We decided to go out on a little adventure, and it led us to Amaro's Table. Since last week was Mother's Day and my wife had her wisdom teeth removed, we pushed our celebration back so she could actually enjoy the food this week. Glad we did. We beat the crowd and decided to give the place a try. Right away, the atmosphere stood out -- cozy, welcoming, and professional without feeling too formal. Here's what we ordered: * My wife went with the Steak Sandwich. She loved that the ciabatta bread wasn't overly thick like most places, and the peppers added just the right amount of flavor and flare. * I kept it classic with a burger -- my one cheat meal for the weekend. Ordered medium well, and it definitely hit the spot. The fries were probably the only miss for me; they were okay but could've used a little more flavor. * Our daughter had the Kids Mac & Cheese, and of course, no complaints there. We started with the calamari, which was seasoned really well and had great flavor. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée, and it was delicious. While we were cracking into that perfectly crisp sugar glaze, the staff surprised us with fresh doughnuts. Apparently they do that for first-time guests, which was such a cool touch. The caramel sauce paired perfectly with them too. Honestly, it was the small details and thoughtful service that made the experience stand out. You can tell they pay attention to their guests. Service: 10/10 Food: 8/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Overall, we'll definitely be back. If you're looking for a nice spot that won't disappoint, Amaro's Table is worth checking out. Everyone's welcome here!

The original Main Street location has an awesome Happy Hour (2-5PM daily) and so does the East Mill Plain location. Here is how the ranked: Pretzel Fondue: 5/5 ($7) it's other worldly better than Gustav's which is owned by the same person. Grilled Chicken Sandwich: 4/5 ($8) good but a little under seasoned White Wine 4/5 ($7) a good value in these inflationary times Nice venue, easy parking and nice staff. Check it out!

Amelia was our server and she was not only super efficient, she was friendly and made a couple of great recommendations. Thank you! This Amaro's Table is gorgeous! Chandeliers, soothing green walls, gold accents, inviting textiles (throughout), a bar ensconced in a bright white background and different seating options. All of which makes for a beautiful aesthetic. We started with the Brussel sprouts, delicious. Mr. wonderful had the chicken Caesar salad and there were *no leftovers. I enjoyed their blue cheese risotto and would order it again and again, perfection! It's safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

How fun is this cocktail menu!

We have so enjoyed both of our dining experiences here at Amaro's Table. This time I had their Salmon with Blood Orange Beurre Blanc Sauce. The sauce was outstanding, I just wish there had been more on the plate as the salmon was so dry and unfortunately overcooked for my taste. However, my husband had their Ribs and Cole Slaw with a Mac &Cheese that hit a high mark as the best I've had in my life and I am darn old ! The Ribs melt in your mouth as they slide off the bone with ease. So moist with just the right amount of char of a delicious BBQ sauce. We could go back every day for that entree. Drinks, service and desserts all top notch. We are so lucky to have this gem nearby.

I'm so grateful this spot opened up down the street from us! I've been to the Salmon Creek location for work - but having this so close is clutch. Decor - on point! I wish they had more booths as the tables in the middle are close together and not the ideal date seating. The server was super accommodating in moving us to an open booth. My husband is a police officer and definitely not the kind of conversations you want others to hear. We ordered the pretzel fondue off the happy hour menu - yum! We had the Cadillac Margarita and Old Fashioned. My husband had the steak sandwich and chips and said it was delicious. I am a SUCKER for a beet salad. Mhmmm the beet salad and salmon was delicious! Salmon was cooked perfectly. Great service as well. Will be back!

Amaro's Table does it again. Beautiful setting, the remodel is fantastic. Food was stellar! No secret this is one of my favorite restaurants in Vancouver. I've been to every location and they are always on point. Tried the grilled salmon and cilantro risotto, but got the blackened salmon instead and it was so tasty! Was a little nervous about the risotto but it was absolute perfection. My friend got the blackened shrimp with linguine and it was good as well. We went on a Friday so they were serving their clam chowder, and it is a must!! They top it with crispy fried clams that were such a nice touch. Looking forward to visiting again. Posted a photo of their risotto and soup schedule, because who doesn't love a good risotto?! The drinks were delightful, I tried the super green and it was herbaceous and so so good. I had 3.

Drink - Amazing sandwich - delish and juicy Both desserts - decadent and sweet waitress - why was she so funny and cool? on top of that the interior is actually really cute and has great lighting so this is a decent date spot and I think if you've never been its a must try!

