, which was such a thoughtful touch. The studio has a great backdrop wall for photos, and they even added custom birthday graphics on their TVs. Mai and her husband also helped with setup, and they were so easy and enjoyable to work with. We were able to rent out the entire studio as a private event, which meant we could bring our own drinks. There's plenty of space for adults to relax while the kids paint and game, plus lots of room for food. They recommended the pizza place next door, which made catering super convenient, and there's no fee for bringing outside food. I would absolutely recommend this place for parties. Mai and her husband truly care about creating a great experience and made our celebration unforgettable.

If you didn't grow up going to Happy Hollow, and you say you're from San Jose, are you REALLY?…read more Happy Hollow will always have a special place in my heart. I grew up going there as a kid, and now getting to bring my own child feels really full circle. There's something so nostalgic and magical about it, one of those places that truly spans generations. From the rides to the animals to the play areas, there's just enough variety to keep kids entertained without it feeling chaotic. My child absolutely loves it every time we go. What I appreciate most is how it still holds onto that classic charm while staying clean, well-kept, and family-friendly. The food is pretty good, too! Special shout out to David for being super friendly and helpful. Become a member if you have kids, it is so worth it!

You must place the printed hardcopy parking ticket on the car dashboard as there may be parking compliance enforced to avoid being fined. Depending on the day and time that you go, the parking lot seems to get full earlier in the day when the park opens at 10:00 am. However, there was plenty of parking available around 11:30 am on a Saturday morning. Admission It varies on the age of the guest that determines the admission price. Children under 23 months are free. They do allow strollers, wagons, and outside food/drinks. You can also purchase an annual membership if you buy a daily admission ticket and upgrade it. There's an entrance area for regular admission and a separate entrance for memberships. Once you have the physical ticket on-hand, there's a separate line where an employee will scan the ticket. I hosted a party here and reserved the Whistling Woods picnic site, which accommodates 80-100 people. Based on the event package chosen, I was able to buy tickets at a wholesale price for $14 each (instead of the $22 general admission for adults and children over 24 months old). There's a $25 fee for will call where you pay for guests to pick up their physical tickets on the day of the event. Alternatively, you can pay extra to pick up the physical tickets in advance and distribute it yourself. In total, the total costs for the event was $1,200. Guests who attended the party can come at any time during park hours the day of the reserved event (ex. Sunday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm). The reservation time that I booked was from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm and was given 30 minutes prior to the reservation to set up. There was a discrepancy advised by the staff during my reservation process that I would have 30 minutes to break down the event after my reserved time. However, the Happy Hollow dedicated staff arrived at 2:30 pm to advise that my party needed to break down the area and vacate the picnic site by 3:00 pm. There was dedicated staff to help provide carts to transport personal belongings and they came with plates, table covers, and utensils for the prepaid event. Park There's a variety of activities that both adults and children can do in Happy Hollow ranging from the following: animal zoo (it's not a petting zoo), rides for children, adults must accompany if the child does not meet the age requirement, picnic areas, benches/tables to eat, and several playgrounds for all ages. There's also an onsite cafe if you plan to dine at the park or bring your own food, drinks, and snacks. The park is well-maintained and fairly clean overall.

It wasn't crowded at all and perfect to host a party. The food is surprisingly really good. The pizzas are made fresh there and tasted great. Michelle was super accommodating and could tell we didn't necessarily order enough pizza. She was exactly right and was able to get us in a quick order right in time. She was responsive via text message and always very sweet. She never came off frustrated despite my millions of questions. Just a heads up you have to purchase their socks if you plan on going into the play area! Also, the extra playtime if your party goes over is also $50, but honestly, everyone was ready to leave by 12pm because the kids were so tired. So we didn't need to pay to extend. The play area was amazing, and the kids had a blast. I recommend this place for hosting parties!

We arrived 15 min early to get situated, we paid for a separate room to put our personal belongings in and waited until we were called to the briefing room. We had around a group of 25+ people so our session only included our own group. We got instructions in the briefing room and was off putting our gear on. It was a free for all style of play, everyone player for themselves. I was surprised to see how big the room was and the also had second story which adds another dynamic during the play. You can shoot off mirrors to ricochet to hit sensors on the other players. It was quite engaging and a ton of fun. Our girls are ages 7 and 9 and they got a hang of how to play right away. Surprisingly, the parents had just as much fun, if not more! The session lasted around 15-20 minutes if I had to estimate and it was definitely enough time to enjoy. The biggest surprise was how much of a workout it was. Every parent mentioned that they were sweating and got a good workout in. They recognize every player including the top 3 scores at the end. You can purchase by session - we decided to do 2 and I think it was the perfect amount. After our first session, there was a group in between to give us a much needed break and we went back in. I recommend coming here with your kids for a family event or even a group event. I am planning to look at birthday party options for my kids bday party later this year. I highly recommend checking this place out!