Another wonderful visit... weekend happy hour. My son (who normally doesn't like any Mexican dishes) is in love with the quesadilla. It's settled everyone in my family loves this place.

TL;DR: Good proportions, flavorful typical American food in a fancy setting. Parking: large shared lot. Atmosphere: dimly lit and a bit of a semi-formal interior -- don't show up in your jammies. Service: wait to be seated, you will be watered, order at the table, check brought to you. They take reservations. Menu: Simple menu with adequate descriptions, no images for the visually stimulated haha. Barbecue Ribs: very filling and flavorful. I do wish it came with a salad rather than coleslaw though.

Wow has this place expanded. It's so wonderful to see a small business succeed and grow. This location is beautiful--just look at that chandelier! Lunch is excellent, great drinks, fun food and parking is great, but can fill up, just keep circling. Chicken sandwich is so well seasoned, the fries are good, but think could use something more (chili, more salt or maybe a different cut), to make a 10. Special risotto is also fantastic. Service is wonderful, thank you nice gentleman server who gave us some free donuts cause our food was a little off on timing for the group--we didn't even notice, but how nice! I would recommend a reservation even a day or so in advance if you are needing to get in and out or are time-specific.

Well they've done well with their name... Amaro's has taken an old brewery and turned it into a classy restaurant. We've been long term friends of the staff at Amaro's. We used to frequent the downtown locaiton at least 2 times a week. We've always loved everything about that location. This is the newest Amaro's location. They've truly classed up the old dumpy brewery. New paint, new decor, a fabulous bar, great new layout, fantastic staff... they've really brought the place up to par! I have nothing negative to say about this location. The staff is wonderful - they always remember our drink orders. The keep them topped off and know how to make dinner an enjoyable experience. The food is top notch. Consistent. Consistency is hard to find in the PNW but they have it mastered. Drinks are solid, food is fabulous, staff is wonderful. Take no hesitation in making Amaro's your dinner destination.

I think the franchise is experiencing some growing pains. We had a reservation for 8 people. When we arrived we were told the table was not available. So we were asked to settle for a smaller one. Fortunately we had three children so it barely worked but would not have with adults. I don't know much about the hospitality industry but our server should not have been hustling as hard as he was. He did very well but obviously being at that table spread him very thin. Causing us to wait long amounts of time for each part of the service. It was not comfortable and doubtful it was up to the standard set. I must emphasize that the performance of each employee was great but the chemistry and timing of the team was way off. I feel they are synonymous with Italian in Vancouver but I'm not sure why. It's possible I just made all this up in my head. The food was quite good. The fried chicken was very flavorful. Maximum surface area and crispiness but dried out the meat a little. Loved the pretzel with fondue. Great calamari. Well seasoned and cooked steak. The steak sandwich is a little too spicy. But the meat was delicious. My only complaint about the food was they were very heavy handed with the rosemary. Any food that had it had way too much of it. It was my aunts birthday so they brought out their homemade donuts which were really good also. Perhaps it's unfair to judge so harshly on one experience. I would return. Perhaps to the original location but it sounds like they have a little sorting out to do at this spot. Also parking is not very good. Keep that in mind.

We ordered the Cascade Natural Steak with seasonal vegetables, house Worcestershire, demi-glace,…read moreand added grilled prawns. The steak was absolutely delicious! My sister and I decided to split it, and the restaurant went above and beyond by plating it on two separate plates for us. The photos show our individual portions--and that's only half each! It really shows how generous the serving size is. The service was excellent, and our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere was exactly what you'd want from a steakhouse: comfortable, welcoming, and not too loud, making it easy to enjoy dinner and conversation. Everything was cooked perfectly, and we really appreciated the extra touch of splitting the meal for us. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

I would prefer something a little bit more done. But their steaks definitely do not disappoint. I have been to other steak houses in the Portland area. Roots beats other famous Portland steak houses by their flavor, tenderness, service, atmosphere and portion size. However, their menu items are quite pricey. My steak was nicely cooked and seasoned. The mashed potato and veggies were excellent. They topped the steak with couple pickled onion rings which was quite refreshing. And don't forget the garlic infused butter served with the steak. It was wonderful. I had my wedge salad while my husband had their soup of the day. It was a big salad which Ai appreciate. The blue cheese crumbles and salad dressing was fantastic. The chocolate mousse dessert was a piece of art. It was quite big and can be easily shared with another person. The atmosphere inside was nice and modern in a warm sense. The servers were very attentive. I am not sure what brand of root beer do they serve but it was very good.
